Therefore, if the communication device and the motor control device of the present invention are used, it is possible to reduce cost and weight. For example, if the communication device and the motor control device of the present invention are used in an automobile, fuel efficiency is improved. That is, the communication device and the motor control device of the present invention are useful for in-vehicle devices and in-vehicle motor control devices that require weight reduction. Moreover, the communication apparatus and motor control apparatus of this invention are useful also for the electrical apparatus and motor control apparatus for household appliances or industry.

Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における通信装置の概念図である。図2は、本発明の実施の形態1における通信装置の各部の信号波形を示す波形図である。図3は、本発明の実施の形態1における他の通信装置の概念図である。図4は、本発明の実施の形態1における他の通信装置の各部の信号波形を示す波形図である。
図5は、本発明の実施の形態2における通信装置の概念図である。図6は、本発明の実施の形態2における通信装置に用いられる合成抵抗の概念図である。
合成されたプルアップ抵抗Rpuは、可変電圧変換部314とプルアップ抵抗器である第1の抵抗器14cとを合成して、算出される。
プルアップ電圧Vpuは、合成されたプルアップ抵抗Rpuと分圧抵抗器23との分圧比で算出される。
上述したように、合成されたプルアップ抵抗Rpuは、マイクロコントローラ11から出力された所定の値で、調整される。
例えば、第2のトランジスタ15a、15bがオンの場合、第1の抵抗器14cと、第2の抵抗器14a、14bとを合成した値が、プルアップ抵抗Rpuとなる。
例えば、第2のトランジスタ15a、15bがオフの場合、可変電圧変換部314の合成抵抗R314は存在しない。よって、合成されたプルアップ抵抗Rpuは、第1の抵抗器14cの抵抗となる。
図7は、本発明の実施の形態3におけるモータ制御装置の概要を示すブロック図を示す。図8は、本発明の実施の形態3におけるモータ制御装置の他の概要を示すブロック図を示す。

Claims (10)
- オープンコレクタ回路のコレクタ電圧を出力信号として送信する第1の通信回路と、
前記出力信号を受信する第2の通信回路と、
前記第1の通信回路と前記第2の通信回路とを接続する、1本の信号線と、
を備える通信装置であって、
前記第1の通信回路は、前記出力信号をパルス信号として前記第2の通信回路に送信し、
前記第2の通信回路は、前記第2の通信回路で生成した電圧信号を前記第1の通信回路に送信し、
前記第1の通信回路と前記第2の通信回路とは、前記信号線を介して、前記パルス信号と前記電圧信号とを双方向で通信する通信装置。 - 前記第1の通信回路は、
前記オープンコレクタ回路を成す第1のトランジスタと、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むベース端子と接続され、前記ベース端子に対して前記第1のトランジスタをオン/オフするゲート信号を出力する第1の制御部と、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むコレクタ端子と接続され、前記コレクタ端子に発生する前記コレクタ電圧を検出する第1の検出部と、
を有し、
前記第1の検出部は、前記第1の制御部が前記ベース端子に対して、前記第1のトランジスタをオフするゲート信号を出力しているときに、前記コレクタ電圧を検出する、請求項1に記載の通信装置。 - 前記第2の通信回路は、
前記オープンコレクタ回路を成す第1のトランジスタが含むコレクタ端子に、一方の端子が接続されるプルアップ抵抗器と、
