Description

悬浮式道路交通警告标志及标志系统 技术领域
本发明涉及道路交通标志, 特别是涉及四种悬浮式道路交通警告标志及六种悬浮 式道路交通警告标志系统, 属于机械制造, 民用火箭制造技术领域。
背景技术
《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》(2004年 5月 1 日)第六十八条 "机动车在高 速公路上发生故障时, 应当依照本法第五十二条的有关规定办理; 但是, 警告标志应当 设置在故障车来车方向一百五十米以外", 国务院 《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实 施条例》 (2004年 5月 1 日) 第六十条 "机动车在道路上发生故障或者发生交通事故, 妨碍交通又难以移动的, 应当按照规定开启危险报警闪光灯并在车后 50m至 100m处设 置警告标志"。 幵启危险报警闪光灯是容易的, 但是要将警告标志设置在故障车来车方 向 150m以外, 既是困难的, 又是危险的, 因为驾驶人必须跑出 150m以外去设置警告标 志,然后再跑 150m回来修车,处置完后,再跑二个 150m才能收回临时设置的警告标志。 全部过程驾驶人要奔跑(或快走) 600ra, 如果再加上对道路设施的避让和对距离判断的 失误就会在 600m以上, 这个 600m以上路程的奔跑对谁都是既困难又危险的行为。
交通法规作出上述规定又是有根据的, "交法"和国务院的 "实施条例"规定的高 速公路上机动车时速为 60-120km; 时速 105km的车辆, 从发现警告标志到使车辆停止, 需要 96米的停车距离 (包括思考距离 21m和制动距离 75m)。 因此在使用现有的警示标 志的条件下, 交通法规将警告标志设置在 " 150m以外"的规定是必要的, 合理的。
现有的交通标志的支撑方式分为柱式、 悬臂式、 门架式、 附着式四种。 这四种标 志都是使用硬质的塑料或金属制作标志的主体部分和支撑部分, 这种刚性标志的长期生 产制作, 以及对生产制造的标准的规范化和稳定性, 反映到头脑中就形成一成不变的惯 性思维, 以致一涉及交通标志的制作就必然联想到一种固定髙度、 固定形状的交通标志 的固定模式; 产品生产的规范化和标准的确立是技术发展成熟的标志, 它的消极方面就 是如影随形的技术偏见的形成; 而要解决交通法规的执行与执行过程中的困难和矛盾, 就必须克服这种凡是交通标志就是硬质材料制造的, 支撑高度也是固定不变的; 儿童玩 具不容易生产, 以及设置标志从不借助外力, 仅依靠人的体力的这三种技术偏见, 才能 换取技术的进步。悬浮式支撑方式是完全不同于现有的交通标志的四种支撑方式的第五 种支撑方式。
有关道路交通标志的设计和设置有一套完整的法规, 如包括设计指导思想和设计 顺序的一般规定。 公路交通标志设置的设计对象, 进行合理设置应综合考虑周边路网与 公路条件、交通条件、气象和环境条件等因素,……。(中华人民共和国交通部 2006-07 07 发布, 2006-09-01实施的中华人民共和国行业推荐性标准, JTG/TD81 - 2006《公路交通 安全设施设计细则》 第 37-38页)。 上述设计规定既是对现有技术的规定, 也是对现有 技术状况的描述。
已经发生了某巴蜀笑星因为汽车发生故障设置警告标志方面的问题而丧生; "最美 女孩"山东的刁娜也因为见义勇为, 救助遭遇车祸的伤者, 未设置交通警告标志而被撞 伤一条腿; 在北京也发生了驾驶人警告标志设置问题被罚而被告不服的案例, 伴随着公 路建设的快速发展, 这样的事故和矛盾还会增多, 如何解决这种合理的交通法规与执行 中的困难的矛盾? 答案是只有依靠技术的进步来解决, 以及在技术进步的条件下, 法律 法规必要的修改和进一步的完善来解决。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是机动车在道路上发生事故或故障, 需要在 50m或 150m 以外设置警告标志的过程中遭遇的困难和危险的技术难题。
