It was. However, the data stored in the vehicle-side storage unit 16 may be different from the latest data. Specifically, a new road may be constructed, or a facility or store stored as destination information may be moved. Therefore, by linking the vehicle device 2 and the portable terminal 3, it is possible to use the latest data on an external network, for example, road and facility data that is not stored on the vehicle device 2 side. It is done. Thereby, it becomes possible to perform route search and route guidance more accurately.
- the mobile terminal 3 by linking the mobile terminal 3 and the vehicle device 2, it is possible to operate the vehicle device 2 from the mobile terminal 3. For example, when the user performs an operation for enlarging the screen display on the mobile terminal 3, the mobile terminal 3 transmits the operation to the vehicular apparatus 2 as instruction information. And the apparatus 2 for vehicles expands a screen display based on the received instruction information. Thus, it is conceivable to use the mobile terminal 3 as a remote controller for the vehicle device 2.
- enlarging the screen display means increasing the scale of the screen display.

- FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing processing performed by the mobile terminal 3. 4 and 5, the mobile terminal 3 is described as MT, the vehicle device 2 is described as VH APPA, and the application is described as APP.
- the vehicular device 2 determines whether or not the mobile terminal 3 (MT) is BT-connected. (A2). In A1, it is assumed that the power of the vehicle device 2 is turned on by a user operation. However, the power of the vehicle device 2 is automatically turned on in conjunction with the ACC being turned on. Of course, there is no problem.
- the vehicle device 2 waits until the BT connection is made.
- the vehicular device 2 determines that the mobile terminal 3 is BT-connected (A2: YES)
- the vehicular device 2 acquires vehicle information (V-INFO) that can specify whether or not the vehicle is running. (A3).
- the vehicle device 2 determines whether or not the mobile terminal 3 has requested transmission of vehicle information (A4). For example, even if the mobile terminal 3 is BT-connected, the mobile terminal 3 cannot receive vehicle information if the application for linking with the vehicle device 2 is not executed on the mobile terminal 3 side. . Therefore, when the vehicle information 2 is not transmitted from the mobile terminal 3 (A4: NO), the vehicle device 2 does not transmit the vehicle information and has disconnected from the mobile terminal 3 (whether the BT connection has been disconnected). It is determined whether or not (A6).
- the vehicle device 2 When the vehicle device 2 is not BT-cut from the mobile terminal 3 (A6: NO), the vehicle device 2 moves to A3 and acquires the vehicle information again. And it waits, repeating the same process until transmission of vehicle information is requested
- FIG. On the other hand, if it determines with the apparatus 2 for vehicles 2 having cut BT with the portable terminal 3 (A6: YES), the process shown in FIG. 4 will be complete
- the vehicle device 2 periodically performs the process shown in FIG. 4 while turning on the accessory switch ACC of the vehicle. That is, the vehicle device 2 determines whether or not the BT connection with the periodic portable terminal 3 is performed while the accessory switch ACC of the vehicle is turned on.
- the vehicle device 2 When the vehicle device 2 is requested to transmit vehicle information from the mobile terminal 3 connected to the BT (A2: YES, A3, A4: YES), the vehicle device 2 transmits the vehicle information to the mobile terminal 3 (A5).
- the vehicular device 2 determines whether or not the mobile terminal 3 is connected to the mobile terminal 3 and whether or not there is a request for transmission of vehicle information from the mobile terminal 3 when the mobile terminal 3 is connected. In response to a request from the mobile terminal 3, vehicle information is transmitted.
- the mobile terminal 3 connected to such a vehicle device 2 executes an operation restriction program (FIG. 5) including an operation restriction method according to the present disclosure.
- the operation restriction program is incorporated in a part of an application for linking with the vehicle device 2.
- the portable terminal 3 starts the application after the start (the portable terminal 3 is powered on) (B1). More precisely, the mobile terminal 3 starts an application when an application start operation is input by the user. Subsequently, the portable terminal 3 determines whether or not the BT connection is made with the vehicle device 2 (B2). At this time, if the mobile terminal 3 is not BT connected to the vehicle device 2 (B2: NO), the mobile terminal 3 stands by until it is BT connected.
- B1 and B2 may be reversed. That is, since the power supply of the portable terminal 3 is generally always turned on, when the vehicle device 2 is activated when the vehicle is on and the ACC is turned on (see A1 in FIG. 5), It is also assumed that the BT connection is made first, and then the user starts an application activation operation.
