本实用新型为一种带有开口弹性卡环的球面滚子轴承,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈和球面滚子,在轴承内圈和轴承外圈上分别设有对应的球面滚子槽沟,所述的球面滚子置于轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间的球面滚子槽沟中,其特征在于:在所述轴承内圈的两边没有小挡边,在轴承内圈无小挡边的径向位置设有凹槽,在所述凹槽内嵌有开口弹性卡环,所述开口弹性卡环的外径大于轴承内圈球面滚子槽沟的直径。所述的开口弹性卡环在轴承内圈的无挡边一侧阻挡住球面滚子,防止球面滚子从轴承内圈和轴承外圈所设的球面滚子槽沟中滑出。本实用新型利用轴承内圈上的两道凹槽和两个开口弹性卡环起到挡边的作用,使得所有零件成为不可分离的轴承成品。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种球面滚子轴承,特别是公开一种带有开口弹性卡环的球面滚子轴承。
背景技术
球面滚子轴承内圈的小挡边在工作时不受力,主要作用是轴承在安装、旋转和调心的过程中防止球面滚子从小挡边处掉出形成整体轴承,压入时球面滚子对套圈沟道有冲击,有可能会造成损伤。而且在轴承使用过程中进行检修时,不能对轴承内部进行检查,拆卸易划伤球面滚子和槽沟。而现有的无小挡边的球面滚子轴承没有上述缺点,但在配合安装开口弹性卡环之前的轴承安装时要小心避免球面滚子离开内圈槽沟和外圈槽沟。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是综合现有技术的球面滚子轴承结构的优点而避免其缺点,公开一种带有开口弹性卡环的球面滚子轴承,通过本实用新型的设计,使得所有零件成为不可分离的轴承成品,不仅安装使用方便,而且在检修时拆卸检查也很简便。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种带有开口弹性卡环的球面滚子轴承,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈和球面滚子,在轴承内圈和轴承外圈上分别设有对应的球面滚子槽沟,所述的球面滚子置于轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间的球面滚子槽沟中,其特征在于:在所述轴承内圈的两边的径向位置设有凹槽,在所述凹槽内嵌有开口弹性卡环,所述开口弹性卡环的外径大于轴承内圈球面滚子槽沟的直径。所述的开口弹性卡环在轴承内圈的无小挡边一侧阻挡住球面滚子,防止球面滚子从轴承内圈和轴承外圈所设的球面滚子槽沟中滑出。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型利用轴承内圈上的两道凹槽和两个开口弹性卡环起到小挡边的作用,使得所有零件成为不可分离的轴承成品。在装配轴承时不需从小挡边的缺口处用力压入球面滚子,同时避免了装配时球面滚子对球面滚子槽沟的冲击。而且在轴承使用过程中检修时可方便的卸下开口弹性卡环来分离轴承,以便查看轴承内部的磨损情况。

具体实施方式
根据附图1和附图2,本实用新型一种带有开口弹性卡环的球面滚子轴承,包括轴承内圈4、轴承外圈3和球面滚子5,在轴承内圈4和轴承外圈3上分别设有对应的球面滚子槽沟,球面滚子5置于轴承内圈4和轴承外圈3之间的球面滚子槽沟中。在轴承内圈4的两边的径向位置设有凹槽1,在凹槽1内嵌有开口弹性卡环2。开口弹性卡环2的外径大于轴承内圈4球面滚子槽沟的直径。开口弹性卡环2在轴承内圈4的两侧阻挡住球面滚子5,防止球面滚子5从轴承内圈4和轴承外圈3所设的球面滚子槽沟中滑出。
本实用新型利用轴承内圈4上的两道凹槽1和两个开口弹性卡环2起到小挡边的作用,使得所有零件成为不可分离的轴承成品,整套轴承为一体,避免了装配时球面滚子对球面滚子槽沟的冲击。而且在检修时可方便的卸下开口弹性卡环来分离轴承,便于查看轴承内部的磨损情况。

1.一种带有开口弹性卡环的球面滚子轴承,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈和球面滚子,在轴承内圈和轴承外圈上分别设有对应的球面滚子槽沟,所述的球面滚子置于轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间的球面滚子槽沟中,其特征在于:在所述轴承内圈的两边的轴向位置没有小挡边,在轴承内圈无小挡边的两边的径向位置设有凹槽,在所述凹槽内嵌有开口弹性卡环,所述开口弹性卡环的外径大于轴承内圈球面滚子槽沟的直径。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种带有开口弹性卡环的球面滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的开口弹性卡环在轴承内圈的无小挡边一侧阻挡住球面滚子,防止球面滚子从轴承内圈和轴承外圈所设的球面滚子槽沟中滑出。
