まず、図1~図11を参照して、第1実施形態によるロボットシステム100の構成について説明する。
次に、図18を参照して、第2実施形態によるロボットシステム101の構成について説明する。この第2実施形態では、1つの貫通孔202にワーク200が嵌合されていた上記第1実施形態と異なり、2つの貫通孔211および212にワーク200が嵌合される。なお、貫通孔211および212は、それぞれ、「第1貫通孔」および「第2貫通孔」の一例である。

Claims (20)
- ワーク(200)を把持する把持部(13)が取り付けられるロボットアーム(11)を有するロボット(1)と、
前記ロボットに対して動作指令を送る制御部(21)とを備え、
前記制御部は、
前記ロボットアームの把持部により前記ワークを把持して、前記ワークを前記ワークが嵌合されるワーク嵌合部材(201、210)の形状に追従するように前記ロボットアームに対して設定された制御点を移動させて嵌合動作を行わせる嵌合動作制御部(21a)と、
前記嵌合動作制御部による動作実行の際に、前記ワークが嵌合方向に移動した移動量に応じて、前記ロボットの制御点を嵌合方向と反対側に変更させる制御点設定部(21b)と、を有して構成されている、ロボットシステム(100、101)。 - 前記制御点設定部は、嵌合作業前には、前記ロボットの制御点を前記ワークの前記ワーク嵌合部側の先端近傍に設定するとともに、嵌合作業中に、前記ワークが嵌合方向に移動した分だけ、前記ロボットの制御点を前記ワークの先端近傍から根元側に変更するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のロボットシステム。
- 前記制御点設定部は、前記嵌合動作制御部による動作実行の際、前記ワークと前記ワーク嵌合部材とが接近する接近点近傍に対応する前記ワークの位置に前記ロボットの制御点が位置するように前記ロボットの制御点を順次変更する制御を行うように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のロボットシステム。
- 前記ワーク嵌合部材は、孔部(202、211)を有し、
前記制御点設定部は、前記ワークを嵌合方向へ移動させながら、前記孔部の前記ワークが挿入される側の端部近傍に対応する前記ワークの位置に前記ロボットの制御点が位置するように前記ロボットの制御点を順次変更する制御を行うように構成されている、請求項3に記載のロボットシステム。 - 前記ワーク嵌合部材(201)は、板状部に設けられる孔部(202、211)を有し、
前記制御点設定部は、前記ワークを嵌合方向へ移動させながら、前記ワーク嵌合部材の板厚方向の略中心に対応する前記ワークの位置に前記ロボットの制御点が位置するように前記ロボットの制御点を順次変更する制御を行うように構成されている、請求項3に記載のロボットシステム。 - 前記制御点設定部は、前記ワークの先端を前記ワーク嵌合部に挿入した後、前記ワークが嵌合方向に移動した移動量に応じて、前記ロボットの制御点(P)を嵌合方向と反対側に変更しながら、前記ワークを前記ワーク嵌合部に嵌合させるように構成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のロボットシステム。
- 前記制御点設定部は、前記ワークが嵌合方向に移動した移動量に応じて前記ロボットの制御点を連続的に変更する制御を行うように構成されている、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のロボットシステム。
- 前記嵌合動作制御部は、前記制御点にかかる力およびモーメントが略ゼロになるように、前記ワークが前記ワーク嵌合部の形状に追従するように移動するように前記ロボットを動作させる、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のロボットシステム。
- 前記ロボットアームに設けられる力覚センサ(15)をさらに備え、
前記嵌合動作制御部は、前記力覚センサから得られる力覚情報に基づいて、前記ワークを前記ワーク嵌合部の形状に追従するように移動させる、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のロボットシステム。 - 前記嵌合動作制御部は、前記力覚センサから得られる力覚情報に基づいて、前記ワークを並進させる動作および前記制御点を中心に回転させる動作のうちの少なくとも一方を行うことにより、前記ワークを前記ワーク嵌合部の形状に追従するように移動させる、請求項9に記載のロボットシステム。
- 前記ロボットの動作を教示するための教示装置(3)をさらに備え、