本发明提供了四种悬浮式的道路交通警告标志及六种悬浮式标志系统来解决上述 技术问题, 本申请解决上述技术问题的技术方案是从两个方向去探索和提出解决问题的 技术措施。 一方面是制作比现有的临时警告标志更高的悬浮式警告标志, 比如制作 3m-5m, 甚至更高的警告标志。 更高的警告标志可以使司机更早发现标志, 可以提前采 取相应措施。 这样的标志就不便使用现有的材料制作, 而只能使用可以折迭的, 便于携 带的纺织品和气球来制作, 气球可以充氢气或氦气等很轻的气体; 采用现有的纺织品面 料中最轻、最薄的几种, 或者釆用塑料薄膜制作长 0. 7-3m, 宽 0. 2-0. 9m的平面的条幅; 还可以制作成圆筒形的条幅; 在气球和条幅上都按标准印刷制作底色黄色的交通警告标 志的图形符号, 其制作应采用符合现行《公路交通标志反光膜》(GB/T18833 )要求的反 光膜或其他逆反射材料。 如果达不到反光效果, 则可根据现行 《道路交通标志和标线》 (GB5768 )的规定采用外部照明或内部照明的方式。 还可以在悬浮式警告标志上采用发 光二极管作图形, 则其颜色应与标志的边框或背景相一致; 如果需要闪烁, 则所有单元 应同时以每分钟大于 50次, 小于 60次的频率闪烁。 采用照明或发光二极管的方式应保 持标志设计的均匀性, 不得降低其昼夜的能见性、 易读性, 要便于驾驶员的理解。 使用 时, 气球及标志图形符号都悬浮在空中, 故名悬浮式道路交通警告标志。 使用绳索或金 属线将重物,气球和条幅连接在一起,如果一只气球的浮力太小,可以增加气球的数量, 有多种方式增加气球的数量, 即以串连式, 并连式和混连式连接各个气球, 单只气球的 标志可称之为单连式或基本式, 气球的大小都可以, 只要方便携带, 形状可以是圆形、 椭圆或异形, 通过对气球和条幅的不同组合, 可以有四种悬浮式道路交通标志, 可以分 别命名为 Q-1型、 Q- 2型、 Q-3型、 Q-4型四种悬浮式道路交通警告标志。 重物 14起平 衡气球浮力和固定位置的作用, 重物和条幅重量之和应略大于全部气球浮力总和; 重物 的重量要根据条幅的重量和当地风力的大小来决定, 风大的地区或季节重量也应稍重, 可以在重物 14中或者在弹簧钩上增减重物。各型标志的气球数量可以是一至七个不等, 也可以更多, 但太多气球使得携带和使用都很不方便, 太少则警告标志也少, 不利来车 人员及时发现警告标志, 甚至不能吊起条幅, 在浮力足够, 警告标志足够的条件下, 气 球应尽量少; 重物最好使用环氧树脂或聚乙烯等透明材料制作, 重物里面放置危险报警 闪光灯 (可简称警报器)。 气球可以在气球店充气, 也可以自带充气瓶充气。
另一方面的技术措施就是使用运载工具和回收工具, 开发人的技巧用较少的体力 代替单纯的体力的运载, 这就是古人所说的要 "善假于物"。
运载悬浮式标志的工具可以使用无线遥控车, 遥控车有多个企业生产的多种型号 规格的产品, 小型的有 1 : 18的, 大的可坐下小孩子, 太大太小都不适合, 现在市场上 微型遥控车很多, 强劲的也不少, 有一款可行驶 200m的遥控车, 价格近千元, 可与生 产厂家量身定制, 批量供货, 只需行驶 150m, 价格也可降下来, 以利于普及推广。 还可 以使用遥控直升机, 如内置有陀螺仪稳定器, 有加速功能和自动对频新功能的红外线遥 控 3D全方位 T37型直升机模型 (非玩具模型) 作为运载工具。 