Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vehicle using electric energy as a driving power source.
- an electric vehicle using a motor driven by electric energy stored in a battery as a driving power source has been developed.
- Such an electric vehicle is equipped with a charging connector to which an external charging connector connected to the external power source is attached and detached in order to charge a battery mounted on the vehicle with electric power from the external power source.
- the system may become unstable due to an unexpected event such as a software bug when switching from the discharged state to the charged state.
- an object of the present invention is to provide an electric vehicle capable of stably controlling switching between charge and discharge modes and an operation method of the control device.
- an electric vehicle includes an electric motor that generates traveling power, a battery for supplying electric power to the electric motor, and an external charging device.
- An external power source connection unit connected to a power source, a control device for controlling switching between a first connection state for connecting the battery to the electric motor and a second connection state for connecting the battery to the external power source connection unit;
- a switch for opening and closing a power supply path to the control device, and when the control device switches from one connection state to the other connection state of the first connection state and the second connection state, The switch opens the power supply path and temporarily interrupts power supply to the control device.
- the control device when switching between the discharge mode and the charge mode, the control device is reset after the power supply to the control device is temporarily interrupted, so that the power supply state of the control device is maintained. In this state, the control mode can be prevented from being switched, and the control stability can be improved.
- the electric vehicle may include a user-operable input device for instructing the control device to switch between the first connection state and the second connection state.
- the discharge mode or the charge mode is started from the state in which the control device is reset. Control stability can be improved.
- the electric vehicle includes a state detection device that detects the state of the vehicle, and the control device may perform start-up processing based on detection information from the state detection device when power feeding is started. Good.
- the connection can be switched to the connected state.
- the input device includes a first operation position in which the first battery is in a first connection state and the switch is closed; a second operation position in which the first battery is in a second connection state and the switch is closed; A third operation position for opening the switch, and the third operation position is in the middle of an operation process of switching from one operation position to the other operation position of the first operation position and the second operation position. May be interposed.
- the third operation position for opening the switch is provided between the first operation position and the second operation position even in the operation route of the input device operated by the user.
- the control device can be reset physically and stably.
- the control device may include an opening / closing control unit that controls to open the switch when switching from one connection state to the other connection state of the first connection state and the second connection state. Good.
- the switching control unit controls to open the switch, so it is necessary to manually instruct the opening operation of the switch. Disappear.
- the opening / closing control unit may be disposed inside or outside the control device.
- the control device when the control device switches between the discharge mode and the charge mode, the control device controls itself to open the switch, and the volatile memory of the control device is initialized.
- the switch can be electrically closed thereafter.
- the control device supplies the electric power for the driving power to the electric motor and controls the operation of the electric motor; a main controller that outputs a control signal to the inverter based on an input from an accelerator sensor; The switch may be interposed in a power supply path to the main controller.
- the main controller is reset when switching between the discharge mode and the charge mode, so that the control stability can be easily improved.
- an operation method of an electric vehicle control device generates electric power by supplying electric power from a built-in battery to an electric motor for driving.
- Operating control of an electric vehicle control device each having discharge control to be performed and charge control to charge power supplied from an external power source to the built-in battery, and any one of the discharge control and the charge control
- the initialization operation of the control device is performed when shifting to the other control mode.
- the control device since the initialization operation of the control device is performed when switching between the charging mode and the discharging mode, the control device can be reset (restarted) during the switching, and the control stability is improved. Can do.
- the initialization operation is an operation of restarting the control device by supplying power again after cutting off the power supply to the control device. After the initialization operation is performed, the control device performs the other control. You may make it let.
- the initialization operation since the initialization operation is performed by re-powering after the power supply to the control device is cut off, the initialization operation can be performed more reliably than the initialization by the trigger from the program.
- the initialization operation may be automatically performed by a control device. That is, an opening / closing operation of a switch that opens and closes a power supply path to the control device may be realized by a command from the control device.
- the initialization operation may be performed manually by the driver. That is, it may be realized by temporarily shutting off the power supply path to the control device by the operation of the driver.
- FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing electric wiring around a battery unit as a configuration example of the electric system of the electric motorcycle in FIG. 1.

- the operation position of the keyhole is not limited to the configuration shown in FIG. 4, and the charging position may be set at a position different from the traveling position. Preferably, it is easy for the driver to recognize the mode switching by giving the charging permission with the same operation piece as the driving permission.
- the LOCK position and the CHG position may be made common. Thereby, the structure can be simplified.
- the LOCK position and the CHG position may be reversed. By placing the frequently performed position between the LOCK position and the CHG position at the end in the rotation direction, the key can be inserted and removed while rotating to the rotation stop position in the frequently performed mode, improving convenience. it can.
- ⁇ CHG position and LOCK position may be arranged on both sides across the ON position. Since the LOCK position and the CHG position are separated from each other, the movement to the LOCK position and the movement to the CHG position can be made different so that the driver can easily recognize the movement. Similarly, a CHG position and a LOCK position may be arranged on both sides of the OFF position. It is not necessary to prevent movement at the CHG position. In this case, the vehicle body can be easily brought close to the charging area. Other key hole arrangements such as ACC (accessory power supply) and hazard lighting may be set. Further, the ACC and CHG may be shared. Thereby, a keyhole position can be reduced. Further, blocking the movement of the vehicle may be realized by means other than the handle lock, and the rotation of the wheels may be blocked.
- the display unit displays either driving permission or charging permission by image display, but is not limited to this.
- driving permission or charging permission is determined by movement of the mechanical key (operation piece)
- the mechanical key itself may be used as the display unit.
- the switching instruction may be given by an operation piece different from the cylinder lock. Even in this case, a separate operation is required to switch between running permission and charging permission. It may be realized by a seesaw type switch, a switch that moves the knob linearly, or a switch that inserts and removes the knob in the axial direction. As described above, two operation permission switches that allow charging and prohibit travel are provided as operation units that switch between travel permission and charge permission, and a travel permission switch that permits travel and prohibits charging.
- only one changeover switch may be used.
- the charging permission mode and the travel permission mode may be alternately switched every time the switch is operated. At this time, it is preferable that a display indicating whether one of the travel permission and the charge permission is selected is provided separately from the switch. This makes it easier for the driver to grasp the current mode.
- the power supply reset by the relay 101 at the time of the mode switching may not be performed.
- the power supply reset by the relay 101 at the time of mode switching is characterized, an input device in which the traveling position and the charging position are at the same operation position may be used.
- the present invention is useful for stably controlling the switching of the charge / discharge mode of the electric vehicle.

Abstract
