本实用新型涉及一种组合轴承,包括一个向心轴承和推力轴承共用的内圈,内圈包括平台和在平台一端凸起形成的凸台;在轴承的径向上,平台与向心轴承外圈之间安装滚动体;在轴承的轴向上,凸台内端面与推力轴承垫圈之间安装推力轴承保持架,并在推力轴承保持架内安装滚动体。由推力轴承部分承受设备的轴向力,起止推作用,同时保证向心轴承不受轴向力破坏,由向心轴承部分承受径向力能够同时承受较高的轴向力和径向力,满足了设备同时具有较高的轴向和径向载荷的正常使用和运转。推力轴承的一个垫圈和向心轴承的内圈设计成一体,安装方便,消除了两体加工的多处误差和安装误差,保证了组合轴承运转平稳,提高了轴承使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及轴承技术领域,具体是一种向心轴承和推力轴承结合的组合轴承。
背景技术
出于生产的需要,很多情况下,设备要同时承受较大的轴向和径向的共同载荷,这样单纯的使用推力或向心轴承肯定是不能满足要求的,而一般的向心轴承只能承受较小的轴向力。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够同时承受轴向和径向的共同载荷的的组合轴承。
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种高承载能力的组合轴承,包括一个向心轴承和推力轴承共用的内圈, 内圈包括平台和在平台一端凸起形成的凸台;在轴承的径向上,平台与向心轴承外圈之间安装滚动体;在轴承的轴向上,凸台内端面与推力轴承垫圈之间安装推力轴承保持架,并在推力轴承保持架内安装滚动体。
本实用新型是一个由推力滚子轴承和向心满装圆柱滚子轴承组成的组合轴承,平台作为向心轴承的内圈,凸台作为推力轴承的一个垫圈。该轴承一端为通用的推力圆柱滚子轴承,用以完成使用时的止推功能,对另一端的向心圆柱滚子轴承起到轴向保护作用,另一端的向心轴承完成对径向的承载作用。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的平台外端设有挡边,滚动体内端设弹性挡圈。
作为另一种优选的额技术方案,所述的平台与向心轴承外圈之间满装圆柱滚动体。由于是满装滚动体,相对于同样外形尺寸的其它结构具有较高的径向承载能力。
本实用新型由推力轴承部分承受设备的轴向力,起止推作用,同时保证向心轴承不受轴向力破坏,由向心轴承部分承受径向力能够同时承受较高的轴向力和径向力,满足了设备同时具有较高的轴向和径向载荷的正常使用和运转。推力轴承的一个垫圈和向心轴承的内圈设计成一体,这样在使用时较两体的安装方便,消除了两体加工的多处误差和安装误差,保证了组合轴承的运转精度,保证了运转平稳,提高了轴承使用寿命,优于两种轴承的简单组合。

图1所示的一种高承载能力的组合轴承是一个由推力滚子轴承和向心满装圆柱滚子轴承组成的组合轴承,包括一个向心轴承和推力轴承共用的内圈1, 内圈1包括平台和在平台一端凸起形成的凸台,平台作为向心轴承的内圈,凸台作为推力轴承的一个垫圈。
在轴承的径向上,平台与向心轴承外圈2之间安装滚动体3,平台外端设有挡边,滚动体3内端设弹性挡圈6。可以满装圆柱滚动体以增大其承载力。
在轴承的轴向上,凸台内端面与推力轴承垫圈4之间安装推力轴承保持架5,并在推力轴承保持架5内安装滚动体。

1.一种组合轴承,其特征在于:包括一个向心轴承和推力轴承共用的内圈(1), 内圈(1)包括平台和在平台一端凸起形成的凸台;在轴承的径向上,平台与向心轴承外圈(2)之间安装滚动体(3);在轴承的轴向上,凸台内端面与推力轴承垫圈(4)之间安装推力轴承保持架(5),并在推力轴承保持架(5)内安装滚动体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合轴承,其特征在于:所述的平台外端设有挡边,滚动体(3)内端设弹性挡圈(6)。
