[0004] 公知的,现有的传送机构中大多采用标准结构的单列圆柱滚子轴承,该轴承主要用于承受径向载荷,其转速一般为60rpm以下,载荷为1.5〜2吨,同时,由于在实际应用中,传送机构在运行过程中是利用单列圆柱滚子轴承的外圈旋转的,其内圈并不转动,因此,根据需要,传送机构中相应的电路及润滑管线往往选择由轴内部通过;然而,受传送机构性能提升的需求影响,即为了提高现有传送机构的运行功效,目前常要将原本在轴内通过的相应电路及润滑管线由轴内部移出来,且同时要求单列圆柱滚子轴承的尺寸不能增大,因此,现有的常规单列圆柱滚子轴承已经无法满足这样的使用要求,即其必须要进行相应的改进了。
