Specifically, the expanding portion 31a that is the tip of the front engaging portion 30a is in contact with the opening portion of the engaged portion 57a. The rear engaging portion 30b and the engaged portion 57b are also in the same state.
- FIG. 9 is a view showing the mat fastener 10 with the second fixing member 20 attached to the first fixing member 20.
- 9A is a surface view of the mat fastener 10
- FIG. 9B is a cross-sectional view of the mat fastener 10
- FIG. 9C is a partial cross-sectional view of the mat fastener 10.
- FIG. It is explanatory drawing for demonstrating the engaging part 30 and the to-be-engaged part 57.
- the operation knob portion 84 is rotated 90 degrees, and the operation knob portion 84 intersects with the inner periphery of the hole edge portion 51 and is locked to the hole edge portion 51. That is, the hole edge portion 51 functions as a locked portion that is locked to the operation knob portion 84. Accordingly, the operation knob portion 84 can be restricted from passing through the inner periphery of the hole edge portion 51, and the second fixing member can be attached to the first fixing member 20.
- the front engaging portion 30a and the engaged portion 57a are engaged, and the front engaging portion 30a is held between the narrow gap portions 59a.
- the second fixing member can be engaged with the first fixing member 20 in the axial direction from the state in which the engaging portion 30 and the engaged portion 57 shown in FIG. Thereby, in addition to the locking of the operation knob portion 84 and the hole edge portion 51, the first fixing member 20 can hold the second fixing member.
- the driver or the like gives the mat fastener 10 the force to move the mat 12 forward of the vehicle. Therefore, by disposing the engaging portion 30 and the engaged portion 57 at least at a position on the rear side of the vehicle, the engagement between the engaging portion 30 and the engaged portion 57 is difficult to be disengaged with respect to the force toward the front of the vehicle. be able to.
- FIG. 10 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the operation of the taper guide surface 53 of the hole edge 51 and the taper guide surface 90 of the operation knob portion 84, and is a cross-sectional view of the operation knob portion 84 and the hole edge 51.
- FIG. 10A shows a state before the operation knob portion 84 is inserted into the inner periphery of the hole edge portion 51 and the operation knob portion 84 is rotated.
- the engagement portion 30 shown in FIG. FIG. 10B shows a state where the operation knob portion 84 is being rotated in order to attach the second fixing member to the first fixing member 20.
- the lower end 92 of the operation knob portion 84 is lower than the upper end 94 of the hole edge portion 51 in a state before the engagement portion 30 and the engaged portion 57 come into contact but before engagement. Located on the side. Therefore, when the operation knob portion 84 is rotated, the taper guide surface 53 and the taper guide surface 90 come into contact with each other. Here, since the movement of the operation knob portion 84 in the axial direction is restricted by the restriction portion 40, the operation knob portion 84 does not move in the axial direction and acts to push the hole edge portion 51 downward.
- the taper guide surface 53 on the lower end 92 side of the operation knob portion 84 and the taper guide surface 90 on the upper end 94 side of the hole edge portion 51 come into contact with each other.
- the mat fastener 10 is configured such that 84 and the hole edge portion 51 slide along the guide surface to push the second fixing member toward the first fixing member 20. Therefore, when the operation knob portion 84 is rotated, the second fixing member moves in the axial direction so as to approach the first fixing member 20 and the engaging portion 30 and the engaged portion 57 are engaged.
- the engaging portion 30 and the engaged portion 57 are a convex portion and a concave portion extending in the axial direction, they can be engaged by an operation in which the second fixing member approaches the first fixing member 20, that is, an axial operation. Accordingly, the second fixing member can be fastened at two places by the rotation of the operation knob portion 84. Even if the user does not recognize the presence of the engaging portion 30 and the engaged portion 57, the operation knob portion 84 is rotated in a state before the engaging portion 30 and the engaged portion 57 are engaged. Thus, the engaging portion 30 and the engaged portion 57 can be easily engaged.
- a taper guide surface should just be formed in at least one among the corner
- FIG. A tapered guide surface is formed on the contact surface on the lower end side of the operation knob portion 84 and the contact surface on the upper end side of the hole edge portion 51.
- the lower surface of the operation knob portion 84 has corners at the four corners, but the taper guide surface 53 may be formed at least at the corners of the two corners. Accordingly, the taper guide surface 90 may be formed to be diagonally positioned.
- the engaging portion 57 can be disposed near the rotation locus of the operation knob portion 84.
- the force to the operation knob part 84 required for pushing into the engaging part 30 can be made comparatively small.
- the engagement between the engagement portion 30 and the engaged portion 57 is positioned inside the body portion 52, the engagement may be disengaged by an unexpected external force as compared with the operation knob portion 84 arranged on the outside. Can be lowered.
- the present invention relates to a mat fastener that suppresses the movement of a mat placed on the floor of a vehicle, and provides a technique that can suppress the possibility of the mat coming off even when the lock on the operation mounting member is released.
