It can be sufficiently prevented, and oxidation, fouling, decay, etc. of the packaged items in the bag can be reliably prevented over a long period of time.
- JP 2005-15029 A Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-59958
- the non-return dispensing nozzle 21 protruding to the side is caught by another member or interferes with another member, so that the tip of the non-return dispensing nozzle 21 is The unintentional tear opening occurs, or the packing body 23 is boxed, etc., and the check dispensing nozzle 21 formed by fusion-bonding a thin and flat laminated film is bent or permanently deformed, thereby impairing the self-sealing function. There was a fear.
- the packaging body 23 when the packaging body 23 is stored in a container or the like made of paper, a resin molded body or the like having higher rigidity than the flexible packaging bag body 22 including the non-return dispensing nozzle portion, the non-return injection is performed. It is possible to effectively prevent unintentional tear opening of the discharge nozzle 21, breakage of the non-return discharge nozzle 21 due to stacking of packages, etc., permanent deformation of the discharge nozzle 21 due to packaging of the package, etc. In this case, there is a problem that the packaging cost of the liquid package is inevitably increased by using a highly rigid container or the like.
- the present invention has been made to solve these problems, and the object of the present invention is to provide a check without using a high-rigidity storage container or the like that causes an increase in packaging cost.
- a packaging bag capable of sufficiently removing the risk of unintentional tear opening of the dispensing nozzle and effectively preventing permanent deformation of the non-return dispensing nozzle, a package using the packaging bag, and It is in providing the manufacturing method of this packaging bag.

- the fusion bonding part extending in the width direction of the packaging bag body of the protruding part of the packaging film extends in parallel with the lower end part or the lateral seal part of the upper end part of the packaging bag body.
- the sealant layers on the inner surface of the packaging film facing each other at the free end of the protruding portion of the packaging film are fusion-bonded in the vertical direction of the packaging bag body, (5)
- the tear guide rod is formed at a position crossing the central portion in the protruding direction of the check pouring nozzle, (6)
- the tear guide rod is formed in a linear shape or a curved shape in an overlapping region with the check pouring nozzle, (7)
- the base end portion of the check pouring nozzle includes a region on the lower end side of the packaging bag main body, Reinforcement seal part that is pushed out to the storage space side of the packaged item is provided, (8)
- the planar contour shape of the reinforcing seal portion is a circle, an ellipse, an oval, or a polygon.
- the inner surface of the proximal end portion of the non-return dispensing nozzle is provided with a temporary fusion portion that completely closes the dispensing passage; It is.
- the present invention fills a liquid article to be packaged from the upper end opening or lower end opening of any of the packaging bags described above, and the upper end or lower end of the packaging bag is laterally sealed under aeration.
- a package is proposed in which the formed lateral seal portion extends over the entire protruding portion of the packaging film.
- the package may be a three-side seal type, a four-side seal type, or the like, or may be provided with a self-supporting bottom.
- the present invention is directed to a packaging film in which a tear guide rod is formed in advance, in which a nozzle film in which a large number of non-return dispensing nozzles are formed in advance is run at a required speed.
- the tear guide rod passes through the middle part of the check pouring nozzle through one sealant layer on the outer surface of the base end portion of each check pouring nozzle under the constant speed running of both films.
- a packaging bag is formed by fusion bonding, and a non-return dispensing nozzle that protrudes laterally from the packaging bag main body at a position corresponding to either the lower end portion or the upper end portion of the manufactured packaging bag is provided with the packaging bag.
- the manufacturing method of the packaging bag which covers from the double-sided side of the front and back by the protrusion part of the packaging film continuous from a main body is proposed.
- the non-return dispensing nozzle that protrudes to the side of the flexible packaging bag body is covered from both sides of the front and back with a protruding portion made of a packaging film provided continuously to the packaging bag body. Further, it is possible to prevent the non-return dispensing nozzle from being exposed to the outside. For this reason, in a package formed by filling and packaging an article to be packaged in a packaging bag, catching on the other member of the non-return dispensing nozzle, interference with other members, etc. on the protruding portion of the packaging film Therefore, the risk of unintentional tear opening of the non-return dispensing nozzle can be sufficiently eliminated without storing the package in a storage container having high rigidity.
