Description
図3に示すように、集塵ボックス60の開口部61は、平面視では、幅方向Fxに沿って延びる上流側開口縁部64と、この上流側開口縁部64よりも搬送方向Fyの下流側において幅方向Fxに沿って延びる下流側開口縁部65と、を備える矩形状である。
(1)レーザ加工装置3は、ワークWを搬送する搬送装置4と、ワークWの上部でレーザヘッドHを移動させるヘッド駆動機構5と、ワークWの下部のうちレーザヘッドHの直下に配置されるようにレーザヘッドHに追従して移動する集塵ボックス60と、集塵ボックス60の開口部61に設けられ、幅方向Fxと平行な軸回りで回転自在な外側支持ローラ81及び内側支持ローラ82と、を備える。これにより、集塵ボックス60を搬送方向Fyに沿って移動させる際には、支持ローラ81,82はワークWの下面を転がりながらこのワークWを支持するので、ワークWの下面に傷が付くのを防止することができる。またレーザ加工装置3は、外側支持ローラ81を搬送装置4によるワークWの搬送動作と同期して回転させるカウンタローラ9を備える。これにより、搬送装置4によってワークWを搬送方向Fyに沿って搬送しながら集塵ボックス60の移動方向を反転させた場合であっても、外側支持ローラ81は当初移動方向へ慣性によって回り続けることは無いので、この外側支持ローラ81と接するワークWの位置のずれを防止することができる。これによりレーザヘッドHから照射されるレーザ光によってワークWを精度良く切断加工することができる。

Claims (3)
- レーザ照射部と、
板材を搬送方向に沿って搬送するベルトコンベアと、
前記板材の上部で前記レーザ照射部を移動させる駆動部と、
前記板材の下部のうち前記レーザ照射部の直下に配置されるように当該レーザ照射部に追従して移動する集塵部と、
前記集塵部の開口部に設けられ、前記搬送方向に対し直交する幅方向と平行な軸回りで回転自在なローラと、を備えるレーザ加工装置であって、
動力伝達機構によって前記ベルトコンベアの動力を前記ローラに伝達し、前記ローラを前記ベルトコンベアによる前記板材の搬送動作と同期して回転させる駆動機構を備えることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 - 前記ベルトコンベアは、前記幅方向と平行な軸回りで回転自在な複数のベルトローラと、複数の前記ベルトローラに掛け渡された帯状のベルトと、を備え、
前記動力伝達機構は、前記幅方向と平行な軸回りで回転自在でありかつその外周面が前記ベルトローラ又は前記ベルトと前記ローラとに接するカウンタローラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザ加工装置。 - レーザ照射部と、
板材を搬送方向に沿って搬送する搬送装置と、
前記板材の上部で前記レーザ照射部を移動させる駆動部と、
前記板材の下部のうち前記レーザ照射部の直下に配置されるように当該レーザ照射部に追従して移動する集塵部と、
前記集塵部の開口部に設けられ、前記搬送方向に対し直交する幅方向と平行な軸回りで回転自在なローラと、を備えるレーザ加工装置であって、
前記ローラを前記搬送装置による前記板材の搬送動作と同期して回転させる駆動機構をさらに備え、
前記開口部には、前記板材の下面を吸引面へ吸引し、前記板材の下面と前記吸引面とを接触させずに前記板材を支持する非接触支持部が設けられ、
前記開口部は、平面視では、前記幅方向に沿って延びる上流側開口縁部と、当該上流側開口縁部よりも前記搬送方向下流側において前記幅方向に沿って延びる下流側開口縁部と、を備え、
前記上流側開口縁部及び前記下流側開口縁部には、それぞれ、1以上の前記ローラと1以上の前記非接触支持部とが前記幅方向に沿って交互に設けられていることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。
