Claims (4)
- 점화플러그의 중심전극(10)에 귀금속 팁(25)을 접합하기 위한 방법에 있어서,귀금속 부재(20)와 상기 귀금속 부재(20)에 형상적으로 대응되는 홈(15)이 형성된 중심전극(10)을 각각 별도의 척(5)에 고정하고, 상기 귀금속 부재(20)를 상기 중심전극(10) 측으로 이동시켜 상기 홈(15)에 압입시키되, 압입시 상기 귀금속 부재(20)를 고정하는 척(5)과 상기 중심전극(10)을 고정하는 척(5)을 상호 역방향으로 회전시켜 상기 귀금속 부재(20)와 상기 중심전극(10) 간에 발생되는 마찰열과 압입에 의해 상기 귀금속 부재(20)가 상기 중심전극(10)에 용융 접합되되,
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중심전극(10)의 일단면과 귀금속 부재(20)의 외면이 접촉되는 접촉부(30)에 레이저 용접을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점화플러그의 중심전극에 귀금속 팁을 접합하기 위한 방법.
