Definitions
- Embodiment of this invention is related with an ozone generator.
- a general ozone generator includes a dielectric electrode and a metal electrode arranged in an airtight container.
- a spacer for forming a discharge gap is inserted between the dielectric electrode and the metal electrode.
- a conductive film is provided on the inner surface of the dielectric electrode.
- the source gas introduced into the hermetic container from the gas inlet flows through a discharge gap formed between the dielectric electrode and the metal electrode.
- the source gas that has flowed through the discharge gap flows out from the gas outlet.
- an alternating high voltage is applied between the dielectric electrode and the metal electrode from a high voltage power source via a fuse and a high voltage power supply terminal.
- a dielectric barrier discharge is formed in the discharge gap and ozone is generated.
- the dielectric barrier discharge is sometimes simply referred to as barrier discharge or silent discharge.
- the heat generated by the dielectric barrier discharge is cooled by the cooling water supplied into the cooling water flow path formed by the metal electrode and the airtight container. Thereby, the gas temperature rise of the discharge gap was suppressed and ozone was to be obtained efficiently.
- the discharge gap length d is 0.6 mm to 1.3 mm.
- the gas pressure p of air as the raw material gas was set to 0.17 to 0.28 MPa (absolute pressure).
- the product of the gas pressure p of the source gas and the discharge gap length d is generally called a pd product.
- the discharge similarity law is established. This is because the pd product represents the number of gas molecules in the discharge gap.
- the discharge gap length d used so far was in the region of 0.6 mm or more as described above.
- the optimum value for the ozone yield of the pd product is a constant value near 20 kPa ⁇ cm. For this reason, it was difficult to further improve the ozone yield.
- the discharge gap length d it is conceivable to set the discharge gap length d to an optimum value of less than 0.6 mm in order to improve the ozone yield.
- a stainless steel sheet metal spacer (sheet metal spacer) has been used to form a discharge gap.
- strength viewpoint will be about 0.2 mm.
- the discharge gap length is set to 0.4 mm, substantially all the space is filled and it is difficult to use.
- a dielectric electrode is inserted into the sheet metal spacer, but it can be inserted only at two locations on both ends due to the structure.
- the metal electrode for example, stainless steel tube
- the dielectric electrode discharge tube
- the discharge gap length d does not become a desired value in the central portion where the sheet metal spacer cannot be inserted, and as a result, the ozone generation efficiency (g / kWh) is lower than the theoretical value.
- an object of the present invention is to provide an ozone generator capable of achieving a higher ozone yield by maintaining the discharge gap length constant in the longitudinal direction even when the discharge gap length is less than 0.6 mm. There is to do.
- the ozone generator of the embodiment has a cylindrical low voltage electrode coaxially arranged with respect to a cylindrical high voltage electrode, and discharges by applying a predetermined high voltage via a dielectric between the high voltage electrode and the low voltage electrode. And ozone is generated by electric discharge.
- the discharge gap length d is set to 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm.
- either the low voltage electrode or the high voltage electrode is formed as a metal electrode, and the other is formed as a dielectric electrode.
- a projection group having a plurality of projections for holding the metal electrode coaxially while maintaining the discharge gap length with respect to the dielectric electrode is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the metal electrode facing the dielectric electrode.

- the dielectric electrode 17 is coaxially inserted into the metal electrode 18 from both the left and right directions in FIG. Furthermore, since the dielectric electrode 17 is supplied with a high voltage power source, it functions as a high potential side electrode.
- a cooling water flow path 19 is formed integrally with the metal electrode 18 on the surface side opposite to the surface of the metal electrode 18 facing the dielectric electrode 17. That is, as a whole, a honeycomb-shaped metal electrode assembly 18A is formed. Here, the metal electrode assembly 18A is grounded, and the metal electrode 18 functions as a low potential side electrode.

Has been placed.

- the cylindrical dielectric electrode 17 is disposed in the storage container 12.
- a cylindrical metal electrode 18 is disposed facing the outer peripheral surface of the dielectric electrode 17 in a state where a predetermined discharge gap length d is maintained.
- the dielectric electrode 17 includes a cylindrical dielectric 25 formed in a cylindrical shape (test tube) made of quartz glass or the like having a low thermal expansion coefficient as a dielectric having heat resistance and voltage resistance.
- An electrode coating layer 26 as a conductive electrode (high potential side electrode) is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical dielectric 25.
- a high voltage power supply terminal 27 connected to the high voltage power source 14 via the fuse 16 is connected to the electrode film layer 26.