- the mobile terminal 3 determines whether or not the mobile device 3 is connected to the vehicular device 2 via the HFP, that is, hands-free between the vehicular device 2 and the mobile device 2. It is determined whether or not a connection using a communication protocol for a call has been established (B3). And the portable terminal 3 complete
- the portable terminal 3 determines whether vehicle information has been received (B5).
- the portable terminal 3 makes a request (transmission of request information) and reception of vehicle information by SPP. Needless to say, the request and reception of vehicle information may be performed by a profile other than the SPP.
- the mobile terminal 3 requests the vehicle information once when it is connected by the HFP, and then intermittently requests and receives the vehicle information in the background. It becomes the composition which repeats with. Thereby, in the process after B7 mentioned later, it becomes possible to monitor the running state of the vehicle.
- the configuration may be such that the request and reception of vehicle information is repeated at predetermined intervals, for example.
- the mobile terminal 3 When the mobile terminal 3 has not received the vehicle information (B5: NO), the mobile terminal 3 proceeds to B4 and requests the vehicle information again. Note that it may be a process of waiting for reception for a certain period. And the portable terminal 3 will extract a vehicle speed from vehicle information, if vehicle information is received (B5: YES) (B6), and will monitor the driving state of a vehicle (B7). In B7, the mobile terminal 3 monitors whether the vehicle speed is greater than 0 km / h. In this case, when information indicating the traveling state of the vehicle is received as vehicle information, it is only necessary to determine whether or not the vehicle is traveling based on the information, and the processing of B6 and B7 can be omitted. In the present embodiment, monitoring in B7 means that it is determined whether or not the vehicle is running even during execution of the application, as will be described later.
- the mobile terminal 3 determines whether or not the vehicle is traveling (B8). In the present embodiment, the mobile terminal 3 determines that the vehicle is traveling when the vehicle speed is greater than 0 km / h. When it is determined that the vehicle is traveling (B8: YES), the portable terminal 3 executes the application in the operation restriction effective mode (B9). That is, when the mobile terminal 3 is connected by HFP and the vehicle is running, the mobile terminal 3 performs operation regulation.
- the operation restriction effective mode refers to, for example, an operation mode that suppresses an operation input to the terminal side operation unit 22 or a part or all of an operation screen of an application displayed on the screen of the terminal side display unit 21.
- the user is able to identify that the operation is restricted, and the user's operation on the tone-down portion is restricted.
- movement regarding the cooperation with the apparatus 2 for vehicles in the said application is controlled.
- all the operations related to the cooperation with the vehicle device 2 are restricted, the process relating to the monitoring of the running state is not restricted. That is, all the operations related to the cooperation with the vehicle device 2 mean all user operations on the vehicle device 2.
- movement regulation may be performed similarly and you may make it available.
- a part of predetermined functions or all functions of the functions of the mobile terminal 3 may be restricted instead of the application operation. That is, in the operation restriction effective mode, predetermined functions of the mobile terminal 3 that may affect traveling are restricted. For example, in the operation restriction effective mode, although the telephone function of the mobile terminal 3 is not restricted, the Internet browsing function or the like that requires watching the screen is restricted, or the use of the mobile terminal 3 itself is prohibited. Conceivable.
- the portable terminal 3 shifts to B7 and monitors the traveling state of the vehicle. If the vehicle is traveling (B8: YES), the application is continuously executed in the operation restriction effective mode (B9). . These B8 and B9 correspond to the restriction process.
- the mobile terminal 3 executes the application in the operation restriction invalid mode (B10).
- the operation restriction invalid mode is an operation mode in which operation restriction is not performed.
- the apparatus 2 for vehicles can be made to perform the process according to operation input with respect to the portable terminal 3, such as using the above portable terminals 3 as a remote control.
- the portable terminal 3 determines whether or not the vehicle device 2 has been BT-cut (B11), and if the vehicle device 2 has been BT-cut (B11: YES), the process ends.
- the traveling state of the vehicle is again monitored (B7). For this reason, although this time the vehicle was not traveling, if it is determined that the vehicle is traveling in the subsequent determination (B8: YES), the application is executed in the operation restriction effective mode (B9). Similarly, even if it is determined that the mobile terminal 3 is traveling, if it is determined that the mobile terminal 3 is not traveling in the subsequent determination (B8: NO), the application is executed in the operation restriction invalid mode (B10). .
- the mobile terminal 3 determines whether or not the vehicle is running based on the received vehicle information, and the connection using the communication protocol for the hands-free call is established with the vehicle device 2.