- the non-return dispensing nozzle is covered from the both sides of the front and back by the projecting portion of the packaging film.
- the check-out nozzle can be maintained in a sanitary manner until it is exposed to the outside, and if the package is filled with the packaged items in the packaging bag, etc.
- the inherent rigidity of the protruding portion can effectively prevent the non-returning nozzle from being permanently deformed by bending or the like.
- the flexible packaging bag body collapses and deforms by the volume corresponding to the amount of the packaged material to be poured, so it is possible to effectively prevent the outside air from entering the packaged body while the packaged product is being dispensed. Will be.
- the packaged item in the bag is surely protected from the intrusion of outside air before, during and after the packaged item is poured out.
- the risk of oxidation, fouling, decay, etc. can be effectively removed.
- the remaining portion of the flexible packaging bag body side from the position where the tear guide wrinkle is formed on the protruding portion of the packaging film extends to the middle portion of the non-return dispensing nozzle when stopping the dispensing of the package. Therefore, the above-described close contact of the inner surface of the extraction passage is performed more quickly and more reliably.
- Such an effect is obtained by continuously forming the fusion bonding portion extending in the width direction of the flexible packaging bag main body to the lower seal portion or the lateral seal portion of the upper end portion of the flexible packaging bag main body, and the fusion bonding portion. If it is formed on the extension line of a separate fused part extending in parallel with the lower seal part or upper side seal part of the flexible packaging bag body, it will be demonstrated in any case, but the former, In the case where the fusion bonded portion is formed in the width direction of the flexible packaging bag body so as to be continuous with the horizontal seal portion, there is an advantage that a process for separately forming a separate fusion portion parallel to the horizontal seal portion can be omitted.
- the fusion bonding extends in the width direction of the flexible packaging bag body.
- the non-return dispensing nozzle can be protected from the outside. This is more effective when both the formation of the fusion bonding portion extending in the width direction of the flexible packaging bag main body and the fusion bonding in the vertical direction of the flexible packaging bag main body are performed. According to this, the non-return dispensing nozzle is surrounded in a bowl shape by the fusion bonded portion.
- the protruding portion of the packaging film (front side of the check dispensing nozzle) is formed at the position where the tear guide rod is formed. Since the protruding portion remaining on the packaging bag body side can be secured long enough after the portion is torn and removed, the function of sandwiching the extraction passage by the protruding portion when stopping the extraction of the packaged goods Can be securely secured.
- the “center portion” in the protruding direction refers to the amount of protrusion from the “center portion” position of the protruding portion of the packaging film in relation to the amount of protrusion of the check dispensing nozzle from the packaging bag body. This is because the self-sealing function of the non-return dispensing nozzle can be effectively assisted if the tear guide rod passes through a portion within the range of 20% before and after.
- the tear guide rod is linear or curved in the overlapping area with the check dispensing nozzle, the pinching mode, pinching force, etc. of the check dispensing nozzle to the dispensing passage are required. Accordingly, the self-sealing function of the check dispensing nozzle can be assisted as required.
- any of the protruding parts of the packaging film can be easily removed by tearing the front portion of the tear guide rod (the tip of the non-return dispensing nozzle) as required. And the non-return dispensing nozzle can be exposed to the outside.
- the tear guide rod when the tear guide rod is formed in the projecting portion of the packaging film by perforation having a perforation penetrating in the thickness direction thereof, the tear guide of the front portion of the check pouring nozzle of the projecting portion is formed.
- the tear removal along the ridge can be made extremely easy.
- the tear-inducing ridge is formed continuously or intermittently by laser processing or the like on the base film layer of the packaging film and formed by a groove that does not reach the sealant layer, the base film layer and the sealant Even if a barrier layer or the like is provided between the layers, it is possible to provide a package that can be used as a medicine by more reliably preventing the check-out nozzle from coming into contact with outside air while maintaining its function. It can protect more effectively.
