Abstract

一种用于超大尺寸液晶显示器的组装治具(100),包括:基台(110)、通过铰链连接在基台(110)上的固定架以及用于保持所述固定架处于固定角度的支撑杆(121)。由于通过调节固定架的角度来使超大液晶显示器的固定位置不会过高,从而可以轻易的对超大液晶显示器的高处位置进行安装,也就不需要多人配合也不需要其他辅助工具即可完成超大液晶显示器的安装,使得超大液晶显示器的组装更方便,效率更高。另外,固定架与基台(110)之间使用铰链连接方式,要翻转超大液晶显示器需比较容易,需要的人也比较少,提高了组装的效率;翻转过程中比较平稳,固定在固定架上的超大液晶显示器上的脆弱的元器件及液晶面板等不会发生滑动而造成碰伤,提高了组装的安全性。

一种超大尺寸液 显示器的组装治具
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示装置制造领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种超大尺寸液晶 显示器的组装治具。
【背景技术】
超大液晶显示器由于其长、 宽尺寸较大, 有的甚至高于人的身高, 因此其 组装需要多人来配合完成, 而且, 超大尺寸的液晶显示器的组装以及液晶显示 器的其它组件的组装需要放在相应超大的工作台面, 这样就占用了较多地面空 间。 以 110 寸的超大尺寸液晶显示器为例, 若要组装背光模组的灯源线时, 往 往还要把背光模组翻转直立, 再把线插入连接器, 但由于超大液晶显示器重量 较重, 翻转需要较多的人力物力, 这样一来就降低了工作效率, 并且, 在翻转 过程中, 会影响液晶显示器的整体强度, 还有可能存在较大的碰伤风险。
超大尺寸的液晶显示器由于造价昂贵, 成本较高, 其组装需要耗费较多的 人力、 物力, 同时, 在组装过程中的事故如元器件碰伤, 会直接影响到了超大 尺寸液晶显示器的生产成本。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便组装、 效率高、 安全的用于超 大尺寸液晶显示器的组装治具。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种用于超大尺寸液晶显示 器的组装治具, 包括: 基台、 通过铰链连接在基台上的用于固定待组装的液晶 显示器的固定架以及用于保持所述固定架处于固定角度的支撑杆; 所述固定架 包括: 两根平行设置的活动臂, 所述固定架的两根活动臂的一端通过铰链连接 于所述基台上; 所述固定架与所述基台的铰链连接处设置有一用于限制所述固 定架的活动臂的旋转角度的限位结构; 所述限位结构包括一垂直面, 所述固定 架翻转直立时受到所述垂直面的限制。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术方案来实现: 一种用于超大尺寸液晶显 示器的组装治具, 包括: 基台、 通过铰链连接在基台上的固定架以及用于保持 所述固定架处于固定角度的支撑杆。
优选的, 所述基台以及固定架上分别设置有用于固定所述支撑杆的固定结 构。 通过固定结构将支撑杆固定, 避免支撑过程中出现滑动掉落。

