Definitions
- the present invention relates to a label, a strip-shaped label body, and a label roll.
- a label for example, a plurality of labels for product promotion that are attached to an adherend such as a product in a state in which a part thereof protrudes, and a plurality of such labels are connected.
- the present invention relates to a formed strip-shaped label body and a label roll configured by rolling the strip-shaped label body into a roll shape.
- the above-described label for product promotion tends to form a large region protruding from the product.
- the area of the adhesive portion formed on the back surface of the label is 20% of the entire area of the back surface of the label. There are also less than%.
- the above-described partial pasting labels for product advertisement of the prior art have the following technical problems. Specifically, since the above-mentioned partially glued label has only an adhesive part formed on a part of the back surface thereof, the adhesive strength is weaker than a label in which an adhesive part is formed on the entire back surface. Therefore, when forming a strip-shaped label body in which the front and back surfaces of a plurality of labels are arranged so as to partially overlap each other and the labels are connected to each other, the adhesive force between the connected labels is weak, and the labels are separated from each other Has a specific problem.
- the partial gluing label as described above employs a configuration in which the release paper is attached one by one, causing an environmental problem that the release paper is generated as a large amount of waste.
- This invention is made
- the objective is to reduce the quantity of a waste in the label affixed on the to-be-adhered body in the state which made the one part protrude. There is.
- the present invention for solving the above technical problem is a label adhered to an adherend in a state in which a part of the adherend is projected, and includes a label base and an overcoat provided on the surface of the label base A first adhesive part formed by applying a first adhesive that maintains stickiness, and a second adhesive that is cured after a predetermined time has been applied to the back surface of the label base. And a second adhesive portion.
- the first paste is formed of a rubber hot melt adhesive or a UV curable acrylic hot melt adhesive
- the second paste is formed of an olefin adhesive.
- the label of the present invention As described above, in the label of the present invention, the first adhesive portion where the adhesiveness is maintained and the second adhesive portion formed by applying and forming the second adhesive that hardens after a predetermined time is provided on the back surface of the label base portion. ing. That is, the label of the present invention has the same function as a label in which an adhesive portion is formed on the entire label back surface until a predetermined time has elapsed.
- a strip-shaped label body in which the labels are connected with a strong adhesive force can be formed. Therefore, for example, it is possible to form a label roll by rolling the strip-shaped label body into a roll, thereby providing a label roll that does not use a release paper, and reducing the release paper that becomes waste. .
- an adhesive-free portion to which no adhesive is applied is formed on the back surface of the label base portion.
- the reason for this configuration is as follows. Specifically, a strip-shaped label body formed of a plurality of labels is required to be connected with an adhesive force that does not allow the labels to be easily separated when the tip is pulled. Therefore, as long as the labels are connected with an adhesive force that is not easily separated, the second adhesive portion does not need to be formed in the entire region other than the first adhesive portion on the back surface of the label.
- the second adhesive part is provided in an area necessary for bonding the labels, and the other areas (other than the first adhesive part and the second adhesive part) are used as the non-glue part.
- the formation area of the second adhesive portion is reduced, and the amount of the paste for forming the second adhesive portion is reduced. Thereby, the product cost of the label can be reduced.
- the present invention is a strip-shaped label body formed by connecting a plurality of labels, and a part of the front and back surfaces of the plurality of labels is partly formed after a predetermined time elapses after the second adhesive portion is formed.
- a predetermined time elapses after the second adhesive portion is formed are arranged so as to overlap each other, and an overcoat layer of a subsequent label arranged adjacent to the first adhesive portion and the second adhesive portion formed on the back surface of each label base portion is adhered to each other.
- a release paper is stuck to the back surface of the connected label.
- the strip-shaped label body is arranged and connected so as to partially overlap the front and back surfaces of a plurality of labels.
- the size (area) of the release paper can be reduced as compared with the case where the release paper is attached one by one.
- the present invention is a label roll configured by rolling a strip-shaped label body formed by connecting a plurality of the labels, and the strip-shaped label body has passed a predetermined time after the second adhesive portion is formed.
- the front and back surfaces of the plurality of labels are arranged so as to partially overlap, and are arranged adjacent to the first adhesive portion and the second adhesive portion formed on the back surface of each label base portion.
- the strip-shaped label body is rolled in a roll shape. It is formed by these.
- each label which comprises a label roll has the area
- each label is bonded to a label in which the region S3 other than the region S1 in the first bonding portion is disposed below itself. That is, according to the present invention, the labels between the same layers are adhered to the “region S1 of the first adhesive portion and the region S2 of the second adhesive portion”, and the labels between the upper and lower layers are adhered to the region S3 of the first adhesive portion. It becomes the composition adhered only by. Therefore, according to this invention, the adhesive force of the labels connected between the same layers can be strengthened with respect to the adhesive force of the labels connected between the upper and lower layers.
- the label for merchandise can be automatically stuck on a to-be-adhered body using a label sticking apparatus. That is, according to the configuration of the label roll of the present invention, since the possibility that the label is interrupted when the label sticking device pulls out the leading end of the label roll is reduced, the automatic label sticking process is frequently performed halfway. Therefore, the automatic label sticking process can be performed efficiently.

- the second adhesive portion 4b is coated with a second adhesive (adhesive paste) that is hardened when a predetermined time (for example, 30 to 40 seconds) elapses after the application because the adhesiveness does not persist in the substantially central portion of the back side of the label. Is formed.
- a predetermined time for example, 30 to 40 seconds
- the second adhesive portion 4b includes the overcoat layer 3 of the subsequent label 10 among the back surfaces of the labels 10 when the front and back surfaces of the plurality of labels 10 are arranged so as to partially overlap.
- the overlapping region is formed in a region above the first bonding portion 4a.
- belt-shaped label body 8 overlaps with the overcoat layer 3a on the surface of the subsequent label 10 of the same layer among the 1st adhesion part 4a of the back surface, and the 2nd adhesion part 4b).
- the areas S1C and S2C that are in contact with each other are adhered to the subsequent label 10.
- each label 10 constituting the strip-shaped label body 8 has a region S1A that forms a part of the first adhesive portion 4a that functions as an adhesive portion when adhered to the adherend, and the subsequent label 10 in the same layer.
- the region S2C forming the entire area of the second bonding portion 4b is also bonded to the subsequent label 10 in the same layer.
- each label 10 has a label 10 and a region S3C (regions other than the region S1C in the first adhesive portion 4a) lower than the label 10 itself. It is designed to be glued.
- each label 10 constituting the label roll L has an “area of the region (region S1C + region S2C) to be bonded to the label 10 in the same layer” that is “bonded to the label 10 lower than itself. It is configured to be larger than the area S3C (area of the bonding portion 4a other than the region S1B). Further, in the modified example of the second embodiment, the formation area of the second adhesive portion 4b is smaller than that of the second embodiment shown in FIG. It shall be designed appropriately according to the size and shape.
- the same effect as that of the second embodiment described above can be obtained, and the second glue (adhesive) for forming the second adhesive portion more than in the second embodiment.
- Product cost can be reduced because the amount of
- the label 10 is formed in a circular shape, but the shape of the label 10 is appropriately designed.
- the above-described non-glue portions 5a, 5b, and 5c may be formed by applying a so-called “glue killing process” after applying glue.
