(式中R1−CO−で表されるアシル基は炭素原子数2~23の飽和または不飽和脂肪酸より誘導されるアシル基を表す)。
[17−2]一般式(I)で表されるアシルプロリンにおいて、式中、R1−CO−で表されるアシル基が炭素原子数6~12の飽和または不飽和脂肪酸より誘導されるアシル基であることを特徴とする上記[16]に記載の方法。
[17−3]一般式(I)で表されるアシルプロリンがデカノイルプロリンであることを特徴とする上記[16]に記載の方法。
[17−4]一般式(I)で表されるアシルプロリンを組成物の全重量に対して0.001重量%~5重量%の割合で添加する上記[16]に記載の方法。
[17−5]一般式(I)で表されるアシルプロリンを組成物の全重量に対して0.01重量%~2重量%の割合で添加する上記[16]に記載の方法。
[18]アニス酸またはフェニルアルカノールの特有のにおいをマスキングするための、一般式(I)で表されるアシルプロリンまたはその塩の使用
(式中R1−CO−で表されるアシル基は炭素原子数2~23の飽和または不飽和脂肪酸より誘導されるアシル基を表す)。
[18−2]一般式(I)で表されるアシルプロリンにおいて、式中、R1−CO−で表されるアシル基が炭素原子数6~12の飽和または不飽和脂肪酸より誘導されるアシル基であることを特徴とする上記[17]に記載の使用。
[18−3]一般式(I)で表されるアシルプロリンがデカノイルプロリンであることを特徴とする上記[17]に記載の使用。
[18−4]一般式(I)で表されるアシルプロリンを組成物の全重量に対して0.001重量%~5重量%の割合で添加する上記[17]に記載の使用。
[18−5]一般式(I)で表されるアシルプロリンを組成物の全重量に対して0.01重量%~2重量%の割合で添加する上記[17]に記載の使用。
本発明のアシルプロリンは、一般式(1)で表される。
従って、式中R1は炭素原子数1~22の炭化水素基を示す。「炭化水素基」としては、例えば、アルキル基およびアルキニル基等の鎖状炭化水素基が挙げられる。鎖状炭化水素基が好ましく、直鎖または分岐鎖のものをいずれも使用することができる。アルキル基がより好ましい。炭素原子数3~17がより好ましく、5~11がより好ましく、7~9がより好ましい。
本発明のアニス酸は、メトキシ安息香酸ともよばれ、ベンゼンにカルボキシル基とメトキシ基が置換した有機化合物である。p−アニス酸(4−メトキシ安息香酸)、m−アニス酸(3−メトキシ安息香酸)、およびo−アニス酸(2−メトキシ安息香酸)が挙げられる。
また、本発明のフェニルアルカノールとしては、ベンゼン環にヒドロキシアルキル基を有する物質が挙げられる。ヒドロキシアルキル基としては、炭素数が1~10のヒドロキシアルキル基が挙げられ、好ましくは炭素数が1~6のヒドロキシアルキル基、より好ましくは炭素数が1~3のヒドロキシアルキル基、より好ましくは炭素数が2~3のヒドロキシアルキル基が挙げられる。
具体的には、例えば、フェニルメタノール、フェネチルアルコール(2−フェニルエタノールとも呼ばれる)、3−フェニルプロパノールが挙げられる。これらの成分は、(B)成分として、単独で使用することができるが、2種以上を組み合わせて使用することもできる。
防腐効果の観点から、アニス酸またはフェネチルアルコールであることが好ましく、アニス酸であることがより好ましく、p−アニス酸(4−メトキシ安息香酸)であることがより好ましい。
同様に、本発明のフェニルアルカノールは合成により調製することができるが、植物由来の原料から得ることも可能である。フェネチルアルコールは合成により調製することができるが、植物由来の原料から得ることも可能である。「Dermosoft PEA ECO」(Dr.streatmans社)として商業的に入手することも可能である。また、フェニルプロパノールは合成により調製することができるが、植物由来の原料から還元することにより調製することも可能である。(特許文献:DE10233339)
本発明の水溶性高分子は、合成高分子でもよいが、天然物から得られたものが好ましい。水溶性高分子の例としては、グアーガム、ローカストビンガム、クインスシード、カラギーナン、ガラクタン、アラビアガム、トラガカントガム、ペクチン、マンナン、デンプン、キサンタンガム、デキストラン、サクシノグルカン、カードラン、ヒアルロン酸、ゼラチン、カゼイン、アルブミン、コラーゲン、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、メチルヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、可溶性デンプン、カルボキシメチルデンプン、メチルデンプン、アルギン酸プロピレングリコールエステル、アルギン酸塩、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルメチルエーテル、カルボキシビニルポリマー、ポリアクリル酸ソーダ、ポリエチレンオキシド、エチレンオキシド・プロピレンオキシド共重合体などが挙げられる。サスティナビリティの観点で、キサンタンガム、グアーガム、ローカストビンガム、カラギーナンなどの天然高分子が望ましい。
