さらに、上記板材の切断の際に、板材を一時停止させる必要があるので、これにおいても必ずしも生産性が優れるとはいえない。

このとき、板材を1本のエンドレスコンベアで搬送しながら、板材に対しレーザー加工を施すので、搬送時やレーザー加工時における板材の位置ズレを防止できる。その結果、板材を精度良く所望の形状に切断することができる。
また、板材を搬送させながら、レーザーノズルから照射されるレーザー光で切断するので、生産性にも優れる。
また、かかる空間は任意の位置に形成することができるので、加工位置が制限されない。
さらに、上流側支持ローラ及び下流側支持ローラ間に形成される空間にスパッタ受け箱を設置することができる。これにより、レーザー加工の際に発生するスパッタを回収することも可能となるができる。

そして、エンドレスコンベア1は、複数の案内ローラ2、上流側支持ローラ21a、下流側支持ローラ21b及び引込ローラ21cによって案内されている。
このように、レーザーブランキング装置100においては、エンドレスコンベア1を1本しか用いないので、スペースをとらず、設置が極めて容易である。
また、板材Xを、1本のエンドレスコンベア1で搬送しながら、レーザー加工を完了させるので、搬送時やレーザー加工時に板材Xを受け渡し等する必要が全く無い。このため、板材Xの位置ズレを防止することができる。その結果、板材Xを精度良く所望の形状に切断することが可能となる。
また、振動防止手段11aは、板材に接圧を与えており、レーザー加工時のブランク材の振動を抑制するようになっている。
さらに、振動防止手段11aは、レーザーノズル11が取り付けられているフレームに固定され、レーザーノズル11と共に水平方向に移動するようになっている。
なお、かかる振動防止手段11aとしては、特に限定されないが、接圧ブラシ等が挙げられる。
また、上流側支持ローラ21a及び下流側支持ローラ21bの下方には引込ローラ21cが設けられているので、上流側支持ローラ21a、下流側支持ローラ21b及び引込ローラ21cの間には必然的に空間Sが形成される。
例えば、引込ローラ21cの軸心を前後方向に傾けることで、引込ローラ21cのみの角度を変えることもできる。これにより、エンドレスコンベアのベルトが位置ずれを起こした場合、元の位置に戻すように調整することができる。
スパッタ受け箱22は、エンドレスコンベア1の進行方向に直交する方向(すなわちエンドレスベルト1を横断する方向)に延びた箱状となっており、レーザー加工の際に発生するスパッタを回収可能となっている。なお、スパッタ受け箱22には、図示しないヒュームコレクター(集塵機)が取り付けられており、当該ヒュームコレクターがスパッタ受け箱22に収容されたスパッタを吸引回収するようになっている。
そして、移動基体20は、エンドレスコンベアの左右両端に、エンドレスコンベアの進行方向に沿って取り付けられた一対の下Y軸レール25に案内されて移動可能となっている。すなわち、移動基体20を介して、上流側支持ローラ21a、下流側支持ローラ21b、引込ローラ21c及びスパッタ受け箱22は、一体となって、エンドレスコンベア1の進行方向に下Y軸レール25に案内されて移動可能となっている。なお、下Y軸レール25は、機枠に取り付けられている。
これにより、レーザーノズル11を前後に大きく移動させてレーザー加工を行う場合であっても、レーザーノズル11の移動に追従するように、空間Sを、移動基体20を介して移動させることができるので、レーザー加工が可能な領域を大きく広げることができる。なお、詳細については後述する。
また、板材の搬送速度をあげることも可能となる。
図2に示すように、レーザーブランキング装置100において、エンドレスコンベア1の上方には、エンドレスコンベア1の進行方向に直交するようにX軸レール12が取り付けられており、レーザーノズル11がX軸レール12に案内されて移動可能となっている。
また、エンドレスコンベア1の両端には、エンドレスコンベアの進行方向に沿って一対のY軸レール15が取り付けられており、X軸レール12は、エンドレスコンベア1の進行方向に移動可能となっている。なお、Y軸レール15は、下Y軸レール25の上方に、下Y軸レール25と平行となるように配置されている。また、X軸レール12及びY軸レール15は、図示しない機枠に取り付けられている。
図3(a)~図3(d)は、本実施形態に係るレーザーブランキング装置を用いて板材をレーザー加工した一例を示す概略図である。かかる例は、レーザーノズル11をX軸レール12に案内させて移動させ、X軸レール12を固定した例である。なお、振動防止手段11aの記載は省略する。
まず、図3(a)に示すように、レーザーブランキング装置100においては、コイル等から巻き出された平板状の板材Xが、図示しないエンドレスコンベアによって連続搬送される。
そして、レーザー光を照射しながら、レーザーノズル11がX軸レール12に案内されて矢印A1の方向に移動する。そうすると、図3(b)に示すように、板材Xが斜め方向に切断される。なお、上流側支持ローラ、下流側支持ローラ及び引込ローラにより形成される空間Sは移動しない。
この操作を繰り返すことにより、図3(d)に示すように、板材Xが斜め方向及び逆斜め方向に切断され、三角状のブランク材が得られる。
まず、図4(a)に示すように、レーザーブランキング装置100においては、コイル等から巻き出された平板状の板材Xが、図示しないエンドレスコンベアによって連続搬送される。
そして、レーザー光を照射しながら、レーザーノズル11がX軸レール12に案内されて矢印A1の方向に移動すると共に、X軸レール12がY軸レール15に案内されて、矢印B1の方向に移動する。このとき、X軸レール12がエンドレスコンベア1と同じ速度で移動したとする。そうすると、板材Xが鉛直方向に切断される。このとき、上流側支持ローラ、下流側支持ローラ及び引込ローラは、X軸レールの移動に追従するように、下Y軸レール25に案内されて移動する。すなわち、上流側支持ローラ、下流側支持ローラ及び引込ローラ形成される空間SはX軸レールの移動に追従して移動する。
この操作を繰り返すことにより、図4(d)に示すように、板材Xが鉛直方向に切断され、矩形状のブランク材が得られる。
また、エンドレスコンベア1の進行方向における該レーザーノズル11の移動に追従するように上流側支持ローラ21a、下流側支持ローラ21b及び引込ローラ21cにより形成される空間Sを移動させることにより、エンドレスコンベア1を逃がし、レーザー光によって損傷することを防止することができる。
図5(a)及び図5(b)は、他の実施形態に係るレーザーブランキング装置の上流側支持ローラ、下流側支持ローラ及び引込ローラを示す概略側面図である。
例えば、図5(a)に示すように、引込ローラ21c1が2つ設けられていてもよく、図5(b)に示すように、引込ローラ21c2が3つ設けられていてもよい。
これらの場合、レーザーノズルの下方の上流側支持ローラ21a及び下流側支持ローラ21b間に、より十分な空間を確実に形成することができる。なお、引込ローラを複数備える場合であっても、それぞれの引込ローラが独立して位置変更可能となっている。

