Abstract

歯科用光硬化性樹脂組成物を用いて、強度、耐摩耗性、硬度、低吸水性、審美性、機能性等に優れる人工歯を、熟練を要せずに短時間、特に1時間未満で円滑に簡単に製造する方法の提供。 【解決手段】(a)光透過性の底面を有する造形容器に、ラジカル重合性有機化合物(A)、充填剤(B)及び光感受性ラジ力ル重合開始剤(C)を含有する液状の歯科用光硬化性樹脂組成物を入れ、造形容器内の歯科用光硬化性樹脂組成物に、造形容器の光透過性の底面を透して、歯に関する三次元CADデーターに基づく一層ごとのスライスデーターに従って光も昭射して一層分の硬化樹脂層を形成し、(b)前記(a.)で形成した硬化樹脂層を一層分だけ上昇させて該硬化樹脂層の下面と造形容器の底面との間に歯科用光硬化性樹脂組成物を流人させ、硬化樹脂層の下面と造形容器の底面との間の該歯科用光硬化性樹脂組成物に造形容器の光透過性の底面を透して、歯に関する三次元CADデーターに基づくー層ごとのスライスデータ一に従って光を照射して一層分の硬化樹脂層を更に形成し、(C)人工歯が得られるまで前記(b)の操作を繰り返す人工歯の製造方法。
