本实用新型公开了一种调心滚子齿轮轴承,包括外圈、内圈、保持架和滚动体,滚动体安装在保持架上,保持架和滚动体设置在外圈和内圈之间,所述外圈为齿轮外圈,其外侧壁上成型有均匀分布的轮齿,外圈的内表面上成型有球面滚道,内圈的外侧壁上成型有两列内滚道,滚动体设置于内滚道内并与外圈的球面滚道相配合,内密封圈和外密封圈安装在外圈和内圈之间,外密封圈的外侧壁上的弹性凸起圈嵌套在外圈的内侧壁近端面处的环形凹槽中。它能够提高轴承的装配精度,延长使用寿命,并提高主机设备的稳定性和可靠性,其密封性好,外密封圈的弹性凸起圈嵌套在外圈的环形凹槽中保证外密封圈安装牢固,不易脱落,提高轴承的稳定性。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及轴承技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种调心滚子齿轮轴承。
背景技术:
目前,国内大多数齿轮箱的行星机构内采用的轴承均为基本结构的轴承,在传动中容易产生同心误差,影响轴承的负载能力以及运转的平稳性。由于齿轮箱的行星机构内的轴承,其结构要求紧凑,可靠性要求高,但是,传统的提高承载能力和可靠性的方法是加大轴承尺寸,这将会使齿轮箱的尺寸加大,重量增加,大大增加成本。而外购内圈及滚子来与自己的行星齿轮装配使用,这种方式在装配过程中无法保证行星齿轮的精度及整体的装配游隙,这些都将直接影响减速机的运转平稳性及寿命。
同时,现有的齿轮箱中的轴承由于是置于齿轮箱的润滑油液中的,其一般无需安装密封圈,然而不使用密封圈带来的一个不利的效果是再齿轮箱在磨合阶段时齿轮之间会有摩擦和磨损产生铁削,这会进入轴承内使轴承内的滚动体磨损,降低轴承的使用寿命。
同时,现有的密封圈其容易从轴承中脱离,普通的密封圈无法达到密封的效果,反而容易脱离而使齿轮箱内的齿轮受到损坏。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种调心滚子齿轮轴承,它不仅保持了调心的作用外还能够提高轴承的装配精度,延长使用寿命,并提高主机设备的稳定性和可靠性。同时,其在内密封圈上设置内密封圈唇口,外密封圈上设置外密封圈唇口,外密封圈唇口弹性压靠在内密封圈上,内密封圈唇口弹性压靠在外密封圈上,形成三处密封,提高密封性,而外密封圈的侧壁上的弹性凸起圈嵌套在外圈的内侧壁近端面处的环形凹槽中保证外密封圈安装牢固,不易脱落,提高轴承的稳定性。
本实用新型解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种调心滚子齿轮轴承,包括外圈、内圈、保持架和滚动体,滚动体安装在保持架上,保持架和滚动体设置在外圈和内圈之间,所述外圈为齿轮外圈,其外侧壁上成型有均匀分布的轮齿,外圈的内表面上成型有球面滚道,内圈的外侧壁上成型有两列内滚道,滚动体设置于内滚道内并与外圈的球面滚道相配合,内密封圈和外密封圈安装在外圈和内圈之间,外密封圈的外密封圈唇口弹性压靠在内密封圈上,内密封圈的内密封圈唇口弹性压靠在外密封圈上,外密封圈的外侧壁上的弹性凸起圈嵌套在外圈的内侧壁近端面处的环形凹槽中。
所述外密封圈唇口由第一接触角和第二接触角构成,第一接触角弹性压靠在内密封圈的竖直面的中部面壁上,第二接触角弹性压靠在内密封圈的横面上;内密封圈唇口弹性压靠在外密封圈的外密封圈竖直面的中部面壁上。
所述外密封圈唇口和弹性凸起圈粘结固定在外密封圈上,内密封圈唇口粘结固定在内密封圈上。
所述滚动体为鼓形滚子,其表面弧度与外圈的内侧壁中部的球面滚道的弧度相同,内滚道具有与滚动体的表面相配合的弧度。
内密封圈和外密封圈之间注满油脂。
本实用新型的突出效果是:
1、它在内密封圈上设置内密封圈唇口,外密封圈上设置外密封圈唇口,外密封圈唇口弹性压靠在内密封圈上,内密封圈唇口弹性压靠在外密封圈上,外密封圈唇口由第一接触角和第二接触角构成,第一接触角弹性压靠在内密封圈的竖直面的中部面壁上,第二接触角弹性压靠在内密封圈的横面上,形成三处密封,从而能够具有更好的密封性,同时其也能保证内密封圈和外密封圈之间的油脂不会由于外圈和内圈之间的油脂的挤压而流出,提高轴承的使用寿命。
2、它在保持调心的作用的同时,通过减少轴承外圈,直接采用齿轮作为轴承外圈,保证了轴承的负载能力,且克服了同心误差,同时采用合理的内部结构设计,能够提高轴承的装配精度,延长使用寿命,提高设备的稳定性和可靠性。
