Definitions
- the present invention relates to a connector harness and a wire harness including a plurality of connectors having a connector structure.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which an electric wire cover is attached to a rear end portion of a connector.
- the electric wire cover has a square box-shaped electric wire storage portion for storing electric wires extending from the rear surface of the connector.
- An electric wire outlet is provided on each of the upper, lower, left and right surfaces of the electric wire storage unit, and an opening / closing lid that can open and close the electric wire outlet is connected to the front edge of the electric wire outlet via a hinge. Is provided.
- the opening / closing lids of the three wire outlets are closed, while the opening / closing lids of the one wire outlet are opened and extended from the connector through the opened one wire outlet.
- the outgoing wire is pulled out.
- an electric wire is led out in the direction which cross
- the extended end of the electric wire led to the outside from the electric wire outlet is introduced into another connector.
- the electric wire is tensed and arranged between the two connectors, and the connector is in a position facing the counterpart connector when fitted. There is a situation that it is difficult to reach.
- the length of the electric wire arranged between the two connectors is longer than the appropriate length, the electric wire is loosely arranged between the two connectors, and there is a circumstance that handling of the electric wires is troublesome when the two connectors are fitted. As a result, when the length of the electric wire arranged between the two connectors is not properly adjusted, the fitting operation of the two connectors cannot proceed smoothly.
- the present invention has been completed based on the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to enable a connector fitting operation to proceed smoothly.
- the connector structure of the present invention includes a housing in which the terminal fitting is accommodated, an electric wire connected to the terminal fitting and drawn from the electric wire drawing surface of the housing, and connected to the housing, and is drawn from the electric wire drawing surface. It is characterized in that it has a surplus length adjustment section that holds the wire that has been loosened in a substantially U-shape or is wound for more than one turn and variably adjusts the amount of loosening or winding. Have.
- the wire drawn from the wire drawing surface of the housing is held while its slack or winding amount is variably adjusted, so the length of the wire arranged between the two connectors via the wire Is adjusted appropriately.
- a connector is comprised by the part except an electric wire of a connector structure.
- FIG. 3 is a view corresponding to FIG. 1 in another embodiment of the present invention.

- the slack amount of the margin portion 75 of the electric wire 70 in the connector 10 is variably adjusted by the surplus length adjusting unit 21 and the slack amount of the margin portion 75 of the electric wire 70 is supported. Since it is held by the portion 30, the length of the electric wire 70 disposed between the two adjacent connectors 10 is appropriately adjusted. As a result, the state in which the housing 20 faces the counterpart housing 80 when fitted is secured, and the fitting operation between the housing 20 and the counterpart housing 80 can be smoothly advanced.
- the surplus length adjusting portion 21 is provided with a support portion 30 that comes into contact with the electric wire 70 against the elastic restoring force of the electric wire 70, the slack state of the electric wire 70 in the surplus length adjusting portion 21 by the support portion 30.
