Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种无外环阶梯圆柱滚子轴承,包括挡边带锁紧槽的内圈、设置在内圈滚道上的滚动体、外侧压紧在所述内圈挡边内的锁紧压圈,所述锁紧压圈的内侧压紧在所述滚动体上端面上,所述滚动体为阶梯圆柱滚子,所述滚动体的两端设置有台阶,所述带锁紧槽内圈和滚动体接触面上分别设有相配合的凸度。本实用新型无需保持架,滚动体采用阶梯状的圆柱滚子设计,由两个锁紧圈压嵌在内圈挡边的锁紧槽内,锁住滚道内圆柱滚子的台阶,结构稳定,滚子为满滚子,滚子和内圈滚道接触处带凸度设计,有效减小滚道边缘处的接触,延长了轴承使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种圆柱滚子轴承,具体涉及一种无外环阶梯圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术
圆柱滚子轴承的滚动体是圆柱滚子的向心滚动轴承,圆柱滚子与滚道为线接触轴承,其负荷能力大,主要承受径向负荷。滚动体与套圈挡边摩擦小,适于高速旋转。根据套圈有无挡边,可以分有NU、NJ、NUP、N、NF等单列轴承,及NNU、NN等双列轴承。
现有的圆柱滚子轴承安装时,一般需要保持架,滚子无法直接安装在内圈滚道上,结构较为复杂,也不稳定。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种结构简单、稳定的无外环阶梯圆柱滚子轴承
为实现上述目的,本实用新型设计的无外环阶梯圆柱滚子轴承,包括挡边带锁紧槽的内圈、设置在内圈滚道上的滚动体、外侧压紧在所述内圈挡边内的锁紧压圈,所述锁紧压圈的内侧压紧在所述滚动体上端面上,所述滚动体为阶梯圆柱滚子,所述滚动体的两端设置有台阶,所述带锁紧槽内圈和滚动体接触面上分别设有相配合的凸度。
上述技术方案中,所述锁紧压圈下端面设置有凸块,所述内圈挡边上设置有与凸块相配合的凹槽,所述锁紧压圈通过凸块和凹槽的配合压嵌在所述内圈挡边内所述锁紧压圈下端面设置有凸块,所述锁紧槽内圈挡边上端面上设置有与凸块相配合的凹槽,所述锁紧压圈通过凸块和凹槽的配合压嵌在所述锁紧槽内圈挡边内。
本实用新型设计的无外环阶梯圆柱滚子轴承,滚动体直接安装在锁紧槽内圈滚道上,无需保持架,滚动体采用阶梯状的圆柱滚子设计,由两个锁紧圈压嵌在内圈挡边的锁紧槽内,锁住滚道内圆柱滚子的台阶,结构稳定,滚子为满滚子,滚子和内圈滚道接触处带凸度设计,有效减小滚道边缘处的接触,延长了轴承使用寿命。

如图1所示的无外环阶梯圆柱滚子轴承,包括挡边带锁紧槽的内圈1、设置在内圈1滚道上的滚动体2、外侧压紧在内圈1挡边内的锁紧压圈3,锁紧压圈3的内侧压紧在所述滚动体2上端面上,滚动体2为阶梯圆柱滚子,滚动体2的两端设置有台阶2.1,带锁紧槽内圈1和滚动体2接触面上分别设有相配合的凸度。
锁紧压圈3下端面设置有凸块3.1,内圈1挡边上设置有与凸块3.1相配合的凹槽,锁紧压圈3通过凸块3.1和凹槽的配合压嵌在所述内圈1挡边内。
本实用新型无需保持架,滚动体2直接安装在锁紧槽内圈1滚道上,滚动体2采用阶梯状的圆柱滚子设计,由锁紧压圈3嵌在内圈1挡边的锁紧槽内,锁住滚道内圆柱滚子的台阶,结构稳定。滚子设计为满滚子,滚子和内圈滚道接触处带凸度设计,有效减小滚道边缘处的接触,延长了轴承使用寿命。

1.一种无外环阶梯圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:包括挡边带锁紧槽的内圈(1)、设置在内圈(1)滚道上的滚动体(2)、外侧压紧在所述内圈(1)挡边内的锁紧压圈(3),所述锁紧压圈(3)的内侧压紧在所述滚动体(2)上端面上,所述滚动体(2)为阶梯圆柱滚子,所述滚动体(2)的两端设置有台阶(2.1),所述带锁紧槽内圈(1)和滚动体(2)接触面上分别设有相配合的凸度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无外环阶梯圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述锁紧压圈(3)下端面设置有凸块(3.1),所述内圈(1)挡边上设置有与凸块(3.1)相配合的凹槽,所述锁紧压圈(3)通过凸块(3.1)和凹槽的配合压嵌在所述内圈(1)挡边内。