- the cylindrical dielectric 25 is formed of quartz glass, borosilicate glass, high silicate glass, aluminum silicate glass, ceramics, or the like.
- the electrode film layer 26 is formed by sputtering, thermal spraying, vapor deposition, electroless plating, electrolytic plating, coating of paint, or the like using gold, silver, copper, stainless steel, chromium, tin, zinc, nickel carbon or aluminum.
- the discharge gap length d corresponding to the distance of the discharge gap length d is set to 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm, which is shorter than 0.6 mm which is the discharge gap length of the conventional general ozone generator. Yes.
- the metal electrode 18 of the present embodiment for example, four convex protrusions 31 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the stainless steel tube. Then, the diameter D of the inscribed circle inscribed in the tips of the four protrusions 31 is made slightly larger than the diameter of the dielectric electrode 17 as a discharge tube. As a result, by inserting the cylindrical dielectric electrode 17 into the metal electrode 18, the discharge gap length d becomes a desired value (0.4 mm in the above example) by the four protrusions 31.
- the processing for forming the protrusions 31 on the stainless steel tube constituting the metal electrode 18 is referred to as spacing processing.
- the dielectric electrode 17 is a tubular (test tube) dielectric (glass or ceramic) in which the electrode film layer 26 is formed on the inner peripheral surface (inner side).
- FIG. 3A is a processing dimension diagram of the dielectric electrode.
- FIG. 3B is a processing dimension diagram of the metal electrode on which the protrusion is formed.
- 3C is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 3B.
- FIG. 3D is an explanatory diagram of a state in which a dielectric electrode is inserted into the metal electrode. 3B to 3D, for easy understanding, the protrusion 31 is exaggerated with respect to the diameter of the stainless steel tube which is the metal electrode 18.
- the outer diameter of the dielectric electrode (discharge tube) 17 is D1
- the dielectric electrode 17 has a variation of ⁇ 0.15 mm in manufacturing.
- the gap between the tip of the protrusion 31 and the dielectric electrode 17 inserted into the metal electrode 18 is ⁇ .
- D (D1 + 0.15) + ⁇ [mm] (1)
- the discharge gap length d in the direction center portion CP is within the design range.
- FIG. 4A is a diagram for explaining the principle of protrusion formation (part 1).
- FIG. 4B is a diagram for explaining the principle of protrusion formation (part 2).
- a mold (quenched steel) 41 is inserted into a stainless steel tube constituting the metal electrode 18.
- the movable punches P1 and P2 are arranged at positions shifted by 90 degrees.
- fixed punches P11 and P12 are arranged at positions facing the punches P1 and P2, respectively.
- the movable punch P1 is pressed in the direction of the arrow A1, and the punch P2 is pressed in the direction of the arrow A2.
- the pressing on the punch P1 and the punch P2 is continued as it is.
- the protrusion 31 is gradually formed, and the tip of the formed protrusion 31 abuts against the mold 41 as shown in FIG. 4B.
- the dimension of the mold 41 is set in consideration of the return amount after the pressing stops. With this setting, it is possible to obtain a desired height of the protrusion 31 (for example, 0.40 mm).
- a plurality (four in FIG. 3) are respectively provided on the same circumference at three locations of the longitudinal ends CT ⁇ b> 1 and CT ⁇ b> 2 and the longitudinal central portion CP of the metal electrode 18.
- a projection group composed of the projections 31 is arranged. In other words, a total of 12 (3 locations ⁇ 4) protrusions 31 are formed on one metal electrode 18.
- the position (distance from both ends of the discharge region) of the projection group provided at both longitudinal ends CT1 and CT2 of the metal electrode 18 has a degree of freedom of selection.
- the discharge gap length d may be different from the height of the protrusion 31 in a place away from the position where the protrusion 31 abuts. In particular, when the metal electrode 18 or the dielectric electrode 17 is bent, the discharge gap length d is different from the height of the protrusion 31.
- the optimum value of the amount (the distance between the protrusion tip and the discharge tube) when the diameter D of the inscribed circle CI is slightly larger than the diameter D1 of the dielectric electrode 17 was examined.
- the number of protrusions 31 in one protrusion group is four.
- the upper limit is limited to the size of the metal electrode 18, but if it is too large, the cost performance in processing decreases. Therefore, from the viewpoint of the insertion friction force of the dielectric electrode 17 when the dielectric electrode 17 or the metal electrode 18 is bent with respect to the number of the protrusions 31, the number of the protrusions 31 is within the range of 3 to 10. The optimum number was examined.

