Abstract
Description
まず、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品1の構成について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品1を示す平面図である。本実施形態では、吸収性物品1は、オープン型の使い捨ておむつである。
次に、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品の製造方法の一例について説明する。なお、本実施の形態において説明しない方法については、既存の方法を用いることができる。また、以下に説明する製造方法は、一例であり、他の製造方法によって製造することもできる。吸収性物品の製造方法は、構成部品形成工程と、構成部品載置工程と、脚周り形成工程と、切断工程とを少なくとも含む。
次に、上述した構成部品形成工程及び構成物品載置工程において使用される吸収性物品の製造装置の構成について詳細に説明する。図2は、吸収性物品の製造装置100を模式的に示した側面図である。吸収性物品の製造装置100は、案内機構110と、回転機構120と、切断機構130と、設置機構140と、接着剤塗布機構150と、を有する。この吸収性物品の製造装置100は、吸収性物品を構成する構成部品が連続した状態で搬送されるウェブ上に、連続して搬送される帯状の脚周り弾性部材50を取り付ける装置である。
次いで、図3及び図4に基づいて案内機構110について詳細に説明する。図3は、案内機構110の側面図であり、図4は、図3に示すA-A矢視図である。
次いで、図5に基づいて回転機構120について詳細に説明する。図5(a)は、回転機構120の模式側面図であり、図5(b)は、図5(a)に示すB-B矢視図である。
次いで、図6に基づいて、上述の吸収性物品の製造装置100による弾性部材の形成工程を説明する。図6は、吸収性物品の構成部品の搬送方向に沿った吸収性物品及び構成部品の模式平面図である。弾性部材供給装置から供給された弾性部材は、図6(a)に示すように、案内機構110によって交差方向に揺動され、回転機構120の保持部材122上に曲線状に配置される。
次に、図7を用いて、第2の実施形態に係る吸収性物品の製造装置101を説明する。なお、以下の実施形態の説明においては、第1の実施形態と異なる構成のみ説明し、第1の実施形態と同様の構成については、同符号を用いて説明を省略する。
次に、第3の実施形態に係る吸収性物品の製造装置について説明する。第3の実施形態に係る製造装置は、第1の実施形態と比較して回転機構の構成が異なる。図8は、第3の実施形態に係る回転機構を示した図である。図8(a)は、側面図であり、図8(b)及び(c)は、回転動作を示した図である。
図11は、第4の実施形態に係る吸収性物品の製造装置による弾性部材の形成工程を示した図である。第4の実施形態に係る吸収性物品は、パンツ型のおむつであり、幅方向に連続した状態で製造される。図11(a)~(d)は、弾性部材を回転させてなく、図11(e)~(h)は、弾性部材を角度θ3回転させている。なお、図示しないが、図11(d)及び(h)の後に、吸収性物品を長手方向に折り畳んで、着用者の腰周りに配置される吸収性物品の側部1Aを接合することによって、パンツ型の吸収性物品が製造される。このように、オープン型の吸収性物品のみならず、パンツ型の吸収性物品においても、微細な曲線状に帯状の弾性部材を配置することができる。
上述したように、本発明の実施形態を通じて本発明の内容を開示したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、本発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなる。
Claims (5)
- 吸収性物品を構成する構成部品が連続した状態で搬送されるウェブ上に、連続して搬送される帯状の弾性部材を取り付ける吸収性物品の製造装置であって、
前記弾性部材の搬送方向と直交する交差方向に変位させつつ前記弾性部材を搬送する案内機構と、
回転機構軸を旋回中心として、前記案内機構から供給される前記弾性部材を外周面に沿わせて搬送する回転機構と、
前記回転機構の外周面に沿って搬送される前記弾性部材を切断する切断機構と、
前記切断機構によって切断された前記弾性部材を前記ウェブ上に間欠的に設置する設置機構と、を備えており、
前記案内機構は、
第1案内軸を旋回中心として、前記弾性部材を外周面に沿わせて搬送する第1ローラと、
前記第1ローラの搬送方向下流に配置され、第2案内軸を旋回中心として、前記第1ローラから供給される前記弾性部材を外周面に沿わせて搬送する第2ローラと、
前記第1ローラ及び前記第2ローラを軸支し、かつ前記第1ローラへの前記弾性部材の供給方向に沿った揺動軸を旋回中心として、前記第2ローラを前記交差方向に揺動させる揺動部材と、有しており、
前記回転機構は、
前記回転機構の前記外周面において周方向に所定の間隔をあけて配置され、前記弾性部材を受ける第1位置から前記設置機構に対して前記弾性部材を受け渡す第2位置へ前記弾性部材を搬送する複数の保持部材と、
前記保持部材をそれぞれ移動する回転駆動部材と、を有し、
前記回転駆動部材は、前記保持部材の速度を変化させて、前記第1位置よりも前記第2位置における前記保持部材同士の間隔が広くなるように前記保持部材を移動するように構成されており、
前記案内機構によって前記弾性部材を前記交差方向に変位させつつ前記回転機構に向けて搬送し、かつ前記回転機構が搬送する前記弾性部材を前記切断機構によって前記保持部材毎に切断した後、前記設置部材によって前記弾性部材を前記ウェブに対して間欠的に設置する、吸収性物品の製造装置。 - 前記回転機構は、前記外周面に対して直交し、かつ前記回転機構の径方向に沿う軸を中心に、前記保持部材を回転させる回転部材を備えており、
前記回転機構によって前記弾性部材を前記外周面に沿って回転しつつ前記搬送方向に搬送する、請求項1に記載の吸収性物品の製造装置。 - 前記回転機構は、
前記保持部材の当接面に形成された穴部を介して前記当接面から突出し、前記当接面に当接した前記弾性部材に引っ掛かるピン部材と、
前記保持部材の前記当接面と前記ピン部材のうち少なくともいずれか一方を他方に対して相対的に移動させる相対移動部材を備えており、
前記相対移動部材は、前記当接面及び前記ピン部材のうち少なくともいずれか一方を他方に対して移動させることにより、前記当接面の前記穴部の軸方向に沿って前記ピン部材を移動させて、前記当接面から前記ピン部材が突出した状態と、前記当接面よりも内側に前記ピン部材が配置された状態とを実現する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の吸収性物品の製造装置。 - 前記保持部材の前記弾性部材と当接する当接面には、穴部が形成されており、
前記回転機構は、前記穴部を介して前記当接面上の前記弾性部材を吸着する吸着部材を備える、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の吸収性物品の製造装置。 - 前記案内機構によって搬送される前記弾性部材の前記ウェブとの当接面に、接着剤を塗布する接着剤塗布機構を更に備える、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品の製造装置。
