Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention
  • The disclosure belongs to the technical field of footwear accessories, and in particular relates to a heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding.
  • Description of the Related Art
  • In modern society, people's pursuit of quality of life has become increasingly higher, and they also have higher requirements for the comfort of the shoe body worn on their feet. Since a batch of shoe bodies is manufactured in large quantities according to the same size and specifications and the same process, while the shape of feet is diverse from each other, it is very difficult for the shoe bodies purchased to conform to the shape of everyone's feet. Especially when women wear high heels, the heels often leave gaps, so that the feet may easily slip off the high heels (shoe body falls off easily). Even if it does not fall off, it will cause continuous rubbing between the heel and the shoe body, which may injure the heel and affect the comfort of the foot. Although cloth strips or toilet paper can be placed on the inside of the heel to deal with this problem, the cloth strips and toilet paper cannot be fixed and easily come out by repeated rubbing during walking, so they can only be used for temporary emergency.
  • There are also reports on the heel liners in the prior art. Heel liner is a kind of footwear accessory with special flexible glue at the bottom, which can be firmly adhered to the sole of the shoe, not only keeping good shape, but also not damaging the shoe body. The current heel liner generally comprises a bottom layer, a cotton layer arranged on the bottom layer, an adhesive layer positioned on the cotton layer, and release paper covered on the adhesive layer; when used, the release paper needs to be peeled off so that one side of the adhesive layer can be attached to the inside of the heel of the shoe body. However, the above heel liner and the common heel liners in the market are used in contact with the foot skin on a flat surface or a massage surface instead of gripping surface. Since the flat or massage surface only sticks to the heel through its thickness so as to reduce the internal size of the shoe body, it does not solve the problem of how to make better use of the contact surface of the heel liner to achieve the purpose and effect of heel fixing. In addition, the function of the above heel liner is quite specialized, which is only suitable for high heels or for people with thin feet. During use, the fitness and comfort are not satisfactory, and there are also problems such as foot rubbing on a certain level and shoes not fitting the feet perfectly, etc.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In order to solve the existing problems mentioned above, the disclosure provides a heel liner characterized by high availability, ease of use, good fitness, and nice comfort, such that the adaptation to various shoe types and foot shapes may be truly realized, and that the problems such as foot rubbing and lack of fit may finally be solved.
  • The technical scheme of the disclosure is as follows: the heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding according to the disclosure comprises a heel liner body, wherein the upper and lower surfaces of the heel liner body are respectively provided with a gripping surface and an adhesive fixing surface; the gripping surface comprises a pin array arranged stepwise in ascending order; the pin array and the heel liner body are inclined at a specific angle; the pin array comprises a lower pin array, a middle pin array and a upper pin array; the configuration of the lower end of the heel liner body is matched with the that of the heel of a human body.
  • The pin array arranged stepwise in ascending order according to the technical scheme enables the gripping surface of the heel liner of the disclosure to perfectly fit the curved surface of the human heel, and aims to grip the shoe body when the heel is likely to slide off the shoe body, thus effectively preventing the heel from sliding off.
  • The gripping surface comprises a pin array arranged stepwise in ascending order, wherein the heel liner comprises a lower pin array, a middle pin array and a upper pin array from bottom to top; the pin height of the lowest layer in the lower pin array is relatively low, while the pin height of the highest layer of upper pin array is the highest, thus forming a slope. The heel liner is designed as such that the close contact between the heel liner and the shoe depends on the contacts of the upper pin array, thus forming complementation with the foot and achieving the effect of preventing sliding and lack of fit.
  • Further, the pins of the pin array are arranged in an inclined downward direction, and the specific angle of inclination between the pin array and the heel liner body is 0-90 degrees.   • Preferably, the thickness of the heel liner body is 1-6 mm.
  • Preferably, the pin length of the lower pin array is 1.5 mm, and the pin length of the upper pin array is 3.5 mm.
  • Further, each of the pins of the pin array is arranged in the form of a cylinder, wherein the middle-upper part of the pin is provided with a cut surface, and the end of the pin is provided with a holding contact. As for the pin configuration in the pin array, each of the pins is normally configured in a cylinder shape, and the upper-middle part of the cylinder is processed by cutting planes, wherein the larger the area where the cut surface contact the skin of the feet, the better the adsorption effect; and the end of the cylinder is provided with a small holding contact, so that the contact area is also enlarged to prevent the feet from sliding off the heel and lack of fit.