- FIG. 5B is an explanatory diagram (part 2) of a study model in optimizing the arrangement position of each protrusion group in the longitudinal direction of the metal electrode.
- the projection groups are provided at the three positions of the longitudinal ends CT1 and CT2 and the longitudinal central portion CP of the metal electrode 18.
- FIG. 6A is an explanatory diagram of a state in which one peak of a dielectric electrode and a metal electrode is bent.
- FIG. 6B is an explanatory diagram of a state where the crests of the dielectric electrode and the metal electrode are bent by two or more.
- the dielectric electrode 17 and the metal electrode 18 are bent more or less. From experience, most of the bent states have one mountain (primary component). On the other hand, there are almost no peaks (more than secondary components) having two or more bends.
- a bent tube generally has a first order component (amplitude ⁇ 1) to an nth order component ( ⁇ n).
- the primary component of the bend (corresponding to the amplitude ⁇ 1) is so large as to dominate the entire bend. For this reason, there is no problem even if the second or higher order components (including the amplitude ⁇ 2) are ignored.
- the tube Even if a small number of two or more peaks were observed, the tube only had no primary component of bending (amplitude ⁇ 1). Further, as described above, since the secondary component (amplitude ⁇ 2) is originally smaller than the primary component, it is considered that the amount of influence on the unevenness of the discharge gap length d is small. From the above, in this embodiment, it is assumed that the tube bend is “one mountain”.
- FIG. 7A is an explanatory diagram of the state of the metal electrode before insertion of the dielectric electrode.
- FIG. 7B is an explanatory diagram of the state of the discharge gap when the dielectric electrode is inserted into the metal electrode when the metal electrode is bent. As shown in FIG. 7A, the metal electrode 18 is bent, and when the dielectric electrode 17 is inserted into the metal electrode 18 as it is, the state shown in FIG. 7B is obtained.
- the discharge gap length d is equal to the height of the protrusion 31 in the portion where the dielectric electrode 17 is in contact with the protrusion 31.
- the discharge gap length d is different from the height of the protrusion 31 in the portion where the dielectric electrode 17 is not in contact with the protrusion 31.
- the magnitude of the difference between the discharge gap length d and the height of the protrusion 31 at each portion where the dielectric electrode 17 is not in contact with the protrusion 31 at this time is referred to as a deviation amount.
- the degree of the deviation amount is dependent on the length (distance) L 3 from the discharge space end that corresponds to the forming position of the protrusion 31. Accordingly, the product design, deviation of the discharge gap length d is necessary to obtain a length such is minimized (distance) L 3.
- the dielectric electrode 17 and the metal electrode 18 are each handled as a pipe (pipe), and the optimum position of the protrusion 311 where the deviation amount and the deviation amount are minimized is obtained using the finite element method.
- the amount of warping at the position of the protrusion 31 is zero.
- the maximum amount of warpage is on the positive side.
- FIG. 8A is an overall view of the finite element method model.
- FIG. 8B is an enlarged view of the end of the finite element method model.
- FIG. 8C is a cross-sectional explanatory diagram of the finite element method model.
- the dielectric electrode 17 and the metal electrode 18 are modeled as shell elements, and the protrusion 31 is modeled as a point-plane contact element described later.
- the outer metal electrode 18 is a tube that is bent parabola by 0.50 mm, and the inner dielectric electrode 17 is an ideal straight tube.
- the diameter of the tube is a neutral plane with respect to the plate thickness.
- the discharge gap length d is 0.40 mm.
- the distance between the dielectric electrode 17 and the metal electrode 18 in the finite element method model is 1.95 mm in consideration of the plate thickness of the tube as shown in FIG. 8C. Therefore, the gap in the numerical analysis is 1.95 mm.
- the analysis model is a full model, but the figure also shows a symmetrical object. Also in FIG. 7A, a symmetrical object is displayed.
- the protrusion 31 For analysis, finite element method analysis software ANSYS Ver. 13.0 was used. When the dielectric electrode 17 and the metal electrode 18 are in contact with each other, the protrusion 31 generates a reaction force between them. However, when the dielectric electrode 17 and the metal electrode 18 are not in contact, there is no exchange of force. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the protrusion 31 is modeled using a point-plane contact element.
- FIG. 9A is an explanatory diagram of a point-plane contact element model when a protrusion is in contact with a dielectric electrode (at the time of contact).
- FIG. 9B is an explanatory diagram of a point-plane contact element model when the protrusion is not in contact with the dielectric electrode (when not in contact).