前記教示装置は、前記ロボットの動作の教示の際に、前記ワークが嵌合方向に移動した移動量に応じて前記ロボットの制御点を変更する動作モードで前記ロボットを動作させる命令の入力を受け付ける入力部(31h)を含む、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のロボットシステム。 - 前記ロボットは、第1ロボットアーム(11)および第2ロボットアーム(12)の少なくとも2つの前記ロボットアームを含み、
前記嵌合動作制御部は、前記第2ロボットアームの把持部により前記ワークの先端側をガイドするとともに、前記第1ロボットアームにより、前記ワークを前記ワーク嵌合部側に押し付けて前記ワークの先端を前記ワーク嵌合部に挿入させる、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のロボットシステム。 - 前記ロボットは、第1ロボットアーム(11)および第2ロボットアーム(12)の少なくとも2つの前記ロボットアームを含み、
前記ワーク嵌合部は、前記ワークの嵌合方向に隣接して配置される第1貫通孔(211)および第2貫通孔(212)を含み、
前記嵌合動作制御部は、前記第1ロボットアームの把持部により前記ワークの根元側を把持して、前記ワークを前記第1貫通孔に嵌合した後、前記第2ロボットアームの把持部を前記第1貫通孔と前記第2貫通孔との間に移動させ、前記第1貫通孔から貫通した前記ワークの先端側を前記第2ロボットアームの把持部により移動可能に把持しながらガイドすることにより、前記ワークを前記第2貫通孔に嵌合する制御を行うように構成されている、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のロボットシステム。 - ワーク(200)を用いた部品の製造方法であって、
ロボットアーム(11)の把持部(13)により前記ワークを把持する工程と、
前記ワークを前記ワークが嵌合されるワーク嵌合部材(201、210)の形状に追従するように前記ロボットアームに対して設定された制御点を移動させて嵌合動作を行わせる工程と、
前記嵌合動作実行の際に、前記ワークが嵌合方向に移動した移動量に応じて、前記ロボットの制御点を嵌合方向と反対側に変更する工程とを備える、部品の製造方法。 - 前記嵌合動作実行の際に、前記ワークが嵌合方向に移動した移動量に応じて、前記ロボットの制御点を嵌合方向と反対側に変更する工程は、嵌合作業前には、前記ロボットの制御点を前記ワークの前記ワーク嵌合部側の先端近傍に設定するとともに、嵌合作業中に、前記ワークが嵌合方向に移動した分だけ、前記ロボットの制御点を前記ワークの先端近傍から根元側に変更する工程を含む、請求項14に記載の部品の製造方法。
- 前記嵌合動作実行の際に、前記ワークが嵌合方向に移動した移動量に応じて、前記ロボットの制御点を嵌合方向と反対側に変更する工程は、前記嵌合動作実行の際、前記ワークと前記ワーク嵌合部材とが接近する接近点近傍に対応する前記ワークの位置に前記ロボットの制御点が位置するように前記ロボットの制御点を順次変更する工程を含む、請求項14または15に記載の部品の製造方法。
- 前記嵌合動作実行の際、前記ワークと前記ワーク嵌合部材とが接近する接近点近傍に対応する前記ワークの位置に前記ロボットの制御点が位置するように前記ロボットの制御点を順次変更する工程は、前記ワークを嵌合方向へ移動させながら、孔部からなるワーク嵌合部の前記ワークが挿入される側の端部近傍に対応する前記ワークの位置に前記ロボットの制御点が位置するように前記ロボットの制御点を順次変更する工程を含む、請求項16に記載の部品の製造方法。
- 前記嵌合動作実行の際、前記ワークと前記ワーク嵌合部材とが接近する接近点近傍に対応する前記ワークの位置に前記ロボットの制御点が位置するように前記ロボットの制御点を順次変更する工程は、前記ワーク嵌合部材の板厚方向の略中心に対応する前記ワークの位置に前記ロボットの制御点が位置するように前記ロボットの制御点を順次変更する工程を含む、請求項16に記載の部品の製造方法。
- 前記嵌合動作実行の際に、前記ワークが嵌合方向に移動した移動量に応じて、前記ロボットの制御点を嵌合方向と反対側に変更する工程は、前記ワークの先端を前記ワーク嵌合部に挿入した後、前記ワークが嵌合方向に移動した移動量に応じて、前記ロボットの制御点(P)を嵌合方向と反対側に変更しながら、前記ワークを前記ワーク嵌合部に嵌合させる工程を含む、請求項14~18のいずれか1項に記載の部品の製造方法。
- 前記嵌合動作実行の際に、前記ワークが嵌合方向に移動した移動量に応じて、前記ロボットの制御点を嵌合方向と反対側に変更する工程は、前記ワークが嵌合方向に移動した移動量に応じて前記ロボットの制御点を連続的に変更する工程を含む、請求項14~19のいずれか1項に記載の部品の製造方法。
