Abstract
Description
例えば、スクリーンがクリーン度の高い空間とクリーン度の低い空間とを区画するとき、クリーン度の高い空間とクリーン度の低い空間との間の気圧差によって、クリーン度の低い空間へスクリーンが張出すような外力をスクリーンの全体は受ける。
本開示の日射遮蔽装置の他の態様にて、前記可動部は、軸を中心として回転するカム面を有するカムであり、前記カム面にて前記外縁部と対向する部分が、前記外縁部を押圧できる対向部分であり、前記カム面が前記第1位置から回転して前記第2位置に位置する状態では、前記カム面が前記第1位置に位置する状態よりも、前記対向部分と前記軸との間の距離が大きいことが好ましい。
本開示の日射遮蔽装置の他の態様にて、前記可動部は、前記空間から逸脱する途中の前記外縁部との摩擦によって前記遮蔽材に追従して弾性変形する弾性体であり、弾性変形による弾性力によって前記外縁部を押圧することが好ましい。
本開示の日射遮蔽装置をロールスクリーンに具体化した第1実施形態のロールスクリーンを図1から図5を参照して説明する。
図1が示すように、ロールスクリーンが備える枠体11は、左右方向に沿って延びる巻取軸12を回転できる状態で支持している。巻取軸12は、遮蔽材の一例であって矩形形状を有するスクリーン13の上端部を巻取軸12の軸線方向に沿って支持している。スクリーン13の下端部は、巻取軸12の外周面から離れて、開閉方向の一例であって昇降方向の一例である鉛直方向の下側に向かって自重によって垂れ下がっている。スクリーン13の下端部は、左右方向に沿って延びるウエイトバー14を有することが好ましく、ウエイトバー14は、スクリーン13の位置を昇降方向に沿って安定させる。スクリーン13の下端部がウエイトバー14を有する構成にて、ウエイトバー14の左右方向に沿った長さLWは、スクリーン13の左右方向に沿った長さLSよりも短い。
次に、上記構成からなるロールスクリーンの作用を説明する。
図5の二点鎖線が示すように、スクリーン13の外縁部13Eが案内通路21Gに入り込んだ状態にて、前側通路形成部材23F、および、後側通路形成部材23Bは、それぞれ案内位置に位置する。この状態にて、スクリーン13の外縁部13Eを中央側へ抜くような外力Faが、スクリーン13に作用すると、スクリーン13の外縁部13Eは、案内通路21Gから徐々に抜け始める。
(1)前側通路形成部材23Fと後側通路形成部材23Bとの間の隙間からスクリーン13の外縁部13Eが抜け始めるとき、前側通路形成部材23F、および、後側通路形成部材23Bの各々は、スクリーン13と接触しながらスクリーン13に追従して変形する。そして、前側通路形成部材23F、および、後側通路形成部材23Bの各々は、案内位置から、外縁部13Eに対する押圧力を高める抜止位置へ変位する。それゆえに、前側通路形成部材23Fと後側通路形成部材23Bとの間の隙間から外縁部13Eの全てが抜けること、ひいては、案内レール21からスクリーン13が抜けることが抑えられる。
・可動部は、前側通路形成部材23Fと後側通路形成部材23Bとの両方に限らず、前側通路形成部材23Fと後側通路形成部材23Bのいずれか一方でもよい。
本開示の日射遮蔽装置をロールスクリーンに具体化した第2実施形態のロールスクリーンを図6および図7を参照して説明する。第2実施形態のロールスクリーンと、第1実施形態のロールスクリーンとは、互いに異なる構成からなる通路形成部材を備える。以下では、第1実施形態のロールスクリーンと異なる構成を主に説明し、第1実施形態のロールスクリーンの構成に対応する構成に同じ符号を付してそれの説明を省略する。
図6が示すように、挟持部を構成する前側通路形成部材33Fは、前側案内壁21Fの内側面に支持され、また、挟持部を構成する後側通路形成部材33Bは、後側案内壁21Bの内側面に支持されている。可動部は、1又は複数の可動部材から構成されている。可動部材の一例である前側通路形成部材33Fと、可動部材の一例である後側通路形成部材33Bとは、前側通路形成部材33Fと後側通路形成部材33Bとの中間を通る鉛直面に対して、互いに面対称となる形状を有している。そのため、以下では、前側通路形成部材33Fを詳細に説明し、後側通路形成部材33Bにて前側通路形成部材33Fと重複する構成の説明を省略する。