- the contact element functions as “contacted when the distance is 1.95 mm”. That is, the length of the contact element can be interpreted as 1.95 mm.
- the point-plane contact element 31 E corresponding to the protrusion 31 functions when in contact with the shell element 17 S corresponding to the dielectric electrode 17 or the shell element 18 S corresponding to the metal electrode 18. Then, the shell element 17S corresponding to the dielectric electrode 17 or the shell element 18S corresponding to the metal electrode 18 is deformed according to the generated reaction force.

- the position of the point-plane contact element 31E corresponds to the position where the protrusion 31 is provided.
- the distance of each L 3 from both ends of the shell elements corresponding to the dielectric electrode 17 or the metal electrode 18 (respectively A-A cross section, corresponding to section C-C position) and the center position (B-B
- the point-plane contact elements 31E corresponding to the protrusions 31 are arranged at four positions at a pitch of 90 degrees on the same circumference (corresponding to the cross-sectional position).

- FIG. 11B is an explanatory diagram (part 2) of the analysis state using the finite element method model.
- FIG. 11C is an explanatory diagram (part 3) of the analysis state using the finite element method model.
- the shell element 17S corresponding to the dielectric electrode 17 is held so that the protrusion 31 maintains the contact state when the dielectric electrode 17 is forcibly inserted into the metal electrode 18.
- the shell element 18S corresponding to the metal electrode 18 is elastically deformed. That is, the shell element 17S corresponding to the dielectric electrode 17 and the shell element 18S corresponding to the metal electrode 18 are elastically deformed so that the gap G between the point-plane contact elements 31E in the finite element method model is 1.95 mm.
- the respective deformation amounts of the shell element 17S corresponding to the dielectric electrode 17 and the shell element 18S corresponding to the metal electrode 18 at the time of elastic deformation are obtained.
- the reaction force at the point-plane contact element corresponding to the protrusion 31 is also obtained. Based on the obtained reaction force, the frictional force is predicted as shown in FIG. 11C.
- FIG. 12A is an explanatory diagram of the displacement amount of the metal electrode 18 in the Y direction.
- FIG. 12B is an explanatory diagram of the amount of displacement in the Y direction of the dielectric electrode 17.
- the Y direction is a direction in which the metal electrode 18 (and the shell element 18S corresponding to the metal electrode 18) is warped.
- the dielectric electrode 17 and the metal electrode 18 are treated as elastic bodies according to the Young's modulus corresponding to each material. Therefore, both are deformed according to their Young's modulus and shape (diameter, plate thickness).
- the metal electrode 18 is bent in a direction in which warpage is reduced.
- the dielectric electrode 17 is bent in a direction in which warpage increases. And it is in the state where reaction force f1 and f2 accompanying both curvatures balance as a whole.
- deviation amount a1 and a2 are described.
- deviation amount a2 is an end, a projection 31 provided from the edge to the position of L 3, a departure amount between.
- FIG. 13 is a partial cross-sectional perspective view of the finite element method model.
- the amount of displacement at each node is obtained from analysis using a finite element method model. Then, the deformed upper gap UG and lower gap LG shown in FIG. 12 are obtained from the node coordinates and the displacement.
- FIG. 14 is an explanatory diagram of the deviation amount.
- the length of the discharge area in the metal electrode 18 is 1.375 m (1375 cm).
- the largest maximum deviation c is selected from the upper deviations a1, a2 and the lower deviations a1, a2.
- the maximum deviation amount c will vary according to the length L 3. Therefore, the maximum deviation amount c length L 3 such that the minimum is the optimum value of the projection positions.
- Figure 15 is an explanatory view of a relationship between the length L 3 and the maximum deviation amount.
- the maximum deviation c is the minimum, which is the optimum length L 3 .
- This is the optimum value of the projection position.
- the above description is that when the metal electrode 18 is bent in a parabolic shape.
- the optimum value of the formation position of the projection 31 when it is bent in a sine curve shape will be examined.
- the expression f (x) representing the bent state of the metal electrode 18 is expressed as the expression (3) as described above.
- Figure 16 is an explanatory view of a relationship between the length L 3 and the maximum deviation amount in the case where the metal electrode is bent to a sine curve shape.
- L 3 0.0
- the deviation amount can be minimized by setting the protrusion position to the end.
