Abstract
Description
シート状の内張り材を筒状に丸め、且つ、その周方向両端部を周方向に重ね合わせた状態で、前記内張り材を前記管路内に設置する、設置工程と、前記管路内に設置された前記内張り材を、その周方向両端部を周方向にスライドさせながら拡径させる、拡径工程と、を備え、前記設置工程において、前記管路の曲がり部では、前記内張り材の前記周方向両端部の重なり部分が前記曲がり部の湾曲の外側を向くように、前記内張り材を設置することを特徴とするものである。
まず、設置工程について説明する。図6は、内張り材設置時の管路の縦断面図である。図7は、設置途中の内張り材の反転の先端部を、進行方向前方から見た図である。図6、図7に示すように、本実施形態では、熱硬化性樹脂液が含浸された筒状の内張り材1に、流体圧力を作用させてその内外面を反転させつつ、管路P内に設置する(反転工法)。より詳細には、リール(図示省略)に巻かれた長尺の内張り材1の一端部を裏返した状態で管路Pの入口に全周にわたって固定する。ここで、裏返された部分の内側の面は気密性の被膜3で覆われている。そして、この裏返された部分の、被膜3で覆われた面に加圧エア等の流体圧力を作用させる。すると、流体圧力の作用により、図6に太線矢印で示されるように、内張り材1の、反転の先端部分1bが管路Pに沿って前方へ進出し、これに伴ってリールから内張り材1が引き出される。これにより、内張り材1の反転が連続的に進行していき、その全長にわたって表裏が反転される。また、この反転工法では、流体圧力の作用により、内張り材1の反転の先端部分1bが管路Pに沿って進行していくため、曲がり部P3を有する管路Pであっても内張り材1を設置することが比較的容易である。また、上述したように、内張り材1の周方向両端部がホットメルト接着剤6によって接合(仮接合)されているため、内張り材1の内外面反転時に、周方向両端部がずれて広がることが防止される。
次に、拡径工程について説明する。図11は、拡径工程後の管路の曲がり部の断面図である。図12は、図11のXII-XII線断面図。図13は、図12の楕円Bで囲まれた、内張り材の重なり部分の拡大図である。

Claims (8)
- 曲がり部を有する管路の内張り方法であって、
シート状の内張り材を筒状に丸め、且つ、その周方向両端部を周方向に重ね合わせた状態で、前記内張り材を前記管路内に設置する、設置工程と、
前記管路内に設置された前記内張り材を、その周方向両端部を周方向にスライドさせながら拡径させる、拡径工程と、を備え、
前記設置工程において、前記管路の曲がり部では、前記内張り材の前記周方向両端部の重なり部分が前記曲がり部の湾曲の外側を向くように、前記内張り材を設置することを特徴とする管路の内張り方法。 - 前記内張り材は、ガラス繊維からなる織物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管路の内張り方法。
- 前記ガラス繊維からなる織物が、ガラスロービングクロスであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の管路の内張り方法。
- 前記内張り材は、前記ガラス繊維からなる織物に、有機繊維の不織布が重ね合わされてニードルパンチで接合された構造を有することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の管路の内張り方法。
- 前記ガラス繊維からなる織物の両面に、前記不織布がそれぞれ重ね合わされていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の管路の内張り方法。
- 前記内張り材には熱硬化性樹脂液が含浸されており、
前記拡径工程において、前記内張り材を加熱するとともに内側から加圧して、前記周方向両端部を互いにスライドさせながら前記内張り材を拡径させつつ前記熱硬化性樹脂液を硬化させることを請求項1~5の何れかに記載の管路の内張り方法。 - 筒状に丸められた前記内張り材の周方向両端部は、重ね合わされた状態でホットメルト接着剤によって接合されており、
前記拡径工程において、前記内張り材を加熱するとともに内側から加圧することで、前記ホットメルト接着剤による前記周方向両端部の接合を解除することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の管路の内張り方法。 - 有機繊維の不織布とガラス繊維からなる織物とが重ね合わされてニードルパンチで接合された構造を有し、
筒状に丸められて、その周方向両端部が重ね合わされた状態でホットメルト接着剤によって接合されていることを特徴とする管路の内張り材。
