Abstract

Způsob manipulace poddajným tělesem prostřednictvím robotu, kde poddajné těleso uchopitelné rameny robota je přeneseno do definované polohy nebo statického přípravku a je uchopeno alespoň dvěma rameny robota pro jeho další manipulaci v rámci výrobní nebo montážní operace. Zařízení sestává z průmyslového nebo MRK robota s alespoň dvěma manipulačními nástroji (11) nesenými rameny (6) jednoho nebo více stacionárních průmyslových robotů (18) nebo mobilních průmyslových robotů (19) nebo stacionárních MRK robotů (2) nebo mobilních MRK robotů (3), z nichž každý je opatřen alespoň jedním manipulačním nástrojem (11). Průmyslové roboty (18, 19) nebo MRK roboty (2, 3) jsou opatřeny manipulačními nástroji (11) tvořenými přísavkami (13) a/nebo elektromagnetickými úchopy (14) a/nebo magnetickými úchopy (15) a/nebo mechanickými úchopnými hlavicemi (16) a/nebo tlačnými hlavicemi (17).
