Definitions
- the present invention relates to a roll tape wound with a long adhesive tape.
- an adhesive tape in which an adhesive is laminated on the main body of the adhesive tape such as a surgical tape and an adhesive bandage
- This adhesive tape is usually provided as a roll tape wound around a cylindrical roll core. Since the adhesive tape may be directly attached to the skin of a human body, breathability, flexibility, and moisture permeability are required. For this reason, what formed the said adhesive tape main body with the thin nonwoven fabric which consists of rayon fiber etc. is provided (for example, refer patent document 1).
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape body formed of a thin nonwoven fabric has excellent air permeability, flexibility, moisture permeability, etc., has little uncomfortable feeling when attached to the skin, and has a function suitable for the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. .
- nonwoven fabric has strong tensile strength, even if it tries to cut
- the adhesive tape is forcibly cut, the appearance of the cut end is impaired, for example, the cut end is not perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape, or the cut end is zigzag-shaped.
- the adhesive tape is usually cut by using scissors without impairing the appearance of the cut end.
- an extra work such as preparing scissors, holding scissors, or placing the scissors is required as compared with cutting with hands.
- the more parts to which the adhesive tape is applied the more extra work as described above, resulting in a great waste of time and labor.
- the adhesive tape cutting operation is collectively performed, and a plurality of pieces of adhesive tape having a necessary length are prepared in advance. It is done.
- the length may not match or the quantity exceeding the required number may be cut, and there is a possibility that the adhesive tape may be used in vain.
- the scissors will be used close to the patient's face. There is also a risk of discomfort.
- the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a roll tape that can easily cut an adhesive tape at a desired position with a fingertip without impairing the appearance of the cut end.
- the adhesive tape has a cut for cutting a roll-shaped adhesive tape in which an adhesive is laminated on one side of a long tape body into a desired length in a state where the tape is drawn out for a predetermined length.
- a plurality of roll tapes are formed along a virtual cutting line extending in the width direction, and the cut is provided in a central region in the width direction of the virtual cutting line, and is opened by feeding out the adhesive tape.
- the adhesive tape is cut along the cuts provided in both side regions in the width direction of the central region, starting from both ends of the central region A long cut that is longer than the cut provided in the both side regions, and the both side regions have a tensile strength that can withstand a tensile stress generated when the adhesive tape is fed out. It is characterized in that.
- region is comprised in the center area of the width direction among the virtual cutting lines in an adhesive tape, it rolls with one hand. Holding the tape, pulling the tip of the adhesive tape with the other hand, and pulling out the wound adhesive tape from the roll part, the long cut is longer in the longitudinal direction of the tape than the cuts on both sides. Open large. As a result, the adhesive tape tends to break outward in the width direction of the tape, starting from both ends of the long cut. However, since both side regions on both sides of the central region have a tensile strength that can withstand the tensile stress generated when the adhesive tape is fed out, the regions on both sides of the central region are prevented from being cut. can do.
- the cut has a first adjacent cut provided in an adjacent region adjacent to both sides of the central region in the two side regions, and the first adjacent cut is the virtual cut. It is preferable to extend in the longitudinal direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape while intersecting the line. In this case, since the first adjacent cut extends in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape, the tensile strength of the adjacent region can be easily ensured. For this reason, also about the adhesive tape with thin thickness, the tensile strength of a both-sides area
- the cut has a plurality of perforations arranged in a perforated manner in an outer region extending from a width direction end of the adjacent region to the side edge of the adhesive tape. It is preferable. In this case, when both ends of the long cut are torn apart and the adjacent region is cut, the outer cuts arranged in the outer region are easily cut to the outer region without impairing the appearance. be able to.
- a second adjacent cut extending along the virtual cutting line may be provided adjacent to the first adjacent cut.
- the said tape main body is formed with the nonwoven fabric.
- a tape body made of a nonwoven fabric that is difficult to cut by hand can be easily cut without impairing the appearance.
- the adhesive tape can be easily cut at an arbitrary position with a fingertip without impairing the appearance of the cut end.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a roll tape R according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
- This roll tape R is obtained by multiplying a long adhesive tape 1 around a cylindrical roll core 2 and is used as a surgical tape.
- This surgical tape is used in the medical field to fix a bandage, gauze or the like, and can be directly attached to the skin of a patient.
- the tape main body 1c of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 1 is formed of an extremely thin nonwoven fabric using rayon fiber or the like, and has high air permeability, flexibility, and moisture permeability.