- the dielectric electrode 17 easily passes through the first two protrusions 31 (protrusion group) and passes through the last protrusion 31 (which constitutes the third protrusion group from the insertion side). Sometimes friction occurred. Therefore, it was considered that the “bend” is dominant in the abnormal shape that affects the insertion of the dielectric electrode 17.

- a cylindrical limit gauge of D1 + 0.15 mm and a cylindrical limit gauge of D1 + 0.20 mm were prepared. Then, after processing to form the protrusion 31 on the metal electrode 18, the limit gauge of D1 + 0.15 mm passes, and the limit gauge of D1 + 0.20 mm passes with frictional force, or the limit gauge of D1 + 0.20 mm. The gauge was not allowed to pass.
- FIG. 18 is a diagram showing the relationship between the discharge gap and the ozone yield.
- the height of the protrusion 31 is a value obtained by subtracting the protrusion tip gap ⁇ from 0.40 mm.
- the finite element method model shown in FIG. 8 is used to change the height of the projection 31 (by changing the gap between the point-plane contact element 31E) and to generate a reaction force generated by the projection 31 (of the point-plane contact element 31E). - the dielectric electrode 17 are in contact (pressed) at three locations.
- a frictional force is generated at the contact portion between the protrusion 31 and the dielectric electrode 17, and the magnitude is obtained by multiplying the total value of the reaction force by the friction coefficient. Value.
- FIG. 19 and FIG. 20 will be referred to again.
- FIG. 23B is an explanatory diagram of an actual state of the contact state when the height of the protrusion is 0.41 mm.
- the reaction force increases, and the reaction force is about seven times that of the case where the protrusion height is 0.39 mm.
- the optimum value of the protrusion tip gap ⁇ is obtained.
- the fluctuation of the discharge gap length d can be suppressed to ⁇ 0.1 mm.
- the height of the protrusion is larger than 0.39 mm, that is, when the protrusion tip gap ⁇ is smaller than 0.01 mm, the number of contact points exceeds three. Therefore, it can be seen that the protrusion tip gap ⁇ is suitably 0.01 to 0.10 mm. That is, when the design value of the discharge gap length d is 0.40 mm, the optimum value of the height of the protrusion 31 is 0.30 to 0.39 mm.
- three protrusion groups are provided in the longitudinal direction of the metal electrode 18.
- the protrusions 31 are arranged equally or substantially uniformly, the protrusions 31 can be formed within the physical limit.
- the number of protrusions 31 was evaluated from 3 to 10 in consideration of the actual manufacturing cost.
- the reaction force generated at the point-plane contact element 31E was evaluated using the finite element method model shown in FIG. If the reaction force is minimized, the frictional force during insertion is also minimized.
- the gap between the point-plane contact element 31E was 1.95 mm. This corresponds to an actual height of the protrusion 31 of 0.40 mm.
- the finite element method model of the metal electrode 18 is bent in a parabolic shape of 0.50 mm.
- ⁇ , ⁇ 1 , ⁇ 2 , ⁇ 3 , and ⁇ 4 are as follows.
- the force for bending the dielectric electrode 17 and the metal electrode 18 need only be f1.
- an unnecessarily large reaction force f2 is generated due to the wedge effect. This is considered to be the reason why the reaction force is large when the number of protrusions 31 is 3.
- the reason why the reaction force is large when the number of protrusions 31 is 5 or more will be considered.
- the number of protrusions 31 is 5 or more, it is considered that the number of contact points increases as the number of protrusions increases. That is, the dielectric electrode is excessively restrained.
- the number of protrusions should be four or more and small.
- the coaxiality between the dielectric electrode 17 and the metal electrode 18. As described above, the optimum value of the height of the protrusion 31 is 0.30 to 0.39 mm when the design value of the discharge gap length d is 0.40 mm.
- FIG. 28 is a diagram for examining the coaxiality between the dielectric electrode and the metal electrode.
- the outer diameter of the dielectric electrode 17 dg
- the inner diameter of the metal electrode 18 ds
- the deviation (eccentricity) between the central axis of the dielectric electrode 17 and the central axis of the metal electrode 18 py.

- the maximum gap between the dielectric electrode 17 and the metal electrode 18 is set to gmax
- the minimum gap between the dielectric electrode 17 and the metal electrode 18 is set to gmin.
- the height of the protrusion 31 is 0.30 mm which is the lower limit.
- the height of the protrusion 31 is low, so that the upper two protrusions do not contact the dielectric electrode as shown in FIG. Further, there arises a problem that the minimum gap gmin becomes smaller than the protrusion height pL.
