Abstract
La présente invention porte sur un appareil et un procédé pour la fabrication d'un coffret à cosmétiques sur lequel est formé un motif fin, qui forment un motif sur un film à l'aide de résine UV, extrudent le film à partir d'un état dans lequel le film a été introduit dans un moule, enlèvent le film après que l'extrusion est terminée et transfèrent le motif formé sur la résine UV sur la matière extrudée afin de former un motif fin sur la matière extrudée et de produire une matière extrudée qui permet d'augmenter au maximum l'esthétique. L'appareil est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : un dispositif (10) d'alimentation en film sur lequel un film est enroulé en forme de rouleau cylindrique et conçu pour se défaire progressivement; un dispositif (20) de pulvérisation de résine UV installé au niveau de l'extrémité arrière du dispositif d'alimentation en film et pulvérisant de la résine UV sur le dessus du film (1) lorsque le film est amené à sortir du dispositif (10) d'alimentation en film; un rouleau (30) de dispositif de moule de production de film portant un motif, qui est un dispositif permettant de faire tourner et de graver un motif sur la surface du film (1) lorsque le film y passe et dans la surface externe d'un corps duquel divers motifs décoratifs sont gravés afin de produire un film (1) portant un motif; un rouleau auxiliaire (40) installé en engrènement avec le rouleau (30) de dispositif de moule de production de film portant un motif afin de tourner de concert avec la rotation du rouleau (30) de dispositif de moule de production de film portant un motif; une lampe UV (50) pour le durcissement de la résine UV qui est amenée à sortir grâce au rouleau (30) de dispositif de moule de production de film portant un motif et au rouleau auxiliaire (40) et qui rayonne de la lumière UV sur le film pour amener un motif constitué de la résine UV à durcir sur le dessus du film; un rouleau (60) d'alimentation en film portant un motif pour le transfert en continu du film (1) portant un motif après que la résine UV a durci; un premier moule (70) destiné à loger le film transféré par le rouleau (60) d'alimentation en film portant un motif; un second moule (80) accouplé au niveau de la partie supérieure du premier moule (70) et délimitant une cavité (80a) afin d'amener la résine à injecter dans la cavité et la résine sur laquelle le film (1) portant un motif est transféré à être produits; et un dispositif (90) produisant une pression négative accouplé au fond du premier moule (70), raccordé à la cavité à l'intérieur du premier moule par l'intermédiaire d'un trou fin, amenant le film portant un motif à être disposé sur la partie supérieure du premier moule et produisant une pression négative pour provoquer le placage à la surface de fond du premier moule (70).
