塩化ビニリデン系共重合樹脂組成物1gを50mlのテトラヒドロフランに加え、40℃で溶解し、濾過後メタノールによりポリマーを析出させ、洗浄、乾燥する。この乾燥ポリマー80mgを秤量し、溶媒として30℃のシクロヘキサノン20mlを加え、70℃で60分間加熱溶解させ、室温にて冷却後、濾紙で濾過し、溶液粘度測定用試料溶液とする。還元粘度は、試料溶液5mlをウベローデ粘度計に入れ、30℃の恒温槽に5分間放置後、通常の方法で流下秒数を測定し、次式(数1)により求めた。

重合するモノマーとして、塩化ビニリデン(VD)と塩化ビニル(VC)とを塩化ビニリデン:塩化ビニル=82:18(質量比)で混合し、懸濁重合を行った。この重合レジン(塩化ビニリデン系共重合体)に対して、添加剤として、ATBC、DALB、ESBO、LPを合計6.66質量%の含有量となるように加え、混合し、コンパウンド(塩化ビニリデン共重合体樹脂組成物)を作製した。ついで、単軸押出機を用いて、樹脂温度約185℃にて環状に溶融押出し、10℃の冷却槽で急冷した後、室温にてインフレーション二軸延伸を行い、スリット後、厚み10μm、幅300mmのフィルムを作製した。重合レジンの還元粘度、試作フィルムのメタノール抽出量を測定し、表1に示した。更に、フィルム成形性の可否、カット性、臭気性を評価し、表1に示した。

VD:VC=82:18(質量比)として重合レジンを作製した。次いでこの重合レジン(塩化ビニリデン系共重合体)に対して、添加剤として、ATBC、DALB、ESBO、LPを合計7.76質量%の含有量となるように加え、混合し、コンパウンド(塩化ビニリデン共重合体樹脂組成物)を作製した。実施例1と同様の条件にてフィルムを作製し、評価を行なった。

Claims (4)
- 塩化ビニリデン系共重合樹脂組成物において、
該樹脂組成物は、フィルムの形態を為しているときに、該フィルムをメタノール抽出したとき、メタノール抽出量が3.0質量%以上7.0質量%以下であることを特徴とする塩化ビニリデン系共重合樹脂組成物。 - 前記塩化ビニリデン系共重合樹脂組成物が、塩化ビニリデン‐塩化ビニル共重合樹脂組成物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩化ビニリデン系共重合樹脂組成物。
- 液状添加剤の総含有量が3.0質量%以上7.0質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の塩化ビニリデン系共重合樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか一つに記載の塩化ビニリデン系共重合樹脂組成物からなることを特徴とするラップフィルム。
