液晶显示面板制造技术日益成熟, 液晶显示面板生产线的世代也越来越 高, 自动化程度也越来越高, 有些生产线引入了自动化物料搬运系统, 生产配 件比如液晶玻璃等放置在卡匣内, 卡匣又放置在各个仓储拒中, 自动化物料搬 运系统的自动搬运车会依照指令把卡匣运送到各个工位。
每个仓储拒都有卡匣出入口,人们通常手动操作叉车把卡匣放在所述出入 口处, 为了准确地把卡匣放置在叉车的限定位置, 如图 1 所示, 现有技术中人 们在卡匣 2底部设置了卡块 21 , 在叉车本体 1上设置了卡槽 11 , 通过人工目视 操作使卡块 21对准卡槽 11 ,从而限定卡匣 2的位置,此种对齐方式效果好, 但 需要花费较多的时间, 搬运效率较低。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种卡匣搬运叉车, 所述叉车可以快速 地使卡匣进入叉车上的限定位置, 花费时间少, 搬运效率高。
本发明的技术方案为: 一种卡匣搬运叉车, 包括本体, 所述本体上还设有 用于引导卡匣进入限定位置的滚轮引导对齐装置, 所述滚轮引导对齐装置至少 包括二个相对设置的滚轮安装架、 两个固定轴、 四个滚轮和复位件, 所述固定 轴设置在叉车本体上, 所述滚轮安装架可绕固定轴旋转, 所述滚轮安装架包括 第一臂和第二臂, 所述滚轮分别设置在滚轮安装架的第一臂和第二臂上, 在未 放置卡匣时, 所述复位件使第一臂和第二臂倾斜向上, 放置卡匣后, 所述第一 臂和第二臂上的滚轮分别与卡匣的侧壁和底壁接触, 所述部分滚轮轴线与叉车 长度方向平行, 部分滚轮轴线与叉车宽度方向平行, 所述复位件为复位弹簧, 所述复位弹簧一端设置在滚轮安装架的第二臂上, 另一端设置在叉车本体上。 本发明的另一种技术方案为: 一种卡匣搬运叉车, 包括本体, 所述本体上 还设有用于引导卡匣进入限定位置的滚轮引导对齐装置。

在本实施例中, 所述滚轮引导对齐装置 3分为四组, 分别对应卡匣 2上的 四个卡块 21 , 每组至少包括一个滚轮安装架 31和两个滚轮 32, 所述滚轮安装 架 31设置在叉车本体 1上, 所述两个滚轮 32平行设置, 且所述滚轮 32之间设 有间距, 所述间距用于容置卡匣 2上的卡块 21。

6、 如权利要求 2所述的卡匣搬运叉车, 其中, 所述滚轮引导对齐装置至少 包括滚轮安装架和四个滚轮, 所述滚轮安装架设置在叉车本体上, 其中两个滚 轮的轴线与叉车长度方向平行, 另外两个滚轮的轴线与叉车宽度方向平行, 所 述四个滚轮围成一个方才匡。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的卡匣搬运叉车, 其中, 所述滚轮引导对齐装置至少 包括二个相对设置的滚轮安装架、 两个固定轴、 四个滚轮和复位件, 所述固定 轴设置在叉车本体上, 所述滚轮安装架可绕固定轴旋转, 所述滚轮安装架包括 第一臂和第二臂, 所述滚轮分别设置在滚轮安装架的第一臂和第二臂上, 在未 放置卡匣时, 所述复位件使第一臂和第二臂倾斜向上, 放置卡匣后, 所述第一 臂和第二臂上的滚轮分别与卡匣的侧壁和底壁接触。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的卡匣搬运叉车, 其中, 所述滚轮轴线与叉车长度方 向平行。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的卡匣搬运叉车, 其中, 所述滚轮轴线与叉车宽度方 向平行。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的卡匣搬运叉车, 其中, 所述部分滚轮轴线与叉车 长度方向平行, 部分滚轮轴线与叉车宽度方向平行。
11、 如权利要求 7 所述的卡匣搬运叉车, 其中, 所述复位件为复位弹簧, 所述复位弹簧一端设置在滚轮安装架的第二臂上, 另一端设置在叉车本体上。
