Abstract
【解決手段】スチールベルト付きライニング材9は、熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させた可撓性の管状のライニング材1を幅が小さくなるように折り畳んでテープ4で縛ったものに対し、これを挟持するように2本のスチールベルト6をベルト通し5に挿通して取り外し可能に取り付けてなる。管路のライニング工事では、まずスチールベルト付きライニング材9を本管10から枝管11の管路に挿入する。その後、ライニング材1からスチールベルト6を取り外し、管路内にライニング材1を残してスチールベルト6を管路から引き抜いた後、ライニング材1を内側から加圧して膨張させ、管路の管内周面に圧接させた状態でライニング材1を加熱してその熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させる。

Description
本発明のライニング材を引き込み又は押し込みにより管路に挿入する第1工程と、
該第1工程後にライニング材から前記帯状部材を取り外し、管路内にライニング材を残して帯状部材を管路から引き抜く第2工程と、
該第2工程後にライニング材を内側から加圧して膨張させ、管路の管内周面に圧接させた状態でライニング材を加熱してライニング材の熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させる第3の工程を実行することを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させた可撓性の管状のライニング材であって、弾力性及び剛性を有する帯状部材を取り外し可能に取り付けたことを特徴とするライニング材。
- 前記帯状部材はスチールベルトであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のライニング材。
- 幅が小さくなるように折り畳んで縛った状態で前記帯状部材を取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のライニング材。
- ライニング材を挟持するように前記帯状部材を取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のライニング材。
- 前記帯状部材をライニング材の全長に渡って取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のライニング材。
- 前記帯状部材をライニング材の全長の一部の長さに渡って取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のライニング材。
- 前記帯状部材の先端がライニング材の先端よりはみ出るように帯状部材がライニング材に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のライニング材。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のライニング材を引き込み又は押し込みにより管路に挿入する第1工程と、
該第1工程後にライニング材から前記帯状部材を取り外し、管路内にライニング材を残して帯状部材を管路から引き抜く第2工程と、
該第2工程後にライニング材を内側から加圧して膨張させ、管路の管内周面に圧接させた状態でライニング材を加熱してライニング材の熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させる第3の工程を実行することを特徴とする管路ライニング工法。