前側通路形成部材33Fが案内位置に位置するとき、抜止カム33Sのカム面にて、最も後側、すなわち、最も後側通路形成部材33Bに近い部位は、外縁部13Eと対向する対向部分としての接触部Kである。また、後側通路形成部材33Bが案内位置に位置するとき、抜止カム33Sのカム面にて、最も前側、すなわち、最も前側通路形成部材33Fに近い部位は、これもまた、外縁部13Eと対向する対向部分としての接触部Kである。これら2つの接触部Kは、互いに対向している。2つの接触部Kは、ロールスクリーンの左右方向において、中心軸C2よりもスクリーン13の外縁部側に位置している。
次に、上記構成からなるロールスクリーンの作用を説明する。
図7の二点鎖線が示すように、スクリーン13の外縁部13Eが、案内通路21Gに入り込んだ状態にて、前側通路形成部材33F、および、後側通路形成部材33Bは、それぞれ案内位置に位置する。この状態にて、スクリーン13の外縁部13Eを中央側へ抜くような外力Faが、スクリーン13に作用すると、スクリーン13の外縁部13Eは、案内通路21Gから徐々に抜け始める。
(5)スクリーン13に追従する抜止カム33Sは、昇降方向に沿って延びる中心軸C2を中心として回る。この際に、外縁部13Eの昇降方向に沿った昇降と、抜止カム33Sの回転とは、互いに直交する方向への動きであるため、昇降するスクリーン13と抜止カム33Sとが接触しても、抜止カム33Sは回りがたい。それゆえに、抜止カム33Sの案内位置での案内と、抜止カム33Sの抜止位置での抜止との確実性が高められる。
・可動部は、前側通路形成部材33Fと後側通路形成部材33Bとの両方に限らず、前側通路形成部材33Fと後側通路形成部材33Bのいずれか一方でもよい。
[第3実施形態]
本開示の日射遮蔽装置をロールスクリーンに具体化した第3実施形態のロールスクリーンを図8~図11を参照して説明する。第3実施形態のロールスクリーンと、第1実施形態のロールスクリーンとは、互いに異なる構成からなる通路形成部材を備える。以下では、第1実施形態のロールスクリーンと異なる構成を主に説明し、第1実施形態のロールスクリーンの構成に対応する構成に同じ符号を付してそれの説明を省略する。
図8が示すように、挟持部を構成する前側通路形成部材43Fは、前側案内壁21Fの内側面に支持され、また、挟持部を構成する後側通路形成部材43Bは、後側案内壁21Bの内側面に支持されている。可動部は、1又は複数の可動部材から構成されている。可動部材の一例である前側通路形成部材43Fと、可動部材の一例である後側通路形成部材43Bとは、前側通路形成部材43Fと後側通路形成部材43Bとの中間を通る鉛直面に対して、互いに面対称となる形状を有している。そのため、以下では、前側通路形成部材43Fの構成を詳細に説明し、後側通路形成部材43Bにて前側通路形成部材43Fと重複する構成の説明を省略する。
案内通路21Gは、前側通路形成部材43Fの抜止レバーカム43Sと、後側通路形成部材43Bの抜止レバーカム43Sとの間の空間である隙間によって構成されている。2つの抜止レバーカム43Sが案内位置に位置するとき、2つの抜止レバーカム43Sの間の隙間は、案内通路21Gに入り込んだ外縁部13Eの昇降方向に沿った移動を許容する大きさに設定されている。2つの抜止レバーカム43Sが抜止位置に位置するとき、2つの抜止レバーカム43Sの間の隙間は、案内通路21Gに入り込んだ外縁部13Eをカム面45によって押圧する大きさに設定されている。
次に、上記構成からなるロールスクリーンの作用を説明する。
図10が示すように、スクリーン13の外縁部13Eが、案内通路21Gに入り込んだ状態にて、前側通路形成部材43F、および、後側通路形成部材43Bは、それぞれ案内位置に位置する。この状態にて、スクリーン13の面方向と交差する方向に向かう外力、例えば、スクリーン13の中央部がスクリーン13の前側へ張出すような外力Faが、スクリーン13に作用すると、スクリーン13の外縁部13Eは、案内通路21Gから徐々に抜け始める。
(7)スクリーン13の面方向と交差する方向に向かってスクリーン13が変位するとき、スクリーン13の変位量は、案内レール21に入り込んでいる外縁部13Eよりも、スクリーン13の中央側にて大きい。それゆえに、カム面45よりもスクリーン13の中央側に位置する入力部46は、こうしたスクリーン13の変位をカム面45よりも検出しやすい。そして、スクリーン13の面方向と交差する方向に向かって動くスクリーン13が、入力部46を押し、これによってカム面45が回るため、スクリーン13の張出しに対して、スクリーン13の抜止めの精度が高められる。
・可動部は、前側通路形成部材43Fと後側通路形成部材43Bとの両方に限らず、前側通路形成部材43Fと後側通路形成部材43Bのいずれか一方でもよい。