前記コレクタ端子および前記一方の端子と接続される入力端子と、
予め設定された閾値の電圧と、前記入力端子を介して伝達された前記出力信号の電圧と、を比較し、前記閾値の電圧と前記出力信号の電圧とを比較した結果として、前記第1の通信回路から送信された前記出力信号を、H信号とL信号とを含むパルス状のパルス入力信号として出力する出力端子と、
を含む比較器と、
前記出力端子と接続され、前記比較器が出力する前記パルス入力信号が入力される第2の検出部と、
所定の値を出力する第2の制御部と、
前記所定の値を前記閾値の電圧以上のプルアップ電圧に変換し、変換した前記プルアップ電圧を前記プルアップ抵抗器が含む他方の端子に伝達する電圧変換部と、
を有する、請求項1に記載の通信装置。 - 前記第1の通信回路は、
前記オープンコレクタ回路を成す第1のトランジスタと、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むベース端子と接続され、前記ベース端子に対して前記第1のトランジスタをオン/オフするゲート信号を出力する第1の制御部と、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むコレクタ端子と接続され、前記コレクタ端子に発生する前記コレクタ電圧を検出する第1の検出部と、
を有し、前記第1の検出部は、前記第1の制御部が前記ベース端子に対して、前記第1のトランジスタをオフするゲート信号を出力しているときに、前記コレクタ電圧を検出し、
前記第2の通信回路は、
前記コレクタ端子に、一方の端子が接続されるプルアップ抵抗器と、
前記コレクタ端子および前記一方の端子と接続される入力端子と、
予め設定された閾値の電圧と、前記入力端子を介して伝達された前記出力信号の電圧と、を比較し、前記閾値の電圧と前記出力信号の電圧とを比較した結果として、前記第1の通信回路から送信された前記出力信号を、H信号とL信号とを含むパルス状のパルス入力信号として出力する出力端子と、
を含む比較器と、
前記出力端子と接続され、前記比較器が出力する前記パルス入力信号が入力される第2の検出部と、
所定の値を出力する第2の制御部と、
前記所定の値を前記閾値の電圧以上のプルアップ電圧に変換し、変換した前記プルアップ電圧を前記プルアップ抵抗器が含む他方の端子に伝達する電圧変換部と、
を有し、
前記信号線は、前記コレクタ端子と前記一方の端子とを接続する、
請求項1に記載の通信装置。 - 前記第1の通信回路は、
前記オープンコレクタ回路を成す第1のトランジスタと、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むベース端子と接続され、前記ベース端子に対して前記第1のトランジスタをオン/オフするゲート信号を出力する第1の制御部と、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むコレクタ端子と接続され、前記コレクタ端子に発生する前記コレクタ電圧を検出する第1の検出部と、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むエミッタ端子と前記コレクタ端子との間に分圧抵抗器と、
を有し、前記第1の検出部は、前記第1の制御部が前記ベース端子に対して、前記第1のトランジスタをオフするゲート信号を出力しているときに、前記コレクタ電圧を検出し、
前記第2の通信回路は、
前記コレクタ端子に、一方の端子が接続されるプルアップ抵抗器と、
前記コレクタ端子および前記一方の端子と接続される入力端子と、
予め設定された閾値の電圧と、前記入力端子を介して伝達された前記出力信号の電圧と、を比較し、前記閾値の電圧と前記出力信号の電圧とを比較した結果として、前記第1の通信回路から送信された前記出力信号を、H信号とL信号とを含むパルス状のパルス入力信号として出力する出力端子と、
を含む比較器と、
前記出力端子と接続され、前記比較器が出力する前記パルス入力信号が入力される第2の検出部と、
所定の値を出力する第2の制御部と、
前記プルアップ抵抗器と並列に接続され、前記所定の値に応じて抵抗値が変わる抵抗列を有するとともに、前記所定の値を前記閾値の電圧以上のプルアップ電圧に変換し、変換した前記プルアップ電圧を前記プルアップ抵抗器が含む一方の端子に伝達する可変電圧変換部と、
を有し、
前記信号線は、前記コレクタ端子と前記一方の端子とを接続する、
請求項1に記載の通信装置。 - 前記抵抗列は、第2のトランジスタと第2の抵抗器とを直列に接続して成り、