本発明の多価アルコールは、グリセリン、エチレングリコール、1,3−ブチレングリコール、1,3−プロパンジオール、プロピレングリコール、イソプレングリコール等が挙げられる。環境への配慮、及びしっとり感の観点から、グリセリン、1,3−ブチレングリコール、1,3−プロパンジオールが望ましい。
プロリン(味の素社製)34.54gを100gの水に溶解後、デカノイルクロライド(東京化成社製)52.01gと25%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液をpHを12に調整しながら加えた。75%硫酸を加えて中和し、水層を除去後、さらに水と酢酸エチルを加え、水層を除去した。酢酸エチルを減圧留去し、デカノイルプロリンを68.12g得た。
合成例1で得られたデカノイルプロリンを、適当な量の水と懸濁後、水酸化ナトリウムでpHを5まで中和することによりデカノイルプロリンナトリウム塩を得た。
<合成例3>ラウロイルプロリンの合成
プロリンとラウロイルクロライドを用い、合成例1と同様な方法でラウロイルプロリンを合成した。
<合成例4>ラウロイルプロリンナトリウム塩の合成
プロリンとラウロイルクロライドを用い、合成例2と同様な方法でラウロイルプロリンナトリウム塩を合成した。
表1および表2に示す配合量でクリームを調製し、下記の評価を行った。クリームは、Iの成分およびIIの成分をそれぞれ85℃で加熱溶解後させ、IIをIに少しずつ加えていき、室温まで冷却することで調製した。
5人の専門パネラーが下記の評価基準により評価を行った。
4点:アニス酸またはフェニルアルカノールの特有のにおいが全くしない
3点:アニス酸またはフェニルアルカノールの特有のにおいがほとんどしない
2点:アニス酸またはフェニルアルカノールの特有のにおいをわずかに感じる
1点:アニス酸またはフェニルアルカノールの特有のにおいを感じる
0点:アニス酸またはフェニルアルカノールの特有のにおいをかなり感じる
専門パネラーの平均点が3.0点以上を◎、2.0点以上3.0点未満を○、1.5点以上2.0点未満を△、1.5点未満を×とした。
なお、パネラーには、アニス酸またはフェニルアルカノールの特有のにおいとして、あらかじめアニス酸(東京化成社製)、フェネチルアルコール(Dermosoft PCA ECO(Drstreatmans社製))、フェニルプロパノール(東京化成社製))のにおいを認識させた。
調製した組成物の外観について、5人の専門パネラーが下記の評価基準により評価を行った。
4点:非常につやが感じられる
3点:つやが感じられる
2点:かすかにつやが感じられる
1点:つやがあまり感じられない
0点:がまったく感じられない
専門パネラーの平均点が3.5点以上を◎、2.5点以上3.5点未満を○、1.5点以上2.5点未満を△、1.5点未満を×とした。
調製した組成物の塗布時ののびについて、5人の専門パネラーが下記の評価基準により評価を行った。
4点:塗布時に非常にのびが感じられる
3点:塗布時にのびが感じられる
2点:塗布時にかすかにのびが感じられる
1点:塗布時にのびがあまり感じられない
0点:塗布時にのびがまったく感じられない
専門パネラーの平均点が3.5点以上を◎、2.5点以上3.5点未満を○、1.5点以上2.5点未満を△、1.5点未満を×とした。
調製した組成物の塗布時のなじみについて、5人の専門パネラーが下記の評価基準により評価を行った。
4点:塗布時に非常になじみが感じられる
3点:塗布時になじみが感じられる
2点:塗布時にかすかになじみが感じられる
1点:塗布時になじみがあまり感じられない
0点:塗布時になじみがまったく感じられない
専門パネラーの平均点が3.5点以上を◎、2.5点以上3.5点未満を○、1.5点以上2.5点未満を△、1.5点未満を×とした。
調製した組成物の塗布時のみずみずしさについて、5人の専門パネラーが下記の評価基準により評価を行った。
4点:非常にみずみずしさが感じられる
3点:みずみずしさが感じられる
