Abstract

L'invention porte sur une tête de soudage à électrodes parallèles ayant un dispositif de coupe de fil et sur son procédé de fabrication. La tête de soudage à électrodes parallèles comprend une partie corps principal de tête de soudage (101, 201), et une partie tête de soudage (103, 203) s'étendant à partir de la partie corps principal de tête de soudage. La partie tête de soudage comprend une partie de soudage (104, 204) et une partie de dispositif de coupe de fil (105, 205), la partie de soudage et la partie de dispositif de coupe de fil formant respectivement une pointe de soudage (104A, 204A) et une pointe de dispositif de coupe de fil (105A, 205A), et une petite rainure de séparation (116, 206) est disposée entre les deux pointes, le plan de la pointe de dispositif de coupe de fil étant légèrement plus haut que le plan de la pointe de soudage. Quand un fil émaillé fin ou un fil métallique fin est soudé par la pointe de soudage, une queue de fil en excès est coupée par la partie de dispositif de coupe de fil, ce qui simplifie le processus de soudage direct de fil émaillé.
