Claims (28)
- 상측이 개방된 내측공간이 마련되는 하우징;상기 내측공간에 안착되는 밀기버튼;상기 내측공간의 내벽과 상기 밀기버튼의 외측벽 중 어느 하나를 둘러싸도록 결합되며, 둘 이상의 단자스위치를 구비하는 연성인쇄회로기판;상기 내측공간의 내벽과 상기 밀기버튼의 외측벽 중 다른 하나를 둘러싸도록 마련되어, 상기 밀기버튼이 측방향으로 이동됨에 따라 상기 단자스위치에 접촉되어 상기 단자스위치를 접속시키는 도전체;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밀기버튼이 측방향으로 이동되었을 때 상기 단자스위치와 상기 도전체가 이격되도록 상기 밀기버튼의 위치를 복귀시키는 탄성부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 밀기버튼은 외측단으로부터 하향 연장되는 하향측벽을 구비하고,상기 하우징은 상기 하향측벽의 내측면과 마주보도록 상향 연장되는 고정벽이 바닥면에 형성되며,상기 탄성부재는 상기 하향측벽과 상기 고정벽 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 하향측벽 내측면과 상기 고정벽 외측면은, 하나의 수직축을 중심으로 방사형을 이루도록 배열되어 연결되는 다수 개의 평면을 포함하고, 상기 탄성부재는 상기 하향측벽 내측면과 상기 고정벽 외측면에 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 하향측벽 내측면과 상기 고정벽 외측면은, 상기 단자스위치와 대응되는 측에 평면이 위치되고 이웃하는 두 개의 단자스위치 사이와 대응되는 측에 모서리가 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 밀기버튼은 외측단으로부터 하향 연장되는 하향측벽을 구비하고,상기 하우징은 상기 하향측벽의 내측면으로부터 일정 간격 이격되도록 상향 돌출되는 복수의 고정봉이 바닥면에 형성되며,상기 탄성부재는 상기 하향측벽 내측면과 상기 복수의 고정봉 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 하향측벽 내측면은, 하나의 수직축을 중심으로 방사형을 이루도록 배열되어 연결되는 다수 개의 평면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 하향측벽 내측면은, 상기 단자스위치와 대응되는 측에 평면이 위치되고 두 개의 단자스위치 사이와 대응되는 지점에 모서리가 위치되며,상기 복수의 고정봉은 상기 하향측벽 내측면의 모서리와 대응되는 지점에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 상측을 덮도록 결합되는 커버를 더 포함하고,상기 밀기버튼은, 상기 커버를 관통하여 상향 돌출되는 상단부와, 상기 상단부의 하측에 결합되어 상기 내측공간 내에 위치되되 외측벽에 연성인쇄회로기판 또는 도전체가 구비되는 하단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 외측벽에는 체결턱이 형성되고, 상기 커버에는 상기 체결턱의 끝단이 삽입되어 걸리는 체결홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 밀기버튼과 상기 커버 중 어느 일측에는 돌기가 형성되고, 상기 밀기버튼과 상기 커버 중 다른 일측에는 상기 돌기가 삽입될 수 있는 삽입홈이 형성되어,상기 밀기버튼의 자전이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 상측이 개방된 내측공간이 마련되는 하우징;상기 하우징의 상측에 안착되며 상기 하우징의 외측벽과 이격되도록 하향 연장되는 하향측벽을 구비하는 밀기버튼;상기 하우징의 외측벽과 상기 하향측벽의 내측면 중 어느 하나를 둘러싸도록 결합되며, 둘 이상의 단자스위치를 구비하는 연성인쇄회로기판;상기 하우징의 외측벽과 상기 하향측벽의 내측면 중 다른 하나를 둘러싸도록 마련되어, 상기 밀기버튼이 측방향으로 이동됨에 따라 상기 단자스위치에 접촉되어 상기 단자스위치를 접속시키는 도전체;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 밀기버튼이 측방향으로 이동되었을 때 상기 단자스위치와 상기 도전체가 이격되도록 상기 밀기버튼의 위치를 복귀시키는 탄성부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 탄성부재는 상기 하우징의 외측벽과 상기 하향측벽 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 외측벽면과 상기 하향측벽 내측면은 하나의 수직축을 중심으로 방사형을 이루도록 배열되어 연결되는 다수 개의 평면을 포함하고, 상기 탄성부재는 상기 하우징의 외측벽면과 상기 하향측벽 내측면에 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단자스위치는 상기 내측공간의 수직중심축을 중심으로 방사형으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 단자스위치의 개수는 4의 배수인 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 연성인쇄회로기판은 상기 하우징의 바닥면에 안착되는 돔키를 구비하고,상단이 상기 밀기버튼을 상향 관통하고 하단이 상기 돔키에 안착되는 누름버튼을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 누름버튼은, 상기 밀기버튼에 형성된 관통공을 관통하는 누름봉과, 수평면적이 상기 관통공보다 크게 형성되어 상기 누름봉의 하단에 결합되는 안착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 연성인쇄회로기판은, 수평방향으로 연장되는 중심라인과, 상기 중심라인의 길이방향과 교차하는 방향으로 상기 중심라인으로부터 연장되는 제1 분기라인 및 제2 분기라인을 포함하고,상기 단자스위치는 상기 중심라인에 형성되고, 상기 돔키는 상기 제1 분기라인에 형성되며, 상기 제2 분기라인의 끝단에는 커넥터단자가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 제2 분기라인의 끝단은 상기 하우징을 관통하여 상기 하우징 외부로 인출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단자스위치는 수평방향으로 교번으로 배열되는 부위를 갖도록 배열되는 양극단자 및 음극단자로 구성되고,상기 도전체에는 상기 양극단자 및 음극단자가 교차하도록 배열되는 지점과 대응되는 위치에 상기 단자스위치를 향해 돌출되는 돌출단이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제22항에 있어서,상기 돌출단은 상기 도전체의 외측면 전주에 걸쳐 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제22항에 있어서,상기 단자스위치가 형성된 지점의 상측과 하측에는, 상기 양극단자와 연결된 양극선과 상기 음극단자와 연결된 음극선이 각각 배치되며,상기 연성인쇄회로기판은 상기 양극선 및 음극선이 배치된 구역을 덮도록 부착되는 보호필름을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밀기버튼과 상기 하우징 중 어느 일측에는 돌기가 형성되고, 상기 밀기버튼과 상기 하우징 중 다른 일측에는 상기 돌기가 삽입될 수 있는 삽입홈이 형성되어,상기 밀기버튼의 자전이 방지되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단자스위치가 접속되었을 때 이동신호가 발생되되,하나의 단자스위치가 접속되면 해당 단자스위치가 위치한 방향으로의 이동신호가 발생되고,이웃하는 두 개의 단자스위치가 접속되면 상기 두 개의 단자스위치 사이를 향하는 방향으로의 이동신호가 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제26항에 있어서,이웃하는 셋 이상의 단자스위치가 접속되면, 접속된 단자스위치들이 배치된 영역의 가운데를 향하는 방향으로의 이동신호가 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밀기버튼은, 상면의 가운데 부위보다 상면의 가장자리 부위가 높게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호입력장치.
