请参阅图 1 -图 2, 为现有技术公开的一种后跟贴 10。 其包括基体 101 和凸台 103, 基体】01 呈长形片状, 两端较宽, 中间略窄。 凸台 103置于 基体 101 正面中间部分, 其对应于人体脚后跟内凹的部位。 该后跟贴 10 背面涂有胶水层 (图未示) , 用于将该后跟贴 10 贴于鞋子对应脚后跟的 部位。 由于在后跟贴 10中间位置设置有凸台 103, 该凸台 103可以防止脚 脱出鞋子。
但是上述后跟贴 10 透气性不好, 防滑效果不佳, 不具有按摩功能, 而且当人脚伸进鞋子时, 容易将该后跟贴 10踩下使后跟贴 10脱落, 脚上 提的时候, 凸台 103对脚后跟的阻力还不够, 仍然容易导致走路时脚脱出 鞋子。
鉴于上述问题, 提供一种新型的鞋贴实为必要。 发明内容
为克服现有技术的鞋子透气性不好, 防滑效果不佳, 不具有按摩功 能, 鞋子容易脱出等技术问题, 本发明提供一种具有透气, 按摩、 缓冲、 防滑及防刮脚等功能的鞋贴及其制造方法及其用途。
本发明解决技术问题的方案是提供一种鞋贴, 用于贴于鞋子内, 包括 一基体, 基体分为正面和背面, 其正面与人脚部相对, 其背面与鞋子相 对, 基体正面设置凸起区, 凸起区包括第一凸起区和第二凸起区, 第二凸 起区的高度大于第一凸起区的高度, 第二凸起区设置在鞋贴中间, 第一凸 起区设置在第二凸起区的外围, 且第二凸起区对应人脚后跟凹陷的部位。
优选地, 第二凸起区内设置有凸台, 凸台设置在基体的正面, 置于中 间, 界定一平面, 对应人脚后跟凹陷的部位, 凸台外围为第一凸起区, 凸 台的高度为第一凸起区高度的 1-2.5倍。
优选地, 第二凸起区内设置有多个第二凸起, 多个第二凸起界定一平 面, 对应人脚后跟凹陷的部位, 其外围为第一凸起区, 第一凸起区内均匀 设置第一凸起, 第二凸起的高度大于第一凸起的高度
优选地, 凸起区的高度从鞋贴两侧向中间逐渐增高。
优选地, 第一凸起和第二凸起的高度是基体厚度的 0.5- 2倍。
优选地, 基体呈长方形、 腰形、 三角形、 圓形、 檷圆形、 梯形或心 形; 第一凸起和第二凸起为圓柱体、 棱柱体、 锥体、 条状或块状。

本发明解决现有技术问题的又一技术方案是: 提供一种制造鞋贴的制 造方法, 包括如下步骤: 步骤一, 提供一基体, 基体材料为硅橡胶、 聚氯 乙烯、 热固油墨、 乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物、 高回弹海绵、 热塑性聚氨酯弹性 体、 聚氨基甲酸酯、 无紡布、 紡织品、 真皮或人造皮革; 步骤二, 在基体 上成型凸起层, 凸起层材料为硅橡胶、 聚氯乙烯、 热固油墨、 乙烯-醋酸乙 烯共聚物、 高回弹海绵 热塑性聚氨酯弹性体或聚氨基甲酸酯。
与现有技术相比, 本发明提供的鞋贴通过在基体上均勾设置多个凸 起, 脚与鞋面之间存在大量空隙, 以便于空气流通, 大大增强了鞋子的透 气性; 而且凸起的材料采用硅橡胶等柔软富有弹性的材料, 可以防止脚与 鞋面摩擦损伤皮肤, 保护脚的健康, 也增加了鞋子的舒适度; 此外, 凸起 具有一定的回弹力, 具有缓冲的作用, 能够防止穿鞋时将鞋贴踩皱致使鞋 附图说明

