本实用新型提供了一种调心球轴承,属于机械技术领域。它解决了现有调心球轴承的保持架采用塑料材料制成容易破损断裂而导致轴承磨损,使轴承的使用寿命大大缩短等问题。本调心球轴承包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、保持架和滚动体,滚动体位于保持架内,所述的保持架位于轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间,保持架采用实铜材料制成。本调心球轴承具有使用寿命长、稳定性好、强度大的特点。

本实用新型属于机械技术领域,涉及一种轴承,特别是一种调心球轴承。
背景技术
调心球轴承在安装时包括内圈、外圈、保持架及滚动体,保持架的作用是引导并带动滚动体在正确的滚道上滚动,保持架将滚动体等距离隔开,均布在滚道圆周上以防止工作室滚动体间互相碰撞和摩擦。在轴承的损坏中,保持架发生断裂时有发生,主要原料是由于现有的保持架均采用塑料材料制成,其强度不够,滚动体在运转过程中会不断的碰撞保持架,长久下去便会对保持架造成磨损,从而使保持架发生断裂,造成轴承磨损,使轴承的使用寿命大大缩短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有的调心球轴承存在着上述的问题,提供了一种结构简单、使用寿命长的调心球轴承。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种调心球轴承,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、保持架和滚动体,滚动体位于保持架内,其特征在于,所述的保持架位于轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间,保持架采用实铜材料制成。
在上述的调心球轴承中,所述的轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间两端头均设有密封圈。密封圈既可以防止内部的润滑油外泄出去,还可以防止外部的灰尘进入到轴承内部,提高了轴承自身的密封效果。
与现有技术相比,本调心球轴承的保持架采用实铜材料制成,从而使保持架的强度得到很大程度的提高,增强其稳定性,从而使得滚动体在运转过程中不容易对保持架造成磨损,延长了轴承的使用寿命。

以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示,本调心球轴承包括轴承内圈1、轴承外圈2、保持架4和滚动体3,在本实施例中,滚动体3为滚珠且滚动体3有两列。保持架4位于轴承内圈1和轴承外圈2之间,保持架4采用实铜材料制成。保持架4采用实铜材料制成,从而使保持架4的强度得到很大程度的提高,从而使得滚动体3在运转过程中不容易对保持架4造成磨损,延长了轴承的使用寿命。
在轴承内圈1和轴承外圈2之间两端头均设有密封圈5。密封圈5既可以防止内部的润滑油外泄出去,还可以防止外部的灰尘进入到轴承内部,提高了轴承自身的密封效果。
在轴承内圈1的外表面上开设有两个内滚道11,在轴承外圈2的内表面上开设有一个外滚道21,两列滚动体3分别位于各自的内滚道11和外滚道21之间并安置在保持架4内。

1、一种调心球轴承,包括轴承内圈(1)、轴承外圈(2)、保持架(4)和滚动体(3),滚动体(3)位于保持架(4)内,其特征在于,所述的保持架(4)位于轴承内圈(1)和轴承外圈(2)之间,保持架(4)采用实铜材料制成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的调心球轴承,其特征在于,所述的轴承内圈(1)和轴承外圈(2)之间两端头均设有密封圈(5)。