- the vehicle is traveling, it is determined whether or not the vehicle is traveling. If it is determined that the vehicle is traveling, one of the functions of the application and / or the mobile terminal 3 associated with the vehicle device 2 is activated. Part or all are regulated. That is, the mobile terminal 3 regulates the operation based not on whether or not a hands-free call is being performed, but on whether or not it is used for a hands-free call.
- the terminal-side control unit 20 of the mobile terminal 3 executes the operation restriction program, and communicates with the vehicle device 2 to determine whether the vehicle in which the vehicle device 2 is provided is traveling.
- the communication process which receives the vehicle information which can specify these is performed.
- the mobile terminal 3 can determine whether or not the vehicle is traveling. That is, it is determined on the mobile terminal side, not on the vehicle apparatus side, whether or not the operation restriction is performed.
- the terminal-side control unit 20 determines that the vehicle is traveling based on the received vehicle information when the connection by the communication protocol for hands-free call is established with the vehicle device 2,
- the operation restriction is performed on the mobile terminals 3 that are established with the communication protocol for hands-free calling.
- a hands-free call is performed by a driver. Therefore, it is highly possible that the mobile terminal that is established with the connection using the communication protocol for hands-free calling belongs to the driver. Thereby, even if it is a case where the apparatus 2 for vehicles which can communicate with the some portable terminal 3 by the same radio
- a mobile terminal that is subject to operation regulation and needs to be regulated is also referred to as a target mobile terminal 3. Even if the mobile device 2 is connected, the operation restriction is not performed on the mobile terminal 3 in which the connection by the communication protocol for hands-free call is not established. Therefore, the convenience is not reduced.
- the operation restriction can be appropriately performed on the portable terminal 3 that is the operation restriction target.
- the terminal-side control unit 20 of the portable terminal 3 transmits a vehicle information transmission request for requesting transmission of vehicle information to the vehicle device 2.
- the vehicle device 2 transmits vehicle information in response to a request from the mobile terminal 3. Thereby, transmission / reception of unnecessary vehicle information between the portable terminal 3 and the vehicle apparatus 2 side can be prevented.
- the terminal-side control unit 20 of the portable terminal 3 acquires the instruction information for instructing the process to be executed by the vehicle device 2, and the communication process includes transmitting the instruction information to the vehicle device 2. Execute. For this reason, the portable terminal 3 can be used as a remote controller for the vehicle device 2 as described above. And since the operation
- the mobile terminal 3 performs a control process in which the vehicle device 2 executes a process corresponding to a user operation input to the mobile terminal 3.
- This control process includes an acquisition sub process in which the portable terminal 3 acquires instruction information indicating a user operation, and a transmission sub process in which the portable terminal 3 transmits the instruction information to the vehicular device 2.
- portable terminal 3 determines that the vehicle is traveling, it is configured to restrict acquisition sub-process for acquiring instruction information indicating a user operation and / or transmission sub-process for transmitting instruction information to vehicular device 2 Also good.
- the terminal-side control unit 20 of the portable terminal 3 operates and / or carries an application linked with the vehicle device 2 by toning down part or all of the screen display displayed on the screen of the terminal-side display unit 21. Part or all of the functions of the terminal 3 are regulated. If the screen display is the same between the state in which the operation restriction is performed and the state in which the operation is not performed, the user may misunderstand that the input operation is strange or the mobile terminal 3 is out of order. Therefore, the possibility that such a user misunderstands is reduced by displaying that the operation restriction is performed so that the user can identify it. Thereby, the mobile terminal 3 is not distracted, and the safety during traveling can be improved.
- the portable terminal 3 having the terminal-side control unit 20 that executes the above-described operation restriction program can determine whether or not it is subject to operation restriction. As a result, as described above, the operation can be restricted only by the mobile terminal 3 subject to the operation restriction, and the operation restriction is not performed when the connection by the communication protocol for the hands-free call is not established. Therefore, it is possible to obtain an effect such as not causing a decrease in convenience.
- the apparatus 2 for vehicles connected with the above-mentioned portable terminal 3 is a case where it is a case where it connects with the said several portable terminal 3 by the same wireless communication system, it is based on the communication protocol for hands-free telephone calls.
- the vehicle information is transmitted only to the mobile terminal 3 with which the connection is established.
- the vehicle device 2 transmits vehicle information in response to a request from the mobile terminal 3. Thereby, the processing load on the vehicle device 2 side can be reduced.
- operation restriction can be performed only on the mobile terminal 3 subject to operation restriction.
- the operation restriction is not performed, so that it is possible to obtain an effect that the convenience is not lowered.