前記可変電圧変換部は、少なくとも一列以上の前記抵抗列を並列に接続して有し、前記第2の制御部が出力する前記所定の値に応じて、各々の前記第2のトランジスタをオン/オフして前記可変電圧変換部の合成抵抗値を変更する、請求項5に記載の通信装置。 - オープンコレクタ回路を成す第1のトランジスタと、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むベース端子と接続され、前記ベース端子に対して前記第1のトランジスタをオン/オフするゲート信号を出力する第1の制御部と、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むコレクタ端子と接続され、前記コレクタ端子に発生するコレクタ電圧を検出する第1の検出部と、
を有し、前記オープンコレクタ回路のコレクタ電圧を出力信号として送信するとともに、前記第1の検出部は、前記第1の制御部が前記ベース端子に対して、前記第1のトランジスタをオフするゲート信号を出力しているときに、前記コレクタ電圧を検出する、第1の通信回路を備える上位制御装置と、
前記コレクタ端子に、一方の端子が接続されるプルアップ抵抗器と、
前記コレクタ端子および前記一方の端子と接続される入力端子と、
予め設定された閾値の電圧と、前記入力端子を介して伝達された前記出力信号の電圧と、を比較し、前記閾値の電圧と前記出力信号の電圧とを比較した結果として、前記第1の通信回路から送信された前記出力信号を、H信号とL信号とを含むパルス状のパルス入力信号として出力する出力端子と、
を含む比較器と、
前記出力端子と接続され、前記比較器が出力する前記パルス入力信号が入力される第2の検出部と、
所定の値を出力する第2の制御部と、
前記所定の値を前記閾値の電圧以上のプルアップ電圧に変換し、変換した前記プルアップ電圧を前記プルアップ抵抗器が含む他方の端子に伝達する電圧変換部と、
を有し、前記出力信号を受信する第2の通信回路と、
モータと、
前記モータを駆動する駆動部と、
を備える下位制御装置と、
前記第1の通信回路が有する前記コレクタ端子と、前記第2の通信回路が有する前記一方の端子とを接続する、1本の信号線と、
を備え、
前記上位制御装置は、モータ回転指令をパルス信号に変換し、前記信号線を介して、前記パルス信号を前記下位制御装置に出力し、
前記下位制御装置は、入力された前記モータ回転指令に基いて、前記駆動部を介して前記モータを駆動するとともに、モータ実回転情報を電圧信号に変換し、前記信号線を介して、前記電圧信号を前記上位制御装置に出力する、モータ制御装置。 - オープンコレクタ回路を成す第1のトランジスタと、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むベース端子と接続され、前記ベース端子に対して前記第1のトランジスタをオン/オフするゲート信号を出力する第1の制御部と、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むコレクタ端子と接続され、前記コレクタ端子に発生するコレクタ電圧を検出する第1の検出部と、
を有し、前記オープンコレクタ回路のコレクタ電圧を出力信号として送信するとともに、前記第1の検出部は、前記第1の制御部が前記ベース端子に対して、前記第1のトランジスタをオフするゲート信号を出力しているときに、前記コレクタ電圧を検出する、第1の通信回路と、
モータと、
前記モータを駆動する駆動部と、
を備える下位制御装置と、
前記コレクタ端子に、一方の端子が接続されるプルアップ抵抗器と、
前記コレクタ端子および前記一方の端子と接続される入力端子と、
予め設定された閾値の電圧と、前記入力端子を介して伝達された前記出力信号の電圧と、を比較し、前記閾値の電圧と前記出力信号の電圧とを比較した結果として、前記第1の通信回路から送信された前記出力信号を、H信号とL信号とを含むパルス状のパルス入力信号として出力する出力端子と、
を含む比較器と、
前記出力端子と接続され、前記比較器が出力する前記パルス入力信号が入力される第2の検出部と、
所定の値を出力する第2の制御部と、
前記所定の値を前記閾値の電圧以上のプルアップ電圧に変換し、変換した前記プルアップ電圧を前記プルアップ抵抗器が含む他方の端子に伝達する電圧変換部と、
を有し、前記出力信号を受信する第2の通信回路を備える上位制御装置と、
前記第1の通信回路が有する前記コレクタ端子と、前記第2の通信回路が有する前記一方の端子とを接続する、1本の信号線と、
を備え、
前記上位制御装置は、モータ回転指令を電圧信号に変換し、前記信号線を介して、前記電圧信号を前記下位制御装置に出力し、
