Claims (3)

前記内輪及び外輪の表面の硬度をHv700以上、800未満とすると共に、前記転動体の表面の硬度をHv945以上、1060未満としたことを特徴とするハードディスクスイングアーム用転がり軸受。 - 前記内輪及び外輪の表面の硬度をHv720~780とすると共に、前記転動体の表面の硬度をHv945~1050としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードディスクスイングアーム用転がり軸受。
- 前記内輪、外輪、及び転動体はそれぞれ、ステンレス鋼とSUJ鋼のいずれかからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハードディスクスイングアーム用転がり軸受。