【具体实施方式】 下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1至图 4所示为本发明的一个具体实施例, 本实施例以用于 110寸的 超大尺寸液晶显示器的组装治具进行具体说明, 其包括: 基台 110、 通过铰链连 接在基台 110上的用于固定待组装的液晶显示器的固定架, 以及用于保持所述 固定架处于固定角度的支撑杆 121。待组装的液晶显示器设置在固定架上, 如图 1及图 3所示, 110寸的液晶显示器组装时需要先将背板 300固定到固定架上, 然后在组装治具 100上进行由背板 300开始的液晶显示器的其它组件的组装工 作。
支撑杆 121的目的在于保持固定架 120的角度, 在 110寸的液晶显示器的 组装工作中, 在组装背光模组的灯源线时, 需要把背光模组翻转直立起来, 再 把线路插入连接器。 当固定架 120翻转直立后, 则需要通过支撑杆 121进行支 撑保持在直立状态, 以方便对液晶显示器进行组装。 基台 110及固定架 120上 分别设置有用于固定支撑杆 121的固定结构, 支撑杆 121是在固定架 120翻转 直立后才加上的, 则所述固定结构可以是设置在基台 110及固定架 120上的限 位块(图中未画出), 当然, 支撑杆 121也可以使用铰链连接于基台 110上。
110寸的液晶显示装置高度要比人体高, 因此, 可以通过支撑杆 121调节固 定架 120的角度, 以使工人能够对高处的位置进行组装。
如图 1—4所示, 固定架包括两根平行设置的活动臂 120, 所述固定架的两根 活动臂 120的一端通过铰链连接于所述基台 110上, 固定架通过活动壁 120实 现翻转。 如图 5所示, 活动壁 120的一端通过销轴设置在轴座 130上, 轴座 130 上还设置有一限位结构 131 , 限位结构 131内侧有一垂直面, 如图 6所示, 当活 动臂 120翻转直立时, 受到限位结构 131 内侧的垂直面的限制而不可以再继续 翻转, 配合支持杆 121 的支撑作用, 即可将固定架保持在直立的状态。 如图 2 所示, 两根活动臂 120通过连接架 122连接, 连接架 122的两端分别固定在两 根活动臂 120上, 以确保两根活动壁 120的翻转同步并且能够加强固定架的结 构刚度。 通过加强固定架的结构刚度使得固定在固定架上的液晶显示器的结构 刚度也得到提高, 避免液晶显示器在翻转过程中由于固定架刚度不够变形而造 成液晶显示装置上元器件或是液晶面板的损坏。
如图 1至图 3所示, 待组装的液晶显示装置的背板 300边缘处设置有翻折 结构 310, 并且翻折结构 310上设置有定位孔 311 , 背板 300通过翻折结构 310 搭载于固定架的活动臂 120以及连接架 122上。 活动臂 120上设置有与所述定 位孔 311的位置相对应的固定孔 123 , 背板 300搭载于固定架上之后, 可通过螺 釘或者销釘等穿过定位孔 311 以及固定孔 123将背板 300进行固定。 当然, 固 定孔也可以设置在连接架 122上。
超大尺寸液晶显示器的搬运需要较多的人员才能完成, 影响到工厂的人员 工作效率, 并且其搬运过程还有可能对液晶显示器造成埴碰损坏, 若搬运的次 数过多, 背板的各部件的连接强度将会降低。 如图 1-6所示, 本实施例通过在基 台 110底部设置万象轮 140,万向轮 140可以方便进行转运过程中的移动和转向, 在需要对待组装大尺寸液晶显示装置进行转运时可以直接推动组装治具 100 即 可, 这样便于对待组装的液晶显示装置进行转运, 只需较少人力, 同时也避免 了转运过程中拆卸对待组装的大尺寸液晶显示装置造成伤害。

1、 一种用于超大尺寸液晶显示器的组装治具, 其中, 包括: 基台、 通过铰 链连接在基台上的用于固定待组装的液晶显示器的固定架以及用于保持所述固 定架处于固定角度的支撑杆; 所述固定架包括: 两根平行设置的活动臂, 所述 固定架的两根活动臂的一端通过铰链连接于所述基台上; 所述固定架与所述基 台的铰链连接处设置有一用于限制所述固定架的活动臂的旋转角度的限位结 构; 所述限位结构包括一垂直面, 所述固定架翻转直立时受到所述垂直面的限 制。
2、 一种用于超大尺寸液晶显示器的组装治具, 其中, 包括: 基台、 通过铰 链连接在基台上的用于固定待组装的液晶显示器的固定架以及用于保持所述固 定架处于固定角度的支撑杆。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的用于超大尺寸液晶显示器的组装治具, 其中, 所述 基台以及固定架上分别设置有用于固定所述支撑杆的固定结构。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的用于超大尺寸液晶显示器的组装治具, 其中, 所述 固定架包括: 两根平行设置的活动臂, 所述固定架的两根活动臂的一端通过铰 链连接于所述基台上。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的用于超大尺寸液晶显示器的组装治具, 其中, 所述 固定架与所述基台的铰链连接处设置有一用于限制所述固定架的活动臂的旋转 角度的限位结构。