步骤 2001 , 剪裁基体 201, 将薄片状的基体材料剪裁成第一实施例的 基体 201 的形状。 基体的材料可以是无纺布、 紡织品 真皮、 人造皮革、 超纤或丝光绒等柔软材料。
步骤 2003, 熔融材料, 将硅橡胶或者是 PVC (聚氯乙歸)、 热固油墨、 EVA (乙烯 醋酸乙烯共聚物)、 高回弹海绵、 TPU (热塑性聚氨酯弹性 体) 、 PU (聚氨基曱酸酯)等柔软弹性材料熔融流体状态。
步骤 2005, 热压圆柱凸起 2031, 将熔融的材料通过热压模具(图未 示)在基体 201 上成型圓柱凸起 2031 及凸台 205, 该热压模具与后跟贴 20正面的形状相对应, 其上设置有圓柱形凸起相对应的圓柱形凹槽(图未 示 )
本实施例提供的制造方法将熔融后的圆柱凸起 2031 材料热压于基体
201上, 使圆柱凸起 2031直.接成型在基体 20 上, 该方法还可以用于制造 第二实施例至第九实施例的各种鞋贴。
请参阅图 Π , 本发明第十一实施例提供一种制造第一实施例后跟贴 20的方法, 其主要包括如下工艺步骤:
步骤 3001, 提供模具, 该模具与后跟贴 20正面的形状相对应, 即凹 模上对应于基体 20 具有与基体 201 同厚度的基体凹槽 (图未示) , 在基 体凹槽的底部具有圓柱凹槽, 其对应与圆柱凸起 2031 , 基体凹槽中间还设 置有长条状凹槽 (图未示) -, 其对应后跟贴 20的凸台 205。
步骤 3003, 熔融材料, 将硅橡胶或者是 PVC (聚氯乙烯)、 热固油墨、 EVA (乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)、 高回弹海绵、 TPU (热塑性聚氨酯弹性 体) 、 PU (聚氨 甲酸酯)等柔软弹性材料熔融流体状态。
步骤 3005, 成型, 将步骤二熔融的材料注入步骤一提供的模具内, 热 压成型, 使基体 201及圓柱凸起 2031 —体成型。 热压圓柱凸起 2031 , 将 熔融的材料通过热压模具(图未示)在基体 201 上成型圓柱凸起 2031 及 凸台 205, 该热压模具与后跟贴 20正面的形状相对应。
步骤 3007, 脱模, 待步骤三的熔融材料冷凝成型后, 将成型好的后跟 贴 20脱出模具。
本实施例提供的制造方法在于, 将圆柱凸起 2031 与基体 201 —体成 型, 该方法还可以适用于制造第二实施例至第九实施 的各种鞋贴。 本发明提供的后跟贴 20、 30 , 40、 50或随意贴 60、 70 , 80、 或后掌 垫 90 或前掌垫 100 还可以具有多种变形结构, .基体 201、 301 , 401 , 501 . 601。 701。 801 . 901 . 1001 也可以三角形、 长方形、 圓形、 橢圆 形、 梯形、 心形等各种形状。 圓柱凸起 203】、 3031、 4031、 5031、 6031、 703、 803、 903、 1003 还可以是三棱柱、 四棱柱、 六棱柱等各种棱柱形凸 起, 或者是锥体形凸起, 还可以是长条状、 带状或块状的凸起。
本发明提供的后跟贴 20 , 30、 40 , 50或随意贴 60、 70、 80 , 或后掌 垫 90或前掌垫 100通过在基体 201 > 301 > 401、 501、 601 , 701、 801、 901、 1001 上均匀设置多个圓柱凸起 2031、 3031、 4031 ' 5031、 6031、 703、 803、 903、 1003, 脚与鞋面之间存在大量空隙, 以便于空气流通, 大大增强了鞋子的透气性; ,¾且圓柱凸起 203】、 303】、 4031、 5031、 6031、 703、 803、 903、 1003 的材料采用硅橡胶等柔软富有弹性的材料, 可以防止脚与鞋面摩擦损伤皮肤, 保护脚的健康, 也增加了鞋子的舒适 度; 此外, 圆柱凸起 2031 , 3031 , 4031、 5031、 6031、 703 , 803、 903、 1003具有一定的回弹力, 具有緩沖的作用, 能够防止穿鞋时将鞋贴踩皱致 使鞋贴脱落或者脚上提时从鞋子内脱出; 同时还能过起到防滑的效果, 以 及具有按摩保健的功能。 通过设置基底层 407 可以增加该后跟贴 40 的柔 性及强度, 通过设置保暖层 306 可以使该后跟贴 30 与人脚接触的舒适 度。

11.一种制造鞋贴的制造方法, 包括如下步骤: 步骤一, 提供一基体, 基体材料为硅橡胶, 聚氯乙歸、 热固油墨、 乙烯-醋酸乙歸共聚物、 高回弹 海绵、 热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、 聚氨基甲酸酯、 无纺布、 纺织品、 真皮或人 造皮革; 步骤二, 在基体上成型凸起层, 凸起层材料为硅橡胶、 聚氯乙 烯、 热固油墨、 乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、 高回弹海绵、 热塑性聚氨酯弹性体 或聚氨基曱酸酯, 凸起层包括第一凸起区和第二凸起区, 第二凸起区的高 度大于第一凸起区的高度, 第二凸起区设置在鞋贴中间, 第一凸起区设置 在第二凸起区的外围, 且第二凸起区对应人脚后跟凹陷的部位。