  • Preferably, the configuration of the lower end of the heel liner body is arranged in a convex arc-concave arc-convex arc configuration, and the curvature thereof is suitable for a conventional foot shape and is suitable for the configuration of the heel of a human body.
  • Further, the upper side wall of the pin in the upper pin array is provided with a notch to grip the shoe body when the heel is likely to slide off the shoe body, thus effectively preventing the heel from sliding off.
  • Furthermore, the gripping surface is provided with a diagonal brace. Preferably, the diagonal brace is arranged at the middle of the upper pin array, wherein the diagonal brace is preferably made of soft material; the diagonal brace is arranged in an inclined downward direction to further grip the shoe body when the heel is likely to slide off the shoe body, thus effectively preventing the heel from sliding off.
  • Further, the adhesive fixing surface is a sticky glue layer, a 3M double-sided adhesive layer or a hook and loop layer.
  • Furthermore, the adhesive fixing surface is provided with a release paper layer.
  • Preferably, the heel liner body is made of a soft material including silica gel, rubber, and soft plastic to effectively avoid foot rubbing.

  • The technical scheme of the disclosure will be explained in further detail below in connection with the specific implementation. The prior art is used in parts of this disclosure where technical features or connected relations are not described in detail.
  • The disclosure is further described as follows with reference to the drawings.
  • As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding according to the disclosure comprises a heel liner body, wherein the upper and lower surfaces of the heel liner body are respectively provided with a gripping surface and an adhesive fixing surface 1; the gripping surface comprises a pin array arranged stepwise in ascending order; the pin array and the heel liner body are inclined at a specific angle; the pin array comprises a lower pin array 2, a middle pin array 3 and a upper pin array 4; the configuration of the lower end of the heel liner body is matched with the that of the heel of a human body.
  • The pins of the pin array are arranged in an inclined downward direction, and the specific angle of inclination between the pin array and the heel liner body is 0-90 degrees. The thickness of the heel liner body is 1-6 mm; the pin length of the lower pin array is 1.5 mm, and the pin length of the upper pin array is 3.5 mm. Each of the pins of the pin array is arranged in the form of a cylinder, wherein the middle-upper part of the pin is provided with a cut surface 5, and the end of the pin is provided with a holding contact 6.   • In actual use, the adhesive fixing surface 1 is properly attached to the rubbing or non-fitting position of the heel; when wearing shoes, the pins can be directly pressed down conveniently, and when taking off the shoes, the pins in the pin array exerts a reaction force on the inner surface of the shoe, so that the heel liner of the disclosure allows convenient wearing and taking off. For the heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding in the embodiment, when wearing shoes, there is a high friction between the pins and the inner surface of the shoe, and as the heel sliding is likely to occur, the pins are subjected to the shoe sliding force, and forms a reaction force by combining the toughness of the material itself, thus truly and effectively avoiding the occurrence of the heel sliding and lack of fit.

A heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding of the disclosure comprises a heel liner body, wherein the upper and lower surfaces of the heel liner body are respectively provided with a gripping surface and an adhesive fixing surface; the gripping surface comprises a pin array arranged stepwise in ascending order; the pin array and the heel liner body are inclined at a specific angle; the pin array comprises a lower pin array, a middle pin array and a upper pin array; the configuration of the lower end of the heel liner body is matched with the that of the heel of a human body.
2. The heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding of claim 1, wherein the pins of the pin array is arranged in an inclined downward direction, and the specific angle of inclination between the pin array and the heel liner body is 0-90 degrees.
3. The heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the heel liner body is 1-6 mm; the pin length of the lower pin array is 1.5 mm, and the pin length of the upper pin array is 3.5 mm.
4. The heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding of claim 1, wherein each of the pins of the pin array is arranged in the form of a cylinder, and the middle-upper part of the pin is provided with a cut surface, and the end of the pin is provided with a holding contact.
5. The heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding of claim 1, wherein the configuration of the lower end of the heel liner body is arranged in a convex arc-concave arc-convex arc configuration.
6. The heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding of claim 1, wherein the upper side wall of the pin in the upper pin array is provided with a notch.
7. The heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding of claim 1, wherein the gripping surface is provided with a diagonal brace.
8. The heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding of claim 1, wherein the adhesive fixing surface is a sticky glue layer, a 3M double-sided adhesive layer or a hook and loop layer.
9. The heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding of claim 1, wherein the adhesive fixing surface is provided with a release paper layer.
10. The heel liner preventing heel rubbing and sliding of claim 1, wherein the heel liner body is made of a soft material including silica gel, rubber, and soft plastic.