- the base end portion of the check pouring nozzle is the packaging bag main body.
- a reinforcing seal portion that protrudes toward the storage space side of the packaged object including the region on the lower end side
- the stress on the fusion bonded portion to the packaging bag body at the base end portion of the check dispensing nozzle Can be effectively mitigated by the reinforcing seal portion, and stress concentration at the fusion splicing portion around the dispensing passage of the non-return dispensing nozzle can be mitigated. This makes it possible to effectively prevent unintentional damage to the package when the packages formed by filling and packaging the packages are stacked.
- the reinforcing seal portion When the planar contour shape of the reinforcing seal portion is an ellipse, a circle, an oval, or a polygon, the reinforcing seal portion has the expected reinforcement function regardless of the planar contour shape. It can be fully demonstrated. Further, the reinforcing seal portion has an effect of preventing the opening of the dispensing passage of the non-return dispensing nozzle, and hence the opening of the dispensing passage, from being opened too much. Can be sufficiently prevented.
- the contour shape of the reinforcing seal portion is a polygon and at least the corner portion on the upper end side of the packaging bag is a curved contour shape protruding outward
- the contour shape of the reinforcing seal portion is In the same way as in the case of circular, elliptical, oval, etc., rectify the packaged material flowing from the flexible packaging bag body side into the checkout nozzle's discharge passage, and make the discharge amount uniform. Can do.
- such a reinforcing seal portion is formed so as to include a fusion bonded portion between the flexible packaging bag main body and the base end portion of the non-return dispensing nozzle.
- the non-feeding nozzle is not bent from the base end of the non-feeding nozzle, and the non-feeding nozzle is not bent from the base end of the flexible packaging bag body. Can be sufficiently secured.
- fusion part can be formed by making at least one of heating temperature, pressurizing force, and heating time small compared with a required fusion-bonding part.
- the “proximal end portion” of the check pouring nozzle is not only the position corresponding to the fusion bonded portion to the flexible packaging bag body on the base end side of the check pouring nozzle, but also the check pouring nozzle. This is a position where a dispensing passage having a length sufficient for exhibiting a self-sealing function can be secured on the tip end side.
- this temporary fusion part can exert a peeling resistance against the stacking of the package until it is intentionally peeled off. It is possible to effectively prevent the breakage of the extraction passage, the full deformation, and the like caused by the above, and sufficiently ensure the self-sealing function.
- the fusion strength of the temporary fusion portion is less than half of the fusion strength around the dispensing passage of the non-return dispensing nozzle, unintentional inflow of the packaged item into the dispensing passage is prevented.
- the temporary fusion part is intentionally peeled off, for example, under the action of a pressing force on the package, the possibility that the fusion bonding part around the dispensing passage is peeled off is sufficiently removed. And the non-return dispensing nozzle can function as expected.
- the liquid packaged material is filled from the upper end or the lower end opening of any of the above-described packaging bags, and the opening is laterally sealed under evacuation by a submerged seal or the like,
- the non-return dispensing nozzle protruding to the side of the flexible packaging bag body can be effectively protected.
- the non-return dispensing nozzle can be surrounded by fusion joints provided at the leading end and upper and lower ends of the protruding portion of the packaging film. Can be more effectively prevented, and the non-return dispensing nozzle can be more effectively protected from tearing, opening, breakage, bending deformation, and the like.
- a tear film of, for example, a winding roll of a nozzle film in which a large number of non-return dispensing nozzles are previously formed is continuously driven at a required speed, for example.
- a tear-inducing scissor is attached to one of the sealant layers on the outer surface of the base end of each check-out nozzle while the scissors are fed out against a pre-formed packaging film and run at the same speed of both films.

- the tear guide rod 7 is packaged at the position where the tear guide rod 7 is formed. Even if the protruding portion 6 of the film 1 is torn and removed, the length of the protruding portion 6 remaining on the flexible packaging bag body 2 side can be sufficiently secured, and the remaining protruding portion 6 allows the check pouring nozzle Therefore, the unintended entry of outside air into the flexible packaging bag body 2 can be prevented quickly and more reliably.
