本发明公开了一种造纸机组合轴承,其特征在于,包括三环轴承,中环和外环之间为滑动轴承,中环和内圈之间有滚子为滚动轴承,滑动轴承部分即承受了较大的径向负荷又能起到调心作用,滚动轴承部分起到了轴承主要运转过程中的旋转作用。本发明三环轴承很好的解决了以前使用多套轴承现在只需一套轴承,既解决了调心问题又解决了承受径向负荷大的问题,节省了有效的空间、降低了原材料成本和人工成本,中环和外环之间为滑动轴承,中环和内圈之间有滚子为滚动轴承,滑动轴承部分既承受了较大的径向负荷又能起到调心作用,滚动轴承部分起到了轴承主要运转过程中的旋转作用。本轴承具有极高的操作可靠性、易于安装、是高品质与高精度的轴承。

本发明涉及轴承技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中造纸机所应用的轴承都为调心滚子轴承和圆柱滚子轴承,调心滚子轴承在造纸业占据了主导地位,深沟球轴承和角接触轴承、圆锥滚子轴承应用于附属系统,
如图1所示调心圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈01、内圈02、圆柱滚子04和保持架06。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种专用于造纸机上的轴承。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种造纸机组合轴承,其特征在于,包括三环轴承,中环和外环之间为滑动轴承,中环和内圈之间有滚子为滚动轴承,滑动轴承部分即承受了较大的径向负荷又能起到调心作用,滚动轴承部分起到了轴承主要运转过程中的旋转作用。
本自调心圆柱滚子轴承即三环轴承很好的解决了以前使用多套轴承现在只需一套轴承,既解决了调心问题又解决了承受径向负荷大的问题,节省了有效的空间、降低了原材料成本和人工成本,中环和外环之间为滑动轴承,中环和内圈之间有滚子为滚动轴承,滑动轴承部分即承受了较大的径向负荷又能起到调心作用,滚动轴承部分起到了轴承主要运转过程中的旋转作用。本轴承具有极高的操作可靠性、易于安装、是高品质与高精度的轴承。

具体实施方式
一种造纸机组合轴承,包括三环轴承,中环和外环之间为滑动轴承,中环和内圈之间有滚子为滚动轴承,滑动轴承部分即承受了较大的径向负荷又能起到调心作用,滚动轴承部分起到了轴承主要运转过程中的旋转作用。如图2所示,包括圆柱头螺钉19、保持架盖16、保持架座06、滚子04、内圈02、中外圈01、外圈11。
