- FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a schematic configuration of a fuse unit including a fuse circuit body according to the embodiment.
- FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram illustrating a circuit configuration of the fuse circuit body according to the embodiment.
- FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram illustrating a circuit configuration of a modified example of the fuse circuit body according to the embodiment.
- the fuse circuit body 3 includes an alternator connecting portion 31, a first battery connecting portion 33, a second battery connecting portion 35, and load connecting portions 37a to 37c.
- the alternator connecting portion 31 is a terminal portion to which an alternator ALT that generates power by being driven by an engine (not shown) of a vehicle equipped with an idling stop function is connected.
- the first battery connecting portion 33 is connected to the alternator connecting portion 31 via the first fusible portion (fuse) 32 and connected to the first battery B1 for supplying electric power to the load L of the vehicle. It is a terminal part.
- the second battery connection part 35 is connected to the alternator connection part 31 via a second fusible part (fuse) 34 and is connected to a second battery B2 for supplying electric power to the starter motor M of the engine.
- the load connecting portions 37a to 37c are terminal portions to which the load L is connected to the first battery connecting portion 33 via the third fusible portions (fuses) 36a to 36e and the load L is connected via the connectors C1 to C3. is there.
- the starter motor M that supplies power from the second battery B2 has an alternator ALT of the second fusible part 34 as shown by the solid line in FIG. 2 depending on whether or not overcurrent protection by the second fusible part 34 is necessary. You may connect to the 2nd battery B2 side of the 2nd soluble part 34, as shown by the chain line in FIG.
- the fuse unit 1 includes a resin circuit body housing 5 that is an insulator.
- the circuit body housing 5 includes a first body 5a extending along an upper surface (installation surface) 13 on which the positive electrode terminal (battery post) 11 of the second battery B2 is disposed, and a side surface 15 orthogonal to the upper surface 13. And a second body 5b extending.
- the first body 5a accommodates the alternator connecting portion 31, the first battery connecting portion 33, the second battery connecting portion 35, and the second fusible portion 34 of the fuse circuit body 3 exposed.
- the second body 5b accommodates the load connecting portions 37a to 37c so that the load connecting portions 37a to 37c are exposed in the lower connector opening 5c into which the connectors C1 to C3 of the load L are inserted, and each third soluble portion 36a to 36e is accommodated. Store exposed.
- the alternator connecting portion 31 is provided with a bolt 31a.
- the first battery connecting portion 33 is provided with a bolt 33a.
- a round terminal (not shown) of the power cable from the alternator ALT is fastened to the bolt 31a of the alternator connecting portion 31 by a nut (not shown).
