Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种内圈挡边面为球面的圆锥滚子轴承,包括设有挡边面的内圈、外圈、大端面为球形的圆锥滚子和保持架;其特征在于:挡边面的内侧面为凹形球面,凹形球面的球半径大于滚子大端面的球半径,滚子大端面与挡边面间以点接触靠接。由于这种特征,轴承内圈挡边部位的润滑条件好,容易形成润滑油膜,没有边缘应力点,不存在边缘应力峰值,轴承在大轴向载荷工况下工作时,滚子端面和内圈挡边面的温升比较低,磨损量比较小,轴承的使用寿命比较高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及轴承技术领域,尤其涉及一种内圈挡边面为球面的圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
现有技术的圆锥滚子轴承的结构,如图1、图2所示,包括内圈2、外圈1、圆锥滚子3和保持架4。轴承运转时,滚子与内、外圈滚道之间为纯滚动,滚子端面与内圈挡边面之间为滑动。滚子端面与内圈挡边的接触形态,不仅对润滑条件、接触应力有直接影响,而且对轴承使用寿命有较大影响。
现有圆锥滚子轴承的圆锥滚子3端面为球面形,球面的球心O设置在轴承内圈2小端面一侧的轴线上,内圈2挡边面为锥面形,锥形面与轴承内圈2大端面夹角为a,其接触形态为圆锥滚子3端面的外球面与内圈2挡边面的内圆锥面之间的圆弧形线接触。
采用这样技术的圆锥滚子轴承当然可以正常使用,但由于该接触形态为线接触,其缺点是:接触圆弧线地段的润滑条件差,接触圆弧线的两个端点是边缘应力点,会产生边缘应力峰值,应力峰值比圆弧线中部的应力大得多,轴承在大轴向载荷工况下工作时,滚子端面和内圈挡边面的温升比较高,磨损量比较大,轴承的使用寿命比较低。
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种滚子端面与内圈挡边面的接触形态为大小球面之间的点接触,轴承的使用寿命比较高的圆锥滚子轴承。
本实用新型为达到上述技术目的所采用的技术方案是:一种内圈挡边面为球面的圆锥滚子轴承,包括设有挡边面的内圈、外圈、大端面为球形的圆锥滚子和保持架;其特征在于:挡边面的内侧面为凹形球面,凹形球面的球半径大于滚子大端面的球半径,滚子大端面与挡边面间以点接触靠接。
所述的凹形球面的球心设置在轴承内圈小端面一侧的轴线上。
所述的滚子的球形端面的球心位置,设置在滚子大端面与挡边面的接触点和凹形球面球心的连线上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于滚子大端面与挡边面的接触形态为半径小的凸形球面与半径大的凹形球面间的点接触,润滑条件好,容易形成润滑油膜,没有边缘应力点,不存在边缘应力峰值,轴承在大轴向载荷工况下工作时,滚子端面和内圈挡边面的温升比较低,磨损量比较小,轴承的使用寿命比较高。此外,由于滚子端面和内圈挡边面的磨损量比较小,轴承的预紧损失也就比较小,轴承所连接的传动轴上的齿轮就能够持续处于良好的啮合状态,可以延长齿轮的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例,如图1、图3所示,一种内圈挡边面为球面的圆锥滚子轴承,包括设有挡边面的内圈2、外圈1、大端面为球形的圆锥滚子3和保持架4;挡边面的内侧面为凹形球面,凹形球面的球半径R1大于圆锥滚子3大端面的球半径R2,滚子大端面与挡边面间以小半径凸球面与大半径凹球面靠接的形式点接触靠接。
所述的凹形球面的球心P设置在轴承内圈2小端面一侧的轴线上。
所述的圆锥滚子3的球形端面的球心Q设置在圆锥滚子3大端面与内圈2挡边面的接触点和凹形球面球心P的连线上。

1.一种内圈挡边面为球面的圆锥滚子轴承,包括设有挡边面的内圈、外圈、大端面为球形的圆锥滚子和保持架;其特征在于:挡边面的内侧面为凹形球面,凹形球面的球半径大于滚子大端面的球半径,滚子大端面与挡边面间以点接触靠接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内圈挡边面为球面的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的凹形球面的球心设置在轴承内圈小端面一侧的轴线上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种内圈挡边面为球面的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的滚子的球形端面的球心位置,设置在滚子大端面与挡边面的接触点和凹形球面球心的连线上。