- a pressure-sensitive adhesive 1a for affixing the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 1 to an applied portion such as a patient's skin is laminated.
- the adhesive tape 1 has a large number of cutting portions 11 for selectively cutting the adhesive tape 1 along its width direction.
- the cut portions 11 are formed at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape 1 (hereinafter simply referred to as “longitudinal direction”).
- a plurality of types of cuts 20 are formed in the cut portion 11 along a virtual cut line D that linearly extends in the width direction.
- the cut portions 11 are formed at a pitch P of 10 mm along the longitudinal direction.
- the virtual cutting line D of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 1 includes a central region A set at the central portion in the width direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 1 (hereinafter simply referred to as “width direction”) in the cutting portion 11.
- An adjacent region B set adjacent to both sides in the width direction of the central region A, and an outer region C set in a range extending from both ends in the width direction of the adjacent region B to the side edge 1b of the adhesive tape 1. It is divided into.
- Each cut 20 provided in the cutting part 11 penetrates the adhesive tape 1 and is configured as an uncut part 30 without a cut between adjacent cuts 20.
- the cut 20 on one side in the width direction and the cut 20 on the other side in the width direction are formed symmetrically with respect to the center line CL of the adhesive tape 1.
- Each of the cuts 20 includes a long cut 21 provided in the central region A of the adhesive tape 1, a pair of first adjacent cuts 24 and 25 and a second adjacent cut 22 provided in the adjacent region B, And an outer cut 23 provided in the outer region C.
- the long cut 21 is provided along the virtual cutting line D over the entire width of the central region A.
- the first adjacent cuts 24 and 25 each extend in the longitudinal direction with the virtual cutting line D as a base end.
- One first adjacent cut 24 is adjacent to the end of the long cut 21 via the uncut portion 31, and the other first adjacent cut 25 is the outer cut closest to the adjacent region B. 23 adjacent to each other through an uncut portion 34.
- the first adjacent cuts 24 and 25 only need to intersect the virtual cutting line D, and need not necessarily have the virtual cutting line D as a base end.
- the second adjacent cut 22 extends along the virtual cutting line D, and is adjacent to the first adjacent cuts 24 and 25 through uncut portions 32 and 35.
- the both side regions constituted by the adjacent region B and the outer region C located in the width direction of the central region A have a tensile strength that can withstand the tensile stress generated when the adhesive tape 1 is drawn out from the roll portion R1. ing.
- This tensile strength is ensured by setting the uncut portions 31, 32, 34, and 35 of the adjacent region B to a predetermined value or more.
- the first adjacent cuts 24 and 25 extend in the longitudinal direction rather than in the width direction, the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction in the adjacent region B is hardly reduced. For this reason, even if it is the thin tape main body 1c, the tensile strength of the adjacent area
- the total width L0 of the long cut 21 (width direction dimension L1 ⁇ 2 on one side), the width direction dimension L2 of the second adjacent cut 22 and the width direction dimension L3 of the outer cut 23 are set to have the following relationship: Yes. L0>L2> L3 Accordingly, when the adhesive tape 1 is pulled in the longitudinal direction, the dimension in the longitudinal direction of the opening generated in the adhesive tape 1 increases in the order of the outer cut 23, the second adjacent cut 22, and the long cut 21 in this order. .
- the total width L0 of the long cut 21 is set to 1.5 to 6 times the width direction dimension L2 of the second adjacent cut 22 and the width direction dimension L3 of the outer cut 23, for example, more preferably It is set to 3 to 5 times the width direction dimension L2 of the adjacent cut line 22 and / or 6 to 7 times the width direction dimension L3 of the outer cut line 23, respectively.
- Each of these dimensions is appropriately set in consideration of the material of the adhesive tape 1, the width direction dimension, and the thickness.
- the long cut 21 is opened by feeding the adhesive tape 1, and the operator specifies the cut 20 to be cut by the opened long cut 21. Therefore, the full width L0 of the long cut 21 is set to a value that can be opened to the extent that the operator can visually recognize when the adhesive tape 1 is unwound. Although it depends on the material and thickness of the adhesive tape 1 as a specific value, if the adhesive tape 1 is set to 2 mm or more, the opening of the long cut 21 when the adhesive tape 1 is drawn out can be easily recognized visually. Can do.
