L'invention concerne des céramiques de nitrure de silicium, qui peuvent notamment être produites par simple ajout de petites quantités d'additifs de frittage, résultant en des corps céramiques comprenant très peu de phase de joint de grain. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de telles céramiques Si3N4.