- the protruding portion 6 of the packaging film 1 is formed by perforated perforations penetrating the protruding portion 6 of the packaging film 1 in the thickness direction. For this reason, the protruding portion 6 of the packaging film 1 can be removed very easily along the tear guide rod 7, while the perforated perforations penetrate the protruding portion 6 in the thickness direction. Therefore, dust or the like may enter from the perforations, and they may adhere to the check-out nozzle 5.
- the tear guide rod 7 is formed by a groove that does not reach the sealant layer continuously or intermittently by laser processing or the like on the base film layer of the packaging film 1, Even if the tear resistance of the projecting portion 6 along the line is inevitably increased, the risk of adhesion of dust or the like to the check-out nozzle 5 can be sufficiently removed. Therefore, even if the liquid package is a medicine or the like, the package can be maintained more hygienically.

- the provisional fused portion 12 that completely closes the dispensing passage 11 is provided on the inner surface of the proximal end portion of the check dispensing nozzle 5 as shown in FIG.
- the entry of the liquid article to be packaged heated by high-temperature sterilization into the extraction passage 11 in the front side of the temporary fusing portion 12 of the non-return dispensing nozzle 5 is prevented.
- 11 is not bulged and deformed by the heated package, and the self-seal function of the check dispensing nozzle 5 can be prevented from being lowered.
- fusion part 12 can be formed by making at least one of heating temperature, applied pressure, and heating time small compared with the required melt
- the temporary fusing portion 12 can exert a peeling resistance against stacking, pressing, etc. of the package until it is intentionally peeled off. It is possible to effectively prevent breakage and permanent bulging deformation of the dispensing passage 11 due to entering into the nozzle 11, and sufficiently exert the self-sealing function of the check dispensing nozzle 5.
- the fusion-bonding strength of the provisional fusion-bonding portion 12 is set to be not more than half of the fusion strength around the dispensing passage 11 of the non-return dispensing nozzle 5. According to this, the unintended inflow of the article to be packaged into the pouring passage 11 can be sufficiently prevented, and the surroundings of the pouring passage 11 when the temporary fusing portion 12 is intentionally peeled off. The possibility of occurrence of peeling or the like to the fusion bonded portion is sufficiently removed, and the check dispensing nozzle 5 can be functioned as expected.

Can do.
- the exposure of the check dispensing nozzle 5 to the outside can be performed very easily by tearing and removing the tip region of the protruding portion 6 of the packaging film 1 at the position where the tear guide rod 7 is formed. Until the non-return dispensing nozzle 5 is exposed to the outside in this way, the nozzle 5 is maintained hygienically by the protruding portions 6 positioned on both sides thereof, and is permanently bent and swollen. It can be effectively protected from deformation.
- the in-bag packaged item is extracted from the tip of the non-return dispensing nozzle 5, for example, from the V notch position.
- the tip fusion joint is removed by tearing to open the pouring passage 11, and in this state, the packaging body 13 is tilted so that the pouring passage opening faces downward. This can be done by greatly opening the dispensing passage 11 with the water head pressure of the article to be packaged.
- the flexible packaging bag main body 2 is crushed and deformed by a volume corresponding to the amount to be dispensed, the outside air is sucked into the flexible packaging bag main body 2 at the time of the dispensing. Will be sufficiently prevented.
- the stop of the pouring of the article to be packaged is caused by returning the packaging body 13 upright, so that the pouring passage 11 of the check pouring nozzle 5 is the same as described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, It can be carried out by immediately adhering in the presence of a thin film of the object to be packaged due to capillarity or the like. Therefore, the outside air intrudes into the flexible packaging bag body 2 also at the time of and after the stop of the pouring. Will be sufficiently prevented, and the in-bag package can be sufficiently protected from oxidation, fouling, decay and the like.
- the fusion bonding portion 6 a extending in the width direction of the packaging bag body 2 at the upper end portion of the protruding portion 6, and the length direction of the packaging bag body 2 at the free end portion of the protruding portion 6.

Abstract
