本实用新型公开了一种新型单列调心滚子轴承,其特征是采用一个内球面滚道的外圈和一个外球面滚道的内圈,呈单列设置一组对称球面滚子,保持架为两个双半实体结构;外圈的外表面也是球面,两个双半实体保持架通过外穿铆钉与球面滚子铆合在一起。本实用新型更适用于连铸机导向器,可轴向位移、承载能力更大、使用寿命更长,具有双向调心作用。

本实用新型涉及一种调心滚子轴承,尤其适用于连铸机导向器的调心滚子轴承。
背景技术
目前,连铸机导向器使用的调心滚子轴承为双列滚子,其体积大、重量大,所以连铸机本身的体积和重量都很大,制造成本高,且因轴承不能承受轴相位移,机器的可靠性不够,维修费用高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种更适用于连铸机导向器用的可轴向位移、承载能力更大、使用寿命更长,具有双向调心作用的调心滚子轴承。
本实用新型通过如下方式实现:
本实用新型新型单列调心滚子轴承的结构特点是采用一个内球面滚道的外圈和一个外球面的内圈,呈单列设置一组球面滚子,保持架为两个双半实体结构;所述外圈的外表面也是球面,两个双半实体保持架通过外穿铆钉与球面滚子铆合在一起。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型有益效果体现在:
1、本实用新型将调心滚子轴承的外圈的内外均加工为球面,内圈加工成外球面,滚子设置为单列,因此内外圈的滚道曲率半径及滚子的曲率半径都远大于双列调心滚子轴承,滚子加长了一倍左右。这一结构形式使轴承将双重调心和高承载能力结合为一体,在有限的空间内可承受很高的径向负荷,可适应设备的轴向不对心,可以有效降低振动,减小摩擦。
2、使用本实用新型可有效缩小机器尺寸,减轻重量,降低制造成本,增加机器的可靠性,同时轴承能允许较大轴向位移,承载能力可提高30%。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实施例采用一个内球面滚道的外圈1和一个外球面滚道的内圈2,呈单列设置一组对称球面滚子3,保持架4为两个双半实体结构;外圈1的外表面也是球面,两个双半实体保持架4通过外穿铆钉5与球面滚子铆合在一起。
本实施例中将外圈的外表面同样加工为球面,使轴承外圈的内外均为球面,因而可以补偿因机械加工或安装不良引起的设备初始不对心,还可以承受轴向位移和更大的径向负荷,因而不但减少了连铸机等的损坏率,可以有效延长连铸机的使用寿命。