3、它的外密封圈的侧壁上的弹性凸起圈嵌套在外圈的内侧壁近端面处的环形凹槽中保证外密封圈安装牢固,不易脱落,保证了轴承的稳定性。

具体实施方式:
实施例,见如图1至2所示,一种调心滚子齿轮轴承,包括外圈1、内圈2、保持架和滚动体3,滚动体3安装在保持架上,保持架和滚动体3设置在外圈1和内圈2之间,所述外圈1为齿轮外圈,其外侧壁上成型有均匀分布的轮齿,外圈1的内表面上成型有球面滚道12,内圈2的外侧壁上成型有两列内滚道21,滚动体3设置于内滚道21内并与外圈1的球面滚道12相配合,内密封圈5和外密封圈6安装在外圈1和内圈2之间,外密封圈6的外密封圈唇口61弹性压靠在内密封圈5上,内密封圈5的内密封圈唇口51弹性压靠在外密封圈6上,外密封圈6的外侧壁上的弹性凸起圈62嵌套在外圈1的内侧壁近端面处的环形凹槽11中。
所述外密封圈唇口61由第一接触角61a和第二接触角61b构成,第一接触角61a弹性压靠在内密封圈5的竖直面5a的中部面壁上,第二接触角61b弹性压靠在内密封圈5的横面5b上;内密封圈唇口51弹性压靠在外密封圈6的外密封圈竖直面6a的中部面壁上。
所述外密封圈唇口61和弹性凸起圈62粘结固定在外密封圈6上,内密封圈唇口51粘结固定在内密封圈5上。
所述滚动体3为鼓形滚子,其表面弧度与外圈1的内侧壁中部的球面滚道12的弧度相同,内滚道21具有与滚动体3的表面相配合的弧度。
内密封圈5和外密封圈6之间注满油脂。
工作原理:本轴承内本身装有油脂,当外圈1和内圈2之间的油脂挤压内密封圈5和外密封圈6之间的油脂,内密封圈唇口51阻挡外圈1和内圈2之间的油脂进入内密封圈5和外密封圈6之间的空间内,第一接触角61a阻挡第一接触角61a和内密封圈唇口51之间的油脂进入第一接触角61a和第二接触角61b之间的空间内,第二接触角61b阻挡第一接触角61a和第二接触角61b之间的油脂流出内密封圈5和外密封圈6,从而保证内密封圈5和外密封圈6之间的油脂不会由于外圈1和内圈2之间的油脂的挤压而流出。
外密封圈6的侧壁上的弹性凸起圈62嵌套在外圈1的内侧壁近端面处的环形凹槽11中,可以提高外密封圈6固定在轴承上的牢度,防止脱离,提高轴承的稳定性。
同时,本轴承保留了其调心的作用,提高使用寿命。

1.一种调心滚子齿轮轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、保持架和滚动体(3),滚动体(3)安装在保持架上,保持架和滚动体(3)设置在外圈(1)和内圈(2)之间,其特征在于:所述外圈(1)为齿轮外圈,其外侧壁上成型有均匀分布的轮齿,外圈(1)的内表面上成型有球面滚道(12),内圈(2)的外侧壁上成型有两列内滚道(21),滚动体(3)设置于内滚道(21)内并与外圈(1)的球面滚道(12)相配合,内密封圈(5)和外密封圈(6)安装在外圈(1)和内圈(2)之间,外密封圈(6)的外密封圈唇口(61)弹性压靠在内密封圈(5)上,内密封圈(5)的内密封圈唇口(51)弹性压靠在外密封圈(6)上,外密封圈(6)的外侧壁上的弹性凸起圈(62)嵌套在外圈(1)的内侧壁近端面处的环形凹槽(11)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种调心滚子齿轮轴承,其特征在于:所述外密封圈唇口(61)由第一接触角(61a)和第二接触角(61b)构成,第一接触角(61a)弹性压靠在内密封圈(5)的竖直面(5a)的中部面壁上,第二接触角(61b)弹性压靠在内密封圈(5)的横面(5b)上;内密封圈唇口(51)弹性压靠在外密封圈(6)的外密封圈竖直面(6a)的中部面壁上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种调心滚子齿轮轴承,其特征在于:所述外密封圈唇口(61)和弹性凸起圈(62)粘结固定在外密封圈(6)上,内密封圈唇口(51)粘结固定在内密封圈(5)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种调心滚子齿轮轴承,其特征在于:所述滚动体(3)为鼓形滚子,其表面弧度与外圈(1)的内侧壁中部的球面滚道(12)的弧度相同,内滚道(21)具有与滚动体(3)的表面相配合的弧度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种调心滚子齿轮轴承,其特征在于:内密封圈(5)和外密封圈(6)之间注满油脂。