2点:かすかにみずみずしさが感じられる
1点:みずみずしさがあまり感じられない
0点:みずみずしさがまったく感じられない
専門パネラーの平均点が3.5点以上を◎、2.5点以上3.5点未満を○、1.5点以上2.5点未満を△、1.5点未満を×とした。
調製した組成物を塗布した直後のしっとり感について、5人の専門パネラーが下記の評価基準により評価を行った。
4点:非常にしっとり感が感じられる
3点:しっとり感が感じられる
2点:かすかにしっとり感が感じられる
1点:しっとり感があまり感じられない
0点:しっとり感がまったく感じられない
専門パネラーの平均点が3.5点以上を◎、2.5点以上3.5点未満を○、1.5点以上2.5点未満を△、1.5点未満を×とした。
下記処方の保湿クリームを常法に従い調製した。

パルミチン酸スクロース:サーフホープ SE COSME C−1615(三菱化学フーズ)
ステアロイルグルタミン酸Na:「アミソフト」HS−11P(味の素)
キサンタンガム:ケルトロール CG−T (三晶)
マカデミアナッツ油:マカデミアナッツ油(日光ケミカルズ)
トリ(カプリン酸/カプリル酸)グリセリル:TCG−M(高級アルコール工業)
ラウロイルグルタミン酸ジ(フィトステリル/オクチルドデシル):「エルデュウ」PS−203(味の素)
ヒドロキシステアリン酸イソステアリル:SCHERCEMOL SHS Ester(GSIクレオス)
シア脂:シアバター RF(高級アルコール工業)
カルナウバロウ:精製カルナウバワックス(セラリカNODA)
PPG−8セテス−20:ニッコールPBC−44(日光ケミカルズ)
PPG−6デシルテトラデセス−30:PEN−4630(日光ケミカルズ)
Claims (18)
- 一般式(I)で表されるアシルプロリンにおいて、式中、R1−CO−で表されるアシル基が炭素原子数6~12の飽和または不飽和脂肪酸より誘導されるアシル基であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 一般式(I)で表されるアシルプロリンがデカノイルプロリンであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- (A)を組成物の全量に対して0.001重量%~5重量%含有する請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- (A)を組成物の全量に対して0.01重量%~2重量%含有する請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- (B)がアニス酸、フェニルメタノール、フェネチルアルコールおよびフェニルプロパノールから選択される1種または2種以上である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- (B)がアニス酸またはフェネチルアルコールである、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- (B)がアニス酸である、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- (B)を組成物の全量に対して0.001重量%~5重量%含有する請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- (B)を組成物の全量に対して0.05重量%~1重量%含有する請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- (A)の重量/(B)の重量が、99/1~1/99である、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- さらに(C)水溶性高分子を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- (C)がキサンタンガム、グアーガム、ローカストビンガム、およびカラギーナンからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- さらに(D)多価アルコールを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- (D)がグリセリン、1,3−ブチレングリコール、および1,3−プロパンジオールからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を配合した化粧料。
