Abstract
Description
しかしながら、仮固定する対象が、板金製のブラケットと板金製のシャーシであると、特許文献2のような樹脂の弾性力を利用することができず、嵌合穴と嵌合爪による仮固定構造を採用できない。
また、特許文献1のようにねじ止めで仮固定することも考えられるが、組み立て作業のねじ止め作業が増加するため、組み立て作業が煩雑になって現実的でない。
しかしながら、スリット同士を噛み合わせるためには、ブラケットをシャーシ側に配置してから、噛み合い方向にブラケットをスライドさせる必要がある。すなわち、スライドに必要なスペースをシャーシに設けなければならず、シャーシ内で部品を配置する箇所が制限され、ひいては電子機器自体の小型化が制約される要因となる。
実施の形態1.
図1は、この発明に係る仮固定構造を適用した電子機器の組み立て態様を示す図であって、電子機器としてカーナビゲーション装置を例に挙げている。まず、図1(a)に示すように、電子機器1の機器本体4に取り付けたシャーシ4aに、この機器本体4に接続される機器ユニット2に取り付けたブラケット3を仮固定する。ここで、機器本体4には、その両側面にシャーシ4aが取り付けられ、背面にシャーシ4c、底面にシャーシ4cが取り付けられている。また、ブラケット3は、例えば、符号A1で示す箇所でシャーシ4aに仮固定される。
また、機器本体4の側面に取り付けられたシャーシ4a’には、内方向に水平に張り出した張出部101が設けられており、張出部101に前後方向(Y方向)に沿ったスリット101aが形成されている。
しかしながら、仮固定するためには、ブラケット3’を、図2(b)に示す距離Dだけスライドさせる必要があり、シャーシ4a’側に距離Dに応じた取り付け実装面積が必要となる。これにより、シャーシ4a’内で部品を配置する箇所が制限され、ひいては電子機器自体の小型化が制約される要因となる。
また、ブラケット3の張出部3aはその水平面がシャーシ4aの張出部4Aに当接し、位置決め用舌片7には、位置決め用壁部9がダボ9aを介して当接している。なお、この状態でねじ穴4Bを螺合すれば、ブラケット3とシャーシ4aが本固定される。
このように構成することにより、機器ユニット2に取り付けたブラケット3を、機器本体4に取り付けたシャーシ4aに適切に仮固定できる。
また、舌片6と壁部8の位置を合わせてブラケット3をシャーシ4aに組み付けるだけで仮固定することができ、従来のようにブラケットをスライドさせる構造と比較して仮固定に必要なスペースを格段に削減することができる。これにより、電子機器1自体の小型化を図ることが可能となる。
さらに、機器ユニット2の左右に設けられた舌片6のダボ6aが機器本体4の左右にある壁部8の孔部8aを圧接してブラケット3がシャーシ4aに仮固定されるので、仮固定と同時にブラケット3のシャーシ4aに対する左右方向の位置決めを行うことができる。
図5は、この発明の実施の形態2に係る電子機器の仮固定構造を示す図である。図5(a)に示すように、実施の形態2では、機器ユニット2の両側面にあるブラケット3に、機器ユニット2の側面に対して外方向へ水平に張り出した張出部3aと、機器ユニット2の側面に平行な面を有する舌片10がそれぞれ設けられている。舌片10は、幅が狭い先端部10aを有した略T字の形状で形成されている。
嵌合孔11aの内壁部12a,12bは、嵌合孔11aに嵌合された舌片10の先端部10aの両端面が当接する内壁部である。
このように構成することにより、上記実施の形態1と同様に、機器ユニット2に取り付けたブラケット3を、機器本体4に取り付けたシャーシ4aに適切に仮固定できる。
また、舌片10と壁部11の位置を合わせてブラケット3をシャーシ4aに組み付けるだけで仮固定することが可能である。
特に、第1の位置決め部が舌片10の先端部10aであり、第2の位置決め部が嵌合孔11aの内壁部12a,12bであるので、ブラケット3のシャーシ4aに対する位置決めを仮固定を行う箇所と同じ箇所で行うことができる。
Claims (5)
- 電子機器の機器本体に取り付けられたシャーシに、前記機器本体に接続される機器ユニットに取り付けられたブラケットを仮固定する電子機器の仮固定構造であって、
前記機器ユニットの両側面にある前記ブラケットにそれぞれ設けられ、前記機器ユニットの側面に平行な面を有する舌片を備え、
前記ブラケットを前記シャーシに組み付けた状態で前記舌片の前記面に近接して対向するシャーシ側の壁部および前記舌片の前記面の一方に孔部が形成され、他方に突部が形成されており、
前記舌片と前記壁部の位置を合わせて前記ブラケットを前記シャーシに組み付けることにより、前記突部が前記孔部の開口周縁を圧接して前記ブラケットを前記シャーシに仮固定する電子機器の仮固定構造。 - 前記ブラケットに設けられて、前記機器ユニットの側面に直交する方向の面を有する第1の位置決め部と、
前記シャーシに設けられて、前記ブラケットを前記シャーシに組み付けた状態で、前記第1の位置決め部の前記面が当接する第2の位置決め部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子機器の仮固定構造。 - 前記ブラケットに設けられて、前記機器ユニットの側面に対して外方向へ水平に張り出した第1の張出部と、
前記シャーシに設けられて、前記ブラケットを当該シャーシに組み付けた状態で、前記第1の張出部の水平面に当接する面を有する第2の張出部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電子機器の仮固定構造。 - 前記第1の位置決め部は、前記第1の張出部に設けられて、前記機器ユニットの側面に直交する方向の面を有する位置決め用舌片であり、
前記第2の位置決め部は、前記ブラケットを当該シャーシに組み付けた状態で当該位置決め用舌片の面が当接する位置決め用壁部であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電子機器の仮固定構造。 - 前記第1の位置決め部は、両端面が前記機器ユニットの側面に直交する方向の面となる前記舌片の先端部であり、
前記シャーシは、前記ブラケットを当該シャーシに組み付けた状態で前記舌片の先端部が嵌合する嵌合孔を備え、
前記第2の位置決め部は、前記嵌合孔に嵌合された前記先端部の両端面にそれぞれ当接する前記嵌合孔の内壁部であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電子機器の仮固定構造。