- the full width L0 of the long cut 21 is a dimension capable of applying sufficient stress to the extent that both ends of the long cut 21 can be split apart when the adhesive tape 1 is pressed with a finger. Is set. For example, if the total width L0 is equal to or smaller than the width dimension of a general adult finger, more preferably equal to or smaller than the width dimension of the nail, the stress generated by pressing the finger or nail is applied to the entire width direction of the long cut 21. Can act against.
- the total width L0 is preferably equal to or smaller than the width dimension of a general adult finger, more preferably equal to or smaller than the width dimension of the nail. Moreover, it is preferable that the total width L0 of the long cut 21 is set to 1/3 or less of the width dimension W of the adhesive tape 1. Although it depends on the material of the adhesive tape 1 and the width dimension W, generally, if both side regions are 1/3 or less of the width dimension W, the tensile strength that can withstand the tensile stress generated when the adhesive tape 1 is fed out may not be maintained. Because there is.
- the second adjacent cut 22 and the outer cut 23 need not be opened when the adhesive tape 1 is fed out.
- the width dimensions L2 and L3 of the second adjacent cut 22 and the outer cut 23 are smaller than the long cut 21 when the adhesive tape 1 is fed out. It is set to a value smaller than the full width L0 of the long cut 21 so that an opening is not generated or almost.
- Such width dimensions L2 and L3 of the second adjacent cut 22 and the outer cut 23 are preferably determined according to the above-described conditions.
- W 25 mm
- L1 2 mm
- L2 1 mm
- L3 0.59 mm
- M1 1 mm
- M2 1 mm
- M3 1 mm
- M4 0.59 mm
- the operator first holds the roll R1 portion of the roll tape R with one hand and the free end side of the adhesive tape 1 with the other hand.
- the roll tape R is preferably gripped with the index finger F (or the middle finger, or the middle finger and the ring finger) inserted into the roll core 2 and the thumb H placed along the outer periphery of the roll R1.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 1 is pulled in the longitudinal direction and pulled out from the roll R1 by a necessary length.
- the long cut 21 opens larger in the longitudinal direction than the other cuts.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 1 tries to break outward in the width direction starting from both ends of the long cut 21.
- the adjacent region B and the outer region C are integrally formed as the above-described both side regions and have a tensile strength that can withstand the tensile stress generated when the adhesive tape 1 is fed out, the adhesive tape 1 is cut. Can be prevented by the both side regions (adjacent region B and outer region C).
- the adjacent regions B on both sides of the long slit 21 can be cut along the virtual cutting line D (see FIG. 5b).
- the adjacent region B is easily cut along the virtual cutting line D without impairing the appearance by the pair of first adjacent cuts 24 and 25 and the second adjacent cut 22 provided in the adjacent region B.
- the second adjacent cut 22 is provided in the adjacent region B in addition to the pair of first adjacent cuts 24 and 25, the width of the adjacent region B is increased according to the width of the adhesive tape 1. Even in this case, the adjacent region B can be reliably cut.
- region C will advance along the some outer cut
- the outer region C can also be easily cut by the outer cuts 23 arranged in a perforated manner without impairing the appearance. Therefore, the adhesive tape 1 can be cut almost linearly without damaging the appearance of the entire cut along the virtual cutting line D.
- the shape of the tip edge when the fingertip of the thumb H is viewed from above see FIG. 5
- the shape along the longitudinal direction of the finger when the abdomen H1 of the fingertip is viewed from the side (see FIG. 4)
- Any of the shapes along the finger width direction of the abdomen H1 of the fingertip is curved in a substantially arc shape, and therefore, when the fingertip is pressed against the adhesive tape 1, regardless of the angle at which the fingertip is pressed against the adhesive tape 1 Then, the adhesive tape 1 is recessed and deformed in an arc shape along the width direction (see FIG. 7).
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 1 of the present embodiment when the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 1 is fed out, the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction is ensured by the both side regions composed of the adjacent region B and the outer region C.
- the adhesive tape 1 can be fed out without being cut.
- cutting by pressing the vicinity of the open long cut 21 with a finger, stress concentration is caused and the adjacent region B is cut.
- the adjacent region B is not cut even if pulled in the longitudinal direction, but easily depending on the stress concentration caused by pressing with a finger. Disconnected.
- the outer region C is sequentially cut and easily cut without impairing the appearance.
