Description
熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させた可撓性の管状のライニング材であって、
前記ライニング材は幅が小さくなるように折り畳まれ、
該折り畳まれたライニング材の両側面に弾力性及び剛性を有する帯状部材を通すベルト通しがライニング材の長さ方向に間隔をおいて取り付けられ、
前記ライニング材は、その両側面に設けた各ベルト通しにそれぞれ帯状部材を通し各帯状部材の先端部を固定することにより、各先端部が固定された帯状部材を備えるライニング材として構成され、
前記ベルト通しは、各ベルト通しにそれぞれ帯状部材を通すことによりライニング材を両側面から帯状部材で挟持できるように、ライニング材に取り付けられ、かつ前記帯状部材は、固定された前記各先端部を引っ張ることにより各ベルト通しから引き抜かれライニング材から取り外すことができることを特徴とする。
本発明のライニング材を引き込み又は押し込みにより管路に挿入する第1工程と、
該第1工程後にライニング材から前記帯状部材を取り外し、管路内にライニング材を残して帯状部材を管路から引き抜く第2工程と、
該第2工程後にライニング材を内側から加圧して膨張させ、管路の管内周面に圧接させた状態でライニング材を加熱してライニング材の熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させる第3の工程を実行することを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させた可撓性の管状のライニング材であって、
前記ライニング材は幅が小さくなるように折り畳まれ、
該折り畳まれたライニング材の両側面に弾力性及び剛性を有する帯状部材を通すベルト通しがライニング材の長さ方向に間隔をおいて取り付けられ、
前記ライニング材は、その両側面に設けた各ベルト通しにそれぞれ帯状部材を通し各帯状部材の先端部を固定することにより、各先端部が固定された帯状部材を備えるライニング材として構成され、
前記ベルト通しは、各ベルト通しにそれぞれ帯状部材を通すことによりライニング材を両側面から帯状部材で挟持できるように、ライニング材に取り付けられ、かつ前記帯状部材は、固定された前記各先端部を引っ張ることにより各ベルト通しから引き抜かれライニング材から取り外すことができることを特徴とするライニング材。 - 前記帯状部材はスチールベルトであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のライニング材。
- 前記帯状部材をライニング材の全長に渡って取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のライニング材。
- 前記帯状部材をライニング材の全長の一部の長さに渡って取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のライニング材。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のライニング材を引き込み又は押し込みにより管路に挿入する第1工程と、
該第1工程後にライニング材から前記帯状部材を取り外し、管路内にライニング材を残して帯状部材を管路から引き抜く第2工程と、
該第2工程後にライニング材を内側から加圧して膨張させ、管路の管内周面に圧接させた状態でライニング材を加熱してライニング材の熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させる第3の工程を実行することを特徴とする管路ライニング工法。