- FIG. 29 is a diagram for explaining the relationship between the number of protrusions and the degree to which the minimum gap is smaller than the protrusion height.
- the degree to which the minimum gap gmin is smaller than the protrusion height pL is defined as (gmin / pL).
- the calculation conditions are a metal electrode inner diameter of 44.8 mm, a dielectric electrode outer diameter of 44.0 mm, and a protrusion height of 0.3 mm.
- the degree gmin / pL is 1 or less, so the minimum gap gmin is smaller than 0.3.
- the height of the protrusion 31 in order to make the gap length d 0.3 mm or more, the height of the protrusion 31 must be 0.315 mm. As described above, the height of the protrusion 31 needs to be finely adjusted depending on the number of protrusions (the number of protrusion points).
- the fine adjustment amount fine adjustment size depends on the number of protrusions as shown in FIG. Here, it can be seen that when the number of protrusions is 6 or more, there is not much change in gmin / pL.
- the reaction force is minimum when the number of protrusions is 4, and the reaction force increases as the number of protrusions increases.
- the number of protrusions is 3, it is special and the reaction force is large.
- the fine adjustment amount of the height of the protrusion 31 is smaller as the number of protrusions is larger.
- the fine adjustment amount of the height of the protrusion 31 does not change much.
- the number of contact points is three as shown in FIG. Therefore, the increase in the number of contact points becomes a condition for excessively constraining the dielectric electrode 17 and the metal electrode 18, and the total value of the reaction force is increased. Therefore, the number of protrusions constituting one protrusion sentence is 4 or 5 based on the above description.
- FIG. 30A is a partially broken perspective view in the vicinity of a metal electrode protrusion group forming portion for explaining a more specific protrusion shape.
- 30B is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along the direction A in FIG. 30A.
- each protrusion 31 has a dome shape as shown in FIG. 30B, and the recess 31O on the outer peripheral surface side has, for example, a spherical shape with a curvature radius of 4 mm. Further, the convex portion 31I on the inner peripheral surface side has, for example, a spherical shape with a curvature radius of 5.6 mm.
- the protrusion 31 is formed so as to smoothly reduce the inner diameter on the inner surface 18I of the metal electrode 18, so that the frictional resistance rapidly increases when the dielectric electrode 17 is inserted into the metal electrode 18. It can be inserted smoothly without increasing.

It was determined under the condition that the frictional force is minimized. As a result, it has been found that the distance between the tip of the protrusion 31 and the dielectric electrode 17 needs to be 0.01 mm or more.
- the discharge gap when the protrusion 31 is in contact with the dielectric electrode 17 is 0.30 mm, and the opposite side is 0.50 mm.
- the fluctuation of the discharge gap length d can be suppressed to ⁇ 0.1 mm.
- the distance between the tip of the protrusion 31 and the dielectric electrode 17 is preferably 0.01 to 0.10 mm.
- the number of protrusions 31 in one protrusion group is such that the frictional force is minimized when the dielectric electrode 17 is inserted into the metal electrode 18 when the dielectric electrode 17 or the metal electrode 18 is assumed to be bent.
- the number of projections of one projection group 4 is optimal.
- the discharge gap length is less than 0.6 mm, at least three places are supported in the longitudinal direction, and the discharge gap length is kept constant in the longitudinal direction.
- a high ozone yield can be achieved. More specifically, when the discharge gap length is within a range of 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm, particularly when the discharge gap length is set to around 0.4 mm, ozone decomposition after high generation is suppressed and the ozone yield is improved. I can plan.
- the protrusions 31 constituting one protrusion group are provided on the same circumference.
- the protrusions 31 are not necessarily provided on the same circumference, and are annular and have a belt-like shape having a predetermined width. It is also possible to provide within the region.
- the band-like region is provided in such a range that the metal electrode can be effectively regarded as an ideal straight pipe in a portion where the protrusion is provided. That's fine.

Abstract
Description
αd=(α/p)(pd)
D=(D1+0.15)+α [mm] (1)
x=L3のとき、(2)式は、以下の通りとなる。
φ=360°/n
θ1=0°
θ2=(1/3)×(φ/2)
θ3=(2/3)×(φ/2)
θ4=(3/3)×(φ/2)
φ=360°/4=90°
θ1=0°
θ2=(1/3)×(φ/2)=(1/3)×(90°/2)=15°
θ3=(2/3)×(φ/2)=(2/3)×(90°/2)=30°
θ4=(3/3)×(φ/2)=(3/3)×(90°/2)=45°
gmin=0.3×0.95
=0.285mm
