Abstract
Description
本実施形態のリトラクタは、シートベルトのウエビングを巻き取るウエビング巻取装置であり、車両用のシートベルト装置に設けられる。リトラクタを備えたシートベルト装置は、車両に搭載され、シートに座った乗員をウエビング(シートベルト)により保護する。
図示のように、リトラクタ1は、ハウジングユニット3と、ウエビング2の巻取ドラム10を有する巻取ドラムユニット4と、巻取バネユニット5と、メカニズムカバーユニット6と、ウエビング2の端部に固定された抜け止めピン7を備えている。
図示のように、複数の部品を組み合わせることで、リトラクタ1の各ユニット3~6が組み立てられる。また、複数のユニット3~6を合体することで、リトラクタ1が製造される。以下、これらリトラクタ1の各部について、順に詳しく説明する。
図示のように、巻取ドラム10の軸心が第1開口部25の中心に一致する状態で、巻取ドラム10は、ハウジング20、第1開口部25、及び、第2開口部27内で回転する。また、巻取ドラム10は、軸心に沿って側方に突出する一対のシャフト12、13(第1シャフト12、第2シャフト13)を有する。メカニズムカバーユニット6は、クラッチユニット8に組み合わされて、第1シャフト12を回転可能に支持する。巻取バネユニット5は、第2シャフト13に連結されて、第2シャフト13を回転可能に支持する。
図示のように、巻取ドラムユニット4は、ウエビング2の巻取方向Mと引出方向Pに回転可能な巻取ドラム10と、ハウジング20のロック歯26に係合する可動パウル4Aと、クラッチユニット8と、キャップ17を有する。可動パウル4Aは、ロック歯26に係合する係合爪4Bと、側方に突出する連動ピン4Cからなる。巻取ドラム10の端部に形成されたパウル収容部14に可動パウル4Aが収容されたときに、連動ピン4Cは、パウル収容部14の誘導部(貫通部)14Aからクラッチユニット8に向かって突出する。
図示のように、可動パウル4Aは、パウル収容部14内に移動可能に収容され、パウル収容部14の内外方向に移動する。その際、連動ピン4Cが、誘導部14Aを摺動して、誘導部14Aに沿って移動する。
図示のように、メカニズムカバー6Aは、ロッキングクラッチ30を収容する円筒状のクラッチ収容部6Bと、加速度センサー50を収容するセンサー収容部6Cと、センサー収容部6C内の加速度センサー50を覆うセンサーカバー6Dを有する。加速度センサー50がセンサー収容部6Cに取り付けられた状態で、センサーレバー53のロック爪54が、上方に突出し、クラッチ収容部6Bの開口6Eに配置される。
図示のように、慣性質量体52は、センサーホルダー51とセンサーレバー53の間に移動可能に保持される。車両の緊急事態(例えば、衝突、急ブレーキ)により、車両の加速度が所定の加速度を超えたときに、慣性質量体52は、慣性力によりセンサーホルダー51の上で移動して、センサーレバー53を上方へ押す。これにより、センサーレバー53のロック爪54が、クラッチ収容部6B内に移動して、ラチェットホイール36の歯35に噛み合う。
ウエビング2の通常の巻取時には(図14A参照)、巻取ドラム10とともに、ロッキングクラッチ30及びロックアーム40が巻取方向Mに一体に回転する。その際、規制部材56の押さえ部57は、ロックアーム40の他端部42に接触して、他端部42により巻取方向Mに押される。これにより、規制部材56は、ロックアーム40とともに巻取方向Mに回転する。
規制部材56の押さえ部57(接触部59)は、上記したように、巻取ドラム10の引出方向Pの回転時にロックアーム40から離れる。巻取ドラム10の巻取方向Mの回転時には、図示のように、押さえ部57が、ロックアーム40に接触してロック作動方向Lへ変位するロックアーム40を押さえる。即ち、押さえ部57は、巻取ドラム10の巻取方向Mの回転によりロックアーム40の他端部42に接触し、巻取ドラム10の巻取方向Mの回転中は、ロックアーム40に接触した状態に維持される。また、押さえ部57は、巻取ドラム10の巻取方向Mの回転停止の反動によりロック作動方向Lへ変位するロックアーム40を押さえる。
