(4) After vulcanization, the aluminum plate and vulcanized rubber are peeled off, and the aluminum plate is heated on a hot plate at 180 ° C. for 15 minutes.
- the aluminum plate of (4) is reused, and the operations of (1) to (4) are repeated 10 times, and after the 10th vulcanization, the aluminum plate is cooled to room temperature without peeling off.
- (6) After cooling, cut out together with the vulcanized rubber into the size of an aluminum plate to produce a test piece.
- the peeling strength at the time of peeling a vulcanized rubber sheet from an aluminum plate with a tensile tester was measured by 180 degree peeling. In addition, it shows that peeling strength is so weak that a numerical value is small, and the one where a numerical value is small is preferable. When the peel strength is weak, a molded body such as a tire is easily “separated” from the processing mold, and the molded body is less likely to be broken.
- the rubber composition of the present invention can be suitably used as a rubber composition for tires. Further, when Examples 14 to 16 are compared, it can be seen that polyisoprene is vulcanized faster than polybutadiene, the amount of residue on the aluminum plate is small, and the peel strength when peeling the vulcanized rubber is low.

Abstract