- the mobile terminal 3 described above is not subject to a hands-free call, but does not restrict the driver by restricting operation on the condition that a connection for a hands-free call is established. The risk of operating the mobile terminal in advance can be reduced.
- the operation restriction method as described above may be included in a persistent and tangible computer-readable storage medium as an operation restriction program product implemented by a computer including instructions for executing the operation restriction method.
- the processing on the vehicle device side is different from that of the first embodiment.
- the configurations of the mobile terminal, the vehicle device, and the vehicle communication system are the same as those in the first embodiment.
- the processing of the mobile terminal is basically the same as that in the first embodiment.
- the vehicular device 2 determines whether or not a BT connection is made with the portable terminal 3 (MT) (C2), If it is determined that the mobile terminal 3 is not connected to the BT (C2: NO), the mobile terminal 3 waits until the BT is connected. On the other hand, if it determines with the apparatus 2 for vehicles having been BT-connected with the portable terminal 3 (C2: YES), it will acquire vehicle information (C3). Subsequently, the vehicle device 2 determines whether or not an application that cooperates with the vehicle device 2 is activated on the mobile terminal 3 side (C4).
- the vehicular device 2 may acquire information on whether or not the application is activated when the BT connection is made in C2 at the time of activation from the portable terminal 3, and during the operation, the application is received from the portable terminal 3 side. What is necessary is just to receive the information which shows that it started. If it is determined that the application is being activated once, the application is being activated until the BT connection with the portable terminal 3 is released or the portable terminal 3 notifies that the application has been terminated. It may be determined that
- the vehicle device 2 determines whether or not the vehicle information transmission time has come (C5).
- the vehicle information transmission time is set to a time when a predetermined time has elapsed since the previous vehicle information transmission during operation.
- the apparatus 2 for vehicles will transmit vehicle information to the portable terminal 3, if it becomes a transmission time (C5: YES) (C6). That is, the vehicle device 2 periodically transmits vehicle information when an application is activated on the mobile terminal 3 side. In this case, the mobile terminal 3 does not need to request vehicle information.
- C6 it may be determined whether or not transmission of vehicle information is requested as shown in A4 of FIG. In this case, the mobile terminal 3 requests vehicle information periodically or in the background.
- the vehicular device 2 determines whether or not the BT is disconnected from the portable terminal 3 (C7). If the BT is not disconnected (C7: NO), the process proceeds to C3 and the same. Repeat the process. In addition, when the application is not started by the portable terminal 3 side (C4: NO) or when it is not a transmission time (C5: NO), the apparatus 2 for vehicles transfers directly to C7.
- the vehicular device 2 determines that the BT is disconnected from the mobile terminal 3 (C7: YES), BT connection is possible, more strictly, other mobile terminals 3 that can be connected using a communication protocol for hands-free calling. It is determined whether or not there is (C8). For example, when the driver changes, it is considered that the user disconnects the BT connection between the portable terminal 3 and the vehicle device 2 that have been connected in the BT. Further, when the passenger's mobile terminal 3 is connected to the BT first, the user may disconnect the BT connection with the vehicle device 2 in order to change the mobile terminal 3 for hands-free call. In this case, if the vehicular device 2 is passively waiting for the BT connection, there is a possibility that the BT connection with the driver's mobile terminal 3 is not performed.
- the vehicular device 2 actively searches for another mobile terminal 3 from the vehicular device 2 side when the BT-connected mobile terminal 3 is disconnected once in C8. If there is another mobile terminal 3 that can be connected to the BT (C8: YES), the vehicle device 2 makes a BT connection with the mobile terminal 3, and proceeds to C2 to repeat the same processing. In FIG. 6, when there is no other portable terminal 3 capable of BT connection (C8: NO), the process is terminated. However, the process proceeds to C2 and waits for the next BT connection. Good.
- the operation restriction can be performed only on the portable terminal 3 that is the target of the operation restriction as in the first embodiment.
- the operation restriction program may be executed alone in the mobile terminal 3. That is, the communication process itself for transmitting and receiving vehicle information is also included in the “application that cooperates with the vehicle device”.
- the connection by the communication protocol for hands-free call it is determined whether the operation restriction program should perform the operation restriction, and each application performs the operation restriction according to the determination result. It is possible. Thereby, the process for performing the operation restriction is made common, and the program size can be reduced and applicable applications can be expanded.
- operation restriction can be similarly performed according to the determination result of the operation restriction program.
- Bluetooth registered trademark
- WiFi Wireless USB which is a wireless version of Universal Serial Bus (USB)
- the communication protocol for hands-free calling is not limited to voice calling, but includes calling with video.
