本实用新型涉及轴承领域，尤其是一种陶瓷轴承。
背景技术
目前轴承有粉末冶金的滑动轴承和轴承钢制滚动轴承：滑动轴承有结构简单，价格低的优点，但性能也差；滚动轴承有性能优但结构复杂的特点。
近年来，为了提高滚动轴承的耐摩性，采用了陶瓷材料的球或套圈。虽然提升了性能，但由于制造成本也大幅提升了，经济性下降了。
发明内容
为了克服已有陶瓷轴承的减摩擦性较差、耐热性较差、成本高的不足，本实用新型提供一种减摩擦性较好、耐热性较好、降低成本的陶瓷轴承。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种陶瓷轴承，包括外圈和内圈，所述内圈嵌套在外圈内，所述外圈的内孔呈反球面，所述内圈的外侧面为锥面，所述锥面的倾角为5~10°，所述外圈的内孔中心线与所述内圈的外侧的中性线接触。
进一步，所述锥面的倾角为6~8°。
本实用新型的技术构思为：通过改变外圈内孔的形状（反球面）及内圈外径的形状（锥面）来达到既减少摩擦又便于加工和能承受轴向力。
本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在：减摩擦性较好、耐热性较好、降低成本。

进一步，所述锥面的倾角为6~8°。

本实施例优选采用纳米陶瓷材料。