前記下位制御装置は、入力された前記モータ回転指令に基いて、前記駆動部を介して前記モータを駆動するとともに、モータ実回転情報をパルス信号に変換し、前記信号線を介して、前記パルス信号を前記上位制御装置に出力する、モータ制御装置。 - オープンコレクタ回路を成す第1のトランジスタと、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むベース端子と接続され、前記ベース端子に対して前記第1のトランジスタをオン/オフするゲート信号を出力する第1の制御部と、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むコレクタ端子と接続され、前記コレクタ端子に発生するコレクタ電圧を検出する第1の検出部と、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むエミッタ端子と前記コレクタ端子との間に分圧抵抗器と、
を有し、前記オープンコレクタ回路のコレクタ電圧を出力信号として送信するとともに、前記第1の検出部は、前記第1の制御部が前記ベース端子に対して、前記第1のトランジスタをオフするゲート信号を出力しているときに、前記コレクタ電圧を検出する、第1の通信回路を備える上位制御装置と、
前記コレクタ端子に、一方の端子が接続されるプルアップ抵抗器と、
前記コレクタ端子および前記一方の端子と接続される入力端子と、
予め設定された閾値の電圧と、前記入力端子を介して伝達された前記出力信号の電圧と、を比較し、前記閾値の電圧と前記出力信号の電圧とを比較した結果として、前記第1の通信回路から送信された前記出力信号を、H信号とL信号とを含むパルス状のパルス入力信号として出力する出力端子と、
を含む比較器と、
前記出力端子と接続され、前記比較器が出力する前記パルス入力信号が入力される第2の検出部と、
所定の値を出力する第2の制御部と、
前記プルアップ抵抗器と並列に接続され、前記所定の値に応じて抵抗値が変わる抵抗列を有するとともに、前記所定の値を前記閾値の電圧以上のプルアップ電圧に変換し、変換した前記プルアップ電圧を前記プルアップ抵抗器が含む一方の端子に伝達する可変電圧変換部と、
を有し、前記出力信号を受信する第2の通信回路と、
モータと、
前記モータを駆動する駆動部と、
を備える下位制御装置と、
前記第1の通信回路が有する前記コレクタ端子と、前記第2の通信回路が有する前記一方の端子とを接続する、1本の信号線と、
を備え、
前記上位制御装置は、モータ回転指令をパルス信号に変換し、前記信号線を介して、前記パルス信号を前記下位制御装置に出力し、
前記下位制御装置は、入力された前記モータ回転指令に基いて、前記駆動部を介して前記モータを駆動するとともに、モータ実回転情報を電圧信号に変換し、前記信号線を介して、前記電圧信号を前記上位制御装置に出力する、モータ制御装置。 - オープンコレクタ回路を成す第1のトランジスタと、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むベース端子と接続され、前記ベース端子に対して前記第1のトランジスタをオン/オフするゲート信号を出力する第1の制御部と、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むコレクタ端子と接続され、前記コレクタ端子に発生するコレクタ電圧を検出する第1の検出部と、
前記第1のトランジスタが含むエミッタ端子と前記コレクタ端子との間に分圧抵抗器と、

前記コレクタ端子に、一方の端子が接続されるプルアップ抵抗器と、

予め設定された閾値の電圧と、前記入力端子を介して伝達された前記出力信号の電圧と、を比較し、前記閾値の電圧と前記出力信号の電圧とを比較した結果として、前記第1の通信回路から送信された前記出力信号を、H信号とL信号とを含むパルス状のパルス入力信号として出力する出力端子と、
を含む比較器と、
前記出力端子と接続され、前記比較器が出力する前記パルス入力信号が入力される第2の検出部と、
所定の値を出力する第2の制御部と、
前記プルアップ抵抗器と並列に接続され、前記所定の値に応じて抵抗値が変わる抵抗列を有するとともに、前記所定の値を前記閾値の電圧以上のプルアップ電圧に変換し、変換した前記プルアップ電圧を前記プルアップ抵抗器が含む一方の端子に伝達する可変電圧変換部と、
を有し、前記出力信号を受信する第2の通信回路を備える上位制御装置と、
前記第1の通信回路が有する前記コレクタ端子と、前記第2の通信回路が有する前記一方の端子とを接続する、1本の信号線と、
を備え、
前記上位制御装置は、モータ回転指令を電圧信号に変換し、前記信号線を介して、前記電圧信号を前記下位制御装置に出力し、
前記下位制御装置は、入力された前記モータ回転指令に基いて、前記駆動部を介して前記モータを駆動するとともに、モータ実回転情報をパルス信号に変換し、前記信号線を介して、前記パルス信号を前記上位制御装置に出力する、モータ制御装置。
