前記コネクタセットを覆う前記被覆材の口が縛られている、ワイヤーハーネス。 - 請求項3に記載のワイヤーハーネスであって、
前記コネクタセットを覆う前記被覆材の口が粘着テープで縛られている、ワイヤーハーネス。 - 請求項4に記載のワイヤーハーネスであって、
一本の粘着テープが、前記被覆材の上から前記支線における前記コネクタセットの首下部分に巻き付けられた後、前記被覆材の上から前記支線の分岐根本部分と前記幹線とに対して一緒に巻き付けられ、その後、前記被覆材の上から前記コネクタセットと前記幹線とに対して一緒に巻き付けられている、ワイヤーハーネス。 - 請求項3に記載のワイヤーハーネスであって、
前記被覆材はビニール袋である、ワイヤーハーネス。 - ワイヤーハーネスの支線の端部に取り付けられたコネクタセットを当該ワイヤーハーネスの幹線に固定する方法であって、
前記支線を構成する複数の電線の端部には、それらの素線に接触するように複数の端子がそれぞれ取り付けられ、
前記コネクタセットは、前記複数の端子が挿入された第1コネクタと、当該第1コネクタと嵌合する第2コネクタを有し、
前記複数の電線の素線と、前記複数の端子とは、互いに異なった金属から構成され、
前記第2コネクタには、当該第2コネクタに対して前記第1コネクタが嵌合した際に、当該第1コネクタに挿入された前記複数の端子と嵌合することによって、当該複数の端子間を短絡させるバスバーが設けられており、
(a)前記コネクタセットを袋状あるいはシート状の被覆材で覆う工程と、
(b)前記工程(a)の後に、粘着テープを、前記被覆材の上から前記支線における前記コネクタセットの首下部分に巻き付けて、当該被覆材の口を縛る工程と、
(c)前記工程(b)の後に、粘着テープを、前記被覆材の上から前記支線の分岐根本部分と前記幹線とに対して一緒に巻き付ける工程と、
(d)前記工程(c)の後に、粘着テープを、前記被覆材の上から前記コネクタセットと前記幹線とに対して一緒に巻き付ける工程と
を備える、コネクタセットの固定方法。 - 請求項7に記載のコネクタセットの固定方法であって、
前記工程(b)~(d)の一連の工程では、一本の粘着テープが使用される、コネクタセットの固定方法。