- the outer cut 23 of the outer region C may be set to a dimension that can be cut relatively easily. This is because the length of the central region A where the stress is concentrated in the outer region C in the virtual cutting line D is closer to the operator's finger than in the side edge 1b side of the adhesive tape 1 when the worker performs the above-described cutting. A large stress acts on the side of the cut line 21. Therefore, there is a low possibility that the side edge 1b side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 1 will be cut off. Further, the outer cut 23 of the outer region C is for causing the cutting of the outer region C to proceed along the virtual cutting line D after the adjacent region B is cut, and the width dimension W of the adhesive tape 1 is determined by the operator. If it is wider than the width dimension of the finger and it is difficult to apply sufficient stress when the operator presses the adhesive tape 1 with the finger, the region where the stress is difficult to apply is set as the outer region C, and the outer cut 23 is formed. Provide.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 1 of the present embodiment is easily cut by a one-touch operation of pulling out the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 1 and rotating the roll core 2 while pressing the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 1 with the thumb H at a desired portion. can do.
- movement which presses the long cut 21 part of the adhesive tape 1 with the fingertip of the thumb H the adhesion extended
- the tape 1 may be rotated by turning the tape 1 diagonally upward and rightward in FIG. 4 starting from the fingertip of the thumb H, and the adhesive tape 1 is gradually wound around the abdomen H1 of the fingertip.
- FIG. 6 shows a case where the fingertip of the thumb H is pressed in the immediate vicinity of an arbitrary cutting part 11 of the adhesive tape 1
- FIG. 6 shows a case where the fingertip is pressed directly on the cutting part 11.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 1 with the fingertip pressed indents and deforms in an arc shape along the width direction, so that the vicinity of the center in the width direction of the long cut 21 is most strongly pulled. Thereby, even if the fingertip pressed against the adhesive tape 1 is separated from the cutting portion 11 in the vicinity thereof, both end portions of the long cut 21 can be broken without hindrance.
- the adhesive tape 1 is deformed in an arc shape along the width direction, so that in the adjacent region B and the outer region C of the adhesive tape 1 and the adhesive tape 1 near the center in the width direction, respectively.
- a step is generated near the side edge 1b, and a tensile stress and a shear stress due to this step act on the cut portion 11.
- the adjacent region B and the outer region C can be cut along the virtual cutting line D without any trouble. Therefore, the operator can cut the adhesive tape 1 without any trouble by the cutting portion 11 in the vicinity of the position to be cut without being particularly aware of the presence of the cut 20. For this reason, the operation
- the roll tape R of this embodiment opens by paying out the adhesive tape 1, and presses the center area
- FIG. 8 is a partially enlarged view showing the cutting part 11 of the roll tape R according to the second embodiment of the present invention.

Abstract
Description
W = 25 mm
L1 = 2 mm
L2 = 1 mm
L3 = 0.59 mm
M1 = 1 mm
M2 = 1 mm
M3 = 1 mm
M4 = 0.59 mm
M5 = 0.59 mm
N = 1 mm
W = 12.5 mm
L1 = 1.5 mm
L31= 1 mm
L32= 0.65 mm
M1 = 1 mm
M2 = 0.8 mm
M5 = 0.65 mm
N = 1 mm
L1 = 2.5 mm
L2 = 1.6 mm
L3 = 0.59 mm
L4 = 0.59 mm
L5 = 240度
M1 = 0.5 mm
M2 = 0.7 mm
M3 = 0.7 mm
M4 = 0.59 mm
M5 = 0.59 mm
M6 = 0.6 mm
N1 = 1.0 mm
N2 = 0.5 mm
L1 = 2.0 mm
L2 = 1.6 mm
L3 = 0.5 mm
L31 = 0.59mm
L4 = 0.75 mm
L41 = 0.59mm
L5 = 227度
L51 = 240度
M1 = 0.5 mm
M2 = 0.7 mm
M3 = 0.7 mm
M4 = 0.59 mm
M5 = 0.805 mm
M6 = 0.6 mm
N1 = 1.0 mm
N2 = 0.5 mm
L1 = 2.0 mm
L2 = 1.6 mm
L3 = 0.4 mm
L31 = 0.59mm
L4 = 0.9 mm
L41 = 0.59mm
L5 = 240度
M1 = 0.5 mm
M2 = 0.7 mm
M3 = 0.7 mm
M4 = 0.59 mm
M5 = 0.905 mm
M6 = 0.6 mm
N1 = 1.0 mm
N2 = 0.5 mm