図示のように、突起16は、ロックアーム40に形成された凹部47内に配置され、凹部47内で移動してロックアーム40に接触する。
図示のように、解除手段18は、伝達機構19によりロックアーム40を押して、ロックアーム40を停止部6Gに沿って移動させつつ解除方向に変位させる。その際、まず、伝達機構19の突起16が、ロックアーム40の一端部41を停止部6Gの係合歯6Jに向かって押す(矢印Q1)。これに伴い、ロックアーム40の一端部41が、係合歯6Jの係合面に沿って移動し始めて、係合歯6Jの先端に向かって移動する(矢印Q2)。
図示のように、配置部材62は、回転軸6Kに取り付けられる円筒状の取付部62Aと、取付部62Aから突出するアーム部62Bと、アーム部62Bの先端に形成された突起からなる接触部62Cを有する。接触部62Cが移動部材70に接触して移動することで、アーム部62Bが取付部62Aを中心に回転し、配置部材62が移動する。
図示のように、ウエビング2の引き出し又は巻き取りにより巻取ドラム10が引出方向P又は巻取方向Mに回転すると、減速機構80により、移動部材70が巻取ドラム10の回転方向の反対方向に回転する。また、移動部材70の回転に伴い、配置部材62は、移動部材70の周方向に相対的に移動するとともに、移動部材70の各部74~77に沿って相対的に移動する。
Claims (7)
- ウエビングの巻取方向と引出方向に回転可能な巻取ドラムと、
巻取ドラムとともに回転し、かつ、巻取ドラムの引出方向の加速度に応じてロック作動方向に変位可能な変位部材と、
ロック作動方向に変位した変位部材と係合して変位部材を停止する停止部と、
変位部材が停止部で停止した状態で、巻取ドラムの引出方向の回転に伴い作動を開始して巻取ドラムの回転を止めるロック機構と、
変位部材と停止部の係合を解除する解除手段と、
を備えたシートベルト用リトラクタであって、
解除手段が、ロック機構の作動開始から巻取ドラムの回転が止まるまでの間に、巻取ドラムの回転を変位部材に伝達して、変位部材を停止部との係合を解除する解除方向に変位させる伝達機構を有するシートベルト用リトラクタ。 - 請求項1に記載されたシートベルト用リトラクタにおいて、
解除手段が、伝達機構により変位部材を押して、変位部材を停止部に沿って移動しつつ解除方向に変位させるシートベルト用リトラクタ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載されたシートベルト用リトラクタにおいて、
巻取ドラムとともに回転し、かつ、巻取ドラムに対して相対的に回転可能な回転体を備え、
変位部材が、ロック作動方向に変位可能に回転体に連結されて回転体とともに回転し、
解除手段が、停止部から変位部材が受ける力により変位部材を回転体とともに回転させつつ、変位部材を解除方向に変位させるシートベルト用リトラクタ。 - 請求項3に記載されたシートベルト用リトラクタにおいて、
変位部材が、回転体に回転可能に連結されて、回転によりロック作動方向に変位し、
停止部が、変位部材と係合した状態で、解除方向に変位する変位部材を先端に向かって移動させつつ回転させ、かつ、変位部材に回転体とともに回転する力を加える係合歯を有するシートベルト用リトラクタ。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載されたシートベルト用リトラクタにおいて、
伝達機構が、巻取ドラムの引出方向の回転に伴い変位部材に接触して変位部材を押す回転伝達部材を有するシートベルト用リトラクタ。 - 請求項5に記載されたシートベルト用リトラクタにおいて、
回転伝達部材が、巻取ドラムに形成され、巻取ドラムから変位部材に向かって突出する突起からなるシートベルト用リトラクタ。 - 請求項6に記載されたシートベルト用リトラクタにおいて、
突起が、変位部材に形成された凹部内に配置され、凹部内で変位部材に接触するシートベルト用リトラクタ。
