本发明公开了一种角接触关节轴承,包括外圈(1),外圈(1)上设有开口(2);外圈(1)内侧从外到内依次设置有滚动体保持架(5)、内圈(3)和滚动圆柱体(4),滚动体保持架(5)上安装有径向滚动体(6),内圈(3)外侧固定连接有转动杆(7);所述外圈(1)的左右两侧均连接有端盖(8),每个端盖(8)和内圈(3)的侧面之间均设置有若干轴向滚动体(9);每个端盖(8)上对应轴向滚动体(9)的位置均设有定位槽(10),外圈(1)上对应径向滚动体(6)的位置设有沟道(11)。本发明在满足转动方向和转动角度的要求下,不仅能够降低加工成本,承受轴向和径向的复合,还具有耐磨损、维修成本低和结构稳定的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种角接触关节轴承,特别是一种用于轴端的角接触关节轴承。
背景技术
现有的角接触关节轴承一般由外圈和内圈组成,外圈和内圈一般为曲面接触,外圈上的曲面和内圈上的曲面需要相互配合着转动,加工时对偏差和粗糙度要求较高,加工成本较高。而且,由于采用的是曲面接触,转动时接触面积较大,容易出现磨损;因磨损而需要维修时,只能将整个内圈或外圈换掉,维修成本较高。因此,现有的角接触关节轴承存在着加工成本较高、易出现磨损和维修成本较高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种角接触关节轴承。本发明不仅能够降低加工成本,还具有耐磨损和维修成本低的优点。
本发明的技术方案:一种角接触关节轴承,包括外圈,外圈上设有开口;外圈内侧设置有内圈,内圈内侧设置有滚动圆柱体;内圈和外圈之间设置有滚动体保持架,滚动体保持架上安装有若干均匀分布的径向滚动体;内圈外侧固定连接有转动杆,转动杆能够绕滚动圆柱体在开口内自由转动;所述外圈的左右两侧均通过螺纹连接有端盖,每个端盖和内圈的侧面之间均设置有若干轴向滚动体;每个端盖上对应轴向滚动体的位置均设有定位槽,外圈上对应径向滚动体的位置设有沟道。
前述的一种角接触关节轴承中,所述开口两侧的外圈上设有径向向内的凸起,凸起的长度大于径向滚动体的半径。
前述的一种角接触关节轴承中,所述转动杆一端连接内圈,转动杆另一端上设有螺纹。
前述的一种角接触关节轴承中,所述内圈的两侧对称设有2个轴向滚动体,2个轴向滚动体位于内圈侧面的同一条对称轴上。
与现有技术相比,本发明改进了角接触关节轴承的结构,通过径向滚动体使内圈和外圈能够相对转动,使转动杆能够在外圈的开口绕滚动圆柱体转动,转动角度等于开口的角度;通过轴向滚动体还能够使内圈绕着轴向滚动体转动;从而能够满足转动方向和转动角度的要求,且省去曲面的加工,能够降低80%以上的加工成本。本发明在外圈上对应径向滚动体的位置设有沟道,实现了角接触的结构,能够同时承受轴向和径向的负荷。使用时,主要通过径向滚动体和轴向滚动体来转动,接触面积较小,不易磨损;当使用较长时间而出现磨损时,只需要更换部分磨损严重的径向滚动体或轴向滚动体即可,能够降低90%以上的维修成本。此外,本发明还设置了长度大于径向滚动体的凸起,限制滚动体保持架的位置,再通过滚动体保持架限制径向滚动体的位置,通过端盖上的定位槽限制轴向滚动体的位置,从而防止径向滚动体或轴向滚动体脱出,提高结构稳定性。端盖和外圈通过螺纹连接,进一步提高了结构稳定性。因此,本发明在满足转动方向和转动角度的要求下,不仅能够降低加工成本,承受轴向和径向的复合,还具有耐磨损、维修成本低和结构稳定的优点。

实施例。一种角接触关节轴承,构成如图1、2所示,包括外圈1,外圈1上设有开口2;外圈1内侧设置有内圈3,内圈3内侧设置有滚动圆柱体4;内圈3和外圈1之间设置有滚动体保持架5,滚动体保持架5上安装有若干均匀分布的径向滚动体6;内圈3外侧固定连接有转动杆7,转动杆7能够绕滚动圆柱体4在开口2内自由转动;所述外圈1的左右两侧均通过螺纹连接有端盖8,提高了端盖8在外圈1上的连接结构稳定性,每个端盖8和内圈3的侧面之间均设置有若干轴向滚动体9;每个端盖8上对应轴向滚动体9的位置均设有定位槽10,外圈1上对应径向滚动体6的位置设有沟道11。
所述开口2两侧的外圈1上设有径向向内的凸起12,凸起12的长度大于径向滚动体6的半径,凸起12能够限制滚动体保持架5的位置。所述转动杆7一端连接内圈3,转动杆7另一端上设有螺纹。所述内圈3的两侧对称设有2个轴向滚动体9,2个轴向滚动体9位于内圈3侧面的对称轴上,通过轴向滚动体9还能够使内圈3绕着轴向滚动体9转动。
使用时,滚动圆柱体4能够在内圈3内转动,内圈3和转动杆7能够同步转动,内圈3和径向滚动体6能够相对外圈1转动,从而使转动杆7能够在开口2内绕滚动圆柱体4转动;同时,内圈3和滚动圆柱体4能够绕内圈3两侧的轴向滚动体9转动,从而使转动杆7能够绕轴向滚动体9转动。

1.一种角接触关节轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈(1),外圈(1)上设有开口(2);外圈(1)内侧设置有内圈(3),内圈(3)内侧设置有滚动圆柱体(4);内圈(3)和外圈(1)之间设置有滚动体保持架(5),滚动体保持架(5)上安装有若干均匀分布的径向滚动体(6);内圈(3)外侧固定连接有转动杆(7),转动杆(7)能够绕滚动圆柱体(4)在开口(2)内自由转动;所述外圈(1)的左右两侧均通过螺纹连接有端盖(8),每个端盖(8)和内圈(3)的侧面之间均设置有若干轴向滚动体(9);每个端盖(8)上对应轴向滚动体(9)的位置均设有定位槽(10),外圈(1)上对应径向滚动体(6)的位置设有沟道(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种角接触关节轴承,其特征在于:所述开口(2)的角度为锐角,开口(2)两侧的外圈(1)上设有径向向内的凸起(12),凸起(12)的长度大于径向滚动体(6)的半径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种角接触关节轴承,其特征在于:所述转动杆(7)一端连接内圈(3),转动杆(7)另一端上设有螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种角接触关节轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈(3)的两侧对称设有2个轴向滚动体(9),2个轴向滚动体(9)位于内圈(3)侧面的同一条对称轴上。