上述した各実施形態、および、各変形例は、以下のように変形することも可能である。
・ロールスクリーンの左右方向において、案内レール21の有する幅Wは以下のように設定されることが好ましい。
本開示の日射遮蔽装置をロールスクリーンに具体化した第4実施形態のロールスクリーンについて図13を参照して説明する。第4実施形態のロールスクリーンと、第1実施形態のロールスクリーンとは、互いに異なる構成からなるスクリーンの外縁部を備えている。以下では、第1実施形態のロールスクリーンと異なる構成を主に説明し、第1実施形態のロールスクリーンの構成に対応する構成に同じ符号を付してそれの説明を省略する。
図13が示すように、ロールスクリーンにおけるスクリーン13は、スクリーン本体13Bと、複数の左側外縁部13ELと、複数の右側外縁部13ERとを備えている。複数の左側外縁部13ELの各々は、スクリーン本体13Bの左側縁からスクリーン本体13Bの左側に向かって延びている。複数の右側外縁部13ERの各々は、スクリーン本体13Bの右側縁からスクリーン本体13Bの右側に向かって延びている。複数の左側外縁部13ELの各々と、複数の右側外縁部13ERの各々とは、例えば、スクリーン本体13Bに固定された樹脂などの材料からなる棒材や板材に具体化される。なお、図13においては、ロールスクリーンの一部を切り欠いて部材間の前後方向の位置の関係を示す便宜上、左側外縁部13ELと右側外縁部13ERの一部が割愛されているが、これらは、スクリーン本体13Bの昇降方向に沿って隙間を空けてスクリーン本体13Bの昇降方向の全体にわたり並んでいる。
・可動部は、他の実施形態と同じく、前側通路形成部材23Fと後側通路形成部材23Bとの両方に限らず、前側通路形成部材23Fと後側通路形成部材23Bのいずれか一方でもよい。
本開示の日射遮蔽装置を縦型スクリーンに具体化した第5実施形態の縦型スクリーンについて図15を参照して説明する。第5実施形態の縦型スクリーンと、第4実施形態のロールスクリーンとの間では、スクリーンの案内される方向が主に互いに異なる。以下では、第4実施形態のロールスクリーンと異なる構成を主に説明し、第4実施形態のロールスクリーンの構成に対応する構成に同じ符号を付してそれの説明を省略する。
図15が示すように、縦型スクリーンの備える支持部材51は、建物の壁面や天井面などに支持され、開閉方向の一例である左右方向に沿って延びるガイドレール52、ガイドレール52に垂下されてガイドレール52の延在方向に沿って移動することの可能なランナー53、および、案内レール21を備えている。第5実施形態における案内レール21は、第4実施形態における案内レール21の延在方向を左右方向に変換した構成であって、スクリーン13の前側に位置する前側通路形成部材23Fと、スクリーン13の後側に位置する後側通路形成部材23Bとを備えている。こうした支持部材は、例えば、カーテンレールなどに具体化される。
・可動部は、他の実施形態と同じく、前側通路形成部材23Fと後側通路形成部材23Bとの両方に限らず、前側通路形成部材23Fと後側通路形成部材23Bのいずれか一方でもよい。
・各実施形態におけるスクリーンは、遮光性を有する生地、透光性を有する生地、網戸用の網目生地であってもよく、日射を遮蔽する遮蔽材であればよい。
図17が示すように、例えば、縦型スクリーンにおいて、2つのスクリーン13が前後方向に沿って並ぶ構成であれば、2つの前側通路形成部材43Fが、2つのスクリーン13の前側に位置し、2つの後側通路形成部材43Bが、2つのスクリーン13の後側に位置してもよい。こうした構成であれば、2つのスクリーン13の各々において、スクリーン13が案内通路21Gから抜け出ることを抑えることが可能である。
Claims (10)
- 遮蔽材と、
前記遮蔽材の外縁部を挟むことの可能な挟持部と、を備え、
前記挟持部は、
前記外縁部を挟む空間で前記外縁部の移動を許容する第1位置と、前記外縁部に対する保持力を前記第1位置よりも高める第2位置とに変位する可動部を備え、
前記可動部は、
前記空間から逸脱する途中の前記遮蔽材と接触可能な位置に配置され、前記空間から逸脱する途中の前記遮蔽材に追従して前記第1位置から前記第2位置へ変位する
日射遮蔽装置。 - 1つの延在方向に沿って延びる形状を有して前記外縁部を前記延在方向に沿って案内する案内レールをさらに備え、
前記案内レールが、2つの通路形成部材から構成される前記挟持部を備え、

前記遮蔽材の面方向と交差する方向に向けて動く前記遮蔽材が前記入力端を押すことによって前記カム面が前記第1位置から前記第2位置に変位する