Claims (9)
- 平板状の板材を搬送させながら、レーザーノズルから照射されるレーザー光で切断し、ブランク材とするレーザーブランキング装置であって、
前記レーザーノズルと、
前記板材を送るためのエンドレスコンベアと、
前記レーザーノズルの下方に設けられた一対の上流側支持ローラ及び下流側支持ローラと、
前記上流側支持ローラ及び前記下流側支持ローラの下方に設けられた引込ローラと、
を備え、
前記上流側支持ローラ、前記下流側支持ローラ及び前記引込ローラが前記エンドレスコンベアを案内するレーザーブランキング装置。 - 前記上流側支持ローラ、前記下流側支持ローラ及び前記引込ローラが一体となって、前記エンドレスコンベアの進行方向に移動可能となっている請求項1記載のレーザーブランキング装置。
- 前記上流側支持ローラ、前記下流側支持ローラ及び前記引込ローラがそれぞれ独立に、位置変更可能となっている請求項1又は2に記載のレーザーブランキング装置。
- 張力を調整するための張力調整ローラを更に備える請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のレーザーブランキング装置。
- 前記エンドレスコンベアの上方には、前記エンドレスコンベアの進行方向に直交するようにX軸レールが取り付けられており、
前記エンドレスコンベアの左右両端には、前記エンドレスコンベアの進行方向に沿ってY軸レールが取り付けられており、
前記レーザーノズルが前記X軸レールに案内されて移動可能となっており、
前記X軸レールが前記Y軸レールに案内されて移動可能となっている請求項1~4記載のいずれか1項に記載のレーザーブランキング装置。 - 前記X軸レールと前記上流側支持ローラ、前記下流側支持ローラ及び前記引込ローラとが一体となっている請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のレーザーブランキング装置。
- 前記上流側支持ローラ及び前記下流側支持ローラの間には、スパッタ受け箱が設置されている請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のレーザーブランキング装置。
- 前記レーザーノズルの周囲には、レーザー加工時の板材の振動を抑制するための振動防止手段が取り付けられている請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のレーザーブランキング装置。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のレーザーブランキング装置を用いた加工方法であって、
前記レーザーノズルを移動させながらレーザー光を照射し、
前記エンドレスコンベアの進行方向における該レーザーノズルの移動に追従するように前記上流側支持ローラ、前記下流側支持ローラ及び前記引込ローラを移動させる加工方法。
