Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る建設機械の管理システム100が適用される現場の一例を示す図である。建設機械の稼働状態管理システム(以下、適宜管理システムという)100は、管理装置40に、通信回線101又は通信衛星5を介して建設機械1の稼働情報を収集させたり、建設機械1が備える電子機器及び電子機器に制御される機器等(以下、適宜電子機器等という)に処理を実行させたり、電子機器等の設定を変更したりする。
図2は、本実施形態に係る建設機械の管理システム100の一例を示す図である。図3は、建設機械1が備えるモニタ22の一例を示す図である。図2は、作業機械1と管理装置40とが衛星通信回線を通じて、互いに通信して各種の情報をやり取りする場合を例示しているが、図1に示したように携帯電話等の移動体通信に適用される無線通信システムによって、作業機械1と管理装置40とが通信してもよい。建設機械の管理システム100は、管理施設3に備えられる管理装置40と、建設機械1が備える車載システム1Sとを含む。以下においては、管理装置40と車載システム1Sとが、通信装置103及び通信衛星5を介して情報をやり取りする例を説明するが、図1に示した基地局6及び通信回線101を介して情報をやり取りしてもよい。この場合、通信回線101は、携帯電話等の移動体通信に適用される無線通信システムであってもよい。
車載システム1Sは、通信端末装置20と、モニタ22と、位置検出装置35と、各種制御装置36とを有する。これらは、建設機械1が備える電子機器であり、建設機械1が備える信号線30に電気的に接続されている。建設機械1が備える電子機器を、適宜車載電子機器と称する。信号線30に接続されている電子機器は、互いに通信できるようになっている。以下において、建設機械1が備える信号線30を、適宜車内信号線30という。車内信号線30は、例えば、CAN(Controller Area Network)であるが、CANに限定されるものではない。建設機械1に備えられ、車内信号線30に接続される車載電子機器は、前述したものには限定されない。
管理装置40は、建設機械1の通信端末装置20から建設機械1の稼働情報を取得し、建設機械1の稼働状態を管理する。本実施形態において、管理装置40は、1台以上の建設機械1を管理するが、管理装置40に管理される建設機械1の数は限定されるものではない。
図3は、モニタ22を用いて、累積値が調整された場合における処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。ステップS101において、サービスマンSVが図2に示すモニタ22を用いて、稼働量の累積値を調整する。ステップS102において、調整有無判断部であるモニタ22の処理部22Cは、稼働量の累積値の調整が行われたか否かを判断する。処理部22Cは、稼働量の累積値の調整が行われたと判断した場合、記憶部22Mの稼働量記憶部22MOPに記憶されている稼働量の累積値を、調整された値に変更する。処理部22Cは、稼働量の累積値の調整が行われていないと判断した場合、処理を終了する。本実施形態において、稼働量の累積値が調整された回数(以下、適宜累積調整回数と称する)は、故障記憶部22MDに記憶されている。モニタ22の処理部22Cは、稼働量の累積値が調整されると、累積調整回数に1を加算する。
管理システム100において、管理装置40は、建設機械1が備えるモニタ22が有する、稼働量の累積値を調整する機能(以下、適宜累積値調整機能と称する)を制限することができる。稼働量の累積値が調整される頻度が高い建設機械1のモニタ22は、何らかの意図又は非定常な状況といったことを背景とした、稼働量の累積値の不要な調整がなされていると推測できるので、管理装置40からの遠隔操作により、例えば、モニタ22において累積値が調整できないようにするといった累積値調整機能の制限を行う。このようにすることで、何らかの意図をもったような、不要な累積値の調整を回避できる。
管理システム100において、管理装置40、通信端末装置20及びモニタ22は、稼働量の累積値が調整された場合、調整された稼働量の累積値を補正することができる。このようにすることで、調整された稼働量の累積値を調整される前の値に補正できるので、管理装置40は、稼働量の累積値を正しい値で管理することができる。すなわち、サービスマンが稼働量の累積値の調整を間違えた場合又は何らかの意図をもって稼働量の累積値が調整された場合であっても、管理装置40は、補正された正しい稼働量の累積値の値で管理することができる。

Claims (12)
- 建設機械の稼働量を累積した累積値を記憶し、かつ記憶した前記累積値の調整機能を有する累積値記憶装置と、
前記累積値記憶装置が記憶している前記累積値の調整が行われたか否かを判断する調整有無判断部と、
前記建設機械の外部の管理装置と通信可能であって、前記調整有無判断部が、前記調整が行われたと判断した場合、少なくとも前記累積値が調整されたことを示す調整情報を、前記管理装置に送信する通信端末装置と、
を含む、建設機械。 - 前記通信端末装置は、さらに前記調整がされた回数又は前記調整がされた時間を送信する、請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記調整情報は、調整後の累積値又は前記累積値が調整された後の値と前記累積値が調整される前の値との差分の少なくとも一方である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の建設機械。
- 前記通信端末装置は、
前記建設機械に発生した故障の情報を記憶する記憶部を有し、少なくとも前記調整情報を、前記記憶部に記憶させる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械。 - 前記累積値記憶装置は、
前記管理装置から、前記累積値の調整機能を制限するための制限要求指令を取得すると、前記累積値の調整機能を無効とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械。 - 前記累積値記憶装置は、
前記管理装置から、前記累積値を調整できる回数を制限するための制限要求指令を取得すると、前記累積値の調整ができる回数を制限する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械。 - 前記累積値記憶装置は、
前記管理装置から、前記累積値を前記管理装置が指定する値に補正する補正要求指令を取得すると、前記累積値記憶装置に記憶されている累積値を前記指定する値に補正する、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械。 - 前記累積値記憶装置は、
前記補正要求指令を取得すると、取得後、前記建設機械のキースイッチがOFFになってから再びONになった後に、前記累積値を、前記指定する値に補正する、請求項7に記載の建設機械。 - 建設機械の稼働量を累積した累積値を記憶し、かつ記憶した前記累積値の調整機能を有する累積値記憶装置と、
前記累積値記憶装置が記憶している前記累積値の調整が行われたか否かを判断する調整有無判断部と、
前記建設機械の外部の管理装置と通信可能であって、前記調整有無判断部が、前記調整が行われたと判断した場合、少なくとも前記累積値が調整されたことを示す調整情報を、前記管理装置に送信する通信端末装置と、を含み、
前記累積値記憶装置は、前記管理装置から、前記累積値の調整機能を制限するための制限要求指令を取得すると、前記累積値の調整機能を無効とし、前記管理装置から、前記累積値を調整できる回数を制限するための制限要求指令を取得すると、前記累積値の調整ができる回数を制限し、前記管理装置から、前記累積値を前記管理装置が指定する値に補正する補正要求指令を取得すると、前記累積値記憶装置に記憶されている累積値を前記指定する値に補正する、

前記管理装置から、前記累積値を、前記管理装置が指定する値に補正する補正要求指令を取得すると、前記累積値記憶装置に記憶されている累積値を前記指定する値に補正する、建設機械。 - 建設機械と通信して前記建設機械の稼働状況を管理する管理装置と、
前記建設機械の稼働量を累積した累積値を記憶し、かつ記憶した前記累積値の調整機能を有する累積値記憶装置と、
前記累積値記憶装置が記憶している前記累積値の調整が行われたか否かを判断する調整有無判断部と、
前記管理装置と通信可能であって、前記調整有無判断部が、前記調整が行われたと判断した場合、少なくとも前記累積値が調整されたことを示す調整情報を前記管理装置に送信する通信端末装置と、を含む建設機械と、