A- 3系和 A-4系是 k-2 系的改进和发展, 就是 A-2系去掉气球, 遥控直升机既是运载工具, 又取代气球, 承担 吊起条幅的浮力功能; A- 3和 A-4系最大优点是没有气球, 使用更方便; 能达到 A- 2系 (含 A-3系、 A- 4系) 要求的微型遥控直升机可选机型较多, 如 450级电动直升机可以 实现 A-2系需要的定点悬停、 前进、 后退……等飞行动作, 它的飞行范围由发射机遥控 距离而定, 一般为 500m- 1000m, 飞行高度可以轻易达到 500m以上, 自重为 800g, 可以 搭载 500g左右的重物进行正常飞行,最大升力超过 2kg,这种型号的微型直升机性能很 强, 但价格也髙, 并不十分适合 A-2系的推广应用, 只是说明现在微型遥控机的生产能 力和技术水平完全能胜任 A- 2系的要求, 应向生产厂家量身定制遥控距离 150m的遥控 直升机, 价格更实惠, 便于普及推广。 遥控直升机的关键技术之一是动力, 动力可以使 用内燃机动力, 也可使用电力, 前者价高以及繁锁的燃料、 启动、 点火诸多问题, 还不 环保, 故更宜使用后者, 使用后者的关键就是电池, 对电池的要求条件是既要有比较低 或不高的价格, 以便推广普及, 又要有足够的能量支持微型直升机的续航留空和悬停时 间。 此外对电池还要有使用温度范围、 环保等要求条件, 现在市场上已有符合要求的电 池, 在国外, 特别是专业性要求比较高的领域中, 5号不可充锂电池早已经普及, 这种 电池比较碱性电池有很多十分明显的优势, 首先它的容量可以达到 3000mAh左右, 而碱 性电池最多只有 2000mAh, 由于放电充分, 实际使用时间是后者的好几倍; 第二, 它的 保存时间极长, 自放电现象轻微, 存放 10年之后仍然能保持 90%的电量; 第三, 它的大 电流放电能力极强, 5号规格的锂电池在 1A 的大电流情况下, 放电容量是普通电池的 3 - 4倍; 而在 2A的大电流情况下, 放电容量是普通干电池的 25倍; 第四是使用温度范 围广, 在- 40Ό— 60°C均可正常使用而不会有性能的下降; 第五、 第六分别是重量轻和 绿色环保, 重量比碱性电池轻 1/3左右, 没有铅、 汞、 镉的污染; 第七是价格能接受, 在国外可能卖到 10美元一节,但在国内已出现 1-5元一节的,可以"劲量(Ener gizer ) 5号、 锂电池、 1. 5V、 L91 "的关键词在网上淘宝。 上述情况只是证实至少有一种电池是 能支持 A-2的实施,特别是其特点几乎完全是为 A-3系量身定制的。 A- 3系消耗电能多, 如使用光伏电池能更环保, 尤其是有的光伏发电技术很适合, 如中国尚德太阳能电力有 限公司的世界级研发中心致力的薄膜光伏电池。在 A- 4系推广初期也可以锂电与光伏电 池共用, 然后以光伏电池取代锂电池。 还可以使用民用小火箭作运载工具, 如每支装药
10g-30g的黑火药固体火箭, 如要运载 Q- 1、 Q-3标志, 在条幅较重的条件下, 可以加大 药量, 或者采用捆绑的方式, 将三支每支装药 20g的火箭捆绑在一起, 相当于一支 60g 药的火箭, 这样组合足够的推力将交通标志送至 150m的位置, 由于火箭有高温气体喷 出, 连接线和车杆线应使用金属线或阻燃材料, 使用车杆作为回收工具; 小火箭是一次 性作用。 还可以使用旱冰鞋、 滑板和滑板车等轮滑用具作运载工具, 用人的技巧和体力 将警告标志送至预定的位置, 这三种运载工具都可以使用车杆作回收工具。 轮滑工具品 种规格很多, 滑板有两轮有四轮, 滑板车也有两轮和三轮, 有方向把手, 也有方向盘, 可以根据使用人的具体情况有多种选择。
以上六种标志系统都各有优缺点, 各类人群也会有不同的偏好, 但从试用情况看, 小火箭的问题较多, 对连接线和条幅都有阻燃的特殊要求, 还要使用回收工具, 但它的 很大的优点是射程最远, 150m对它是很容易的事。轮滑工具虽然仍有危险, 但滑行比走 路快了, 缩短了时间, 减少了危险, 也减少了体力的消耗, 再由于回收工具车杆的使用, 又使吋间和危险都减少了一半。
各类型标志和各种运载工具的搭配和组合不是固定不变的, 如遥控车可以和 Q - 2 搭配, 也可以和 Q-3搭配, 遥控直升机也可以和 Q-1标志。 根据安全、 环保和经济节约 等多方面的综合考量, 可以在开始阶段着重推广 Q-1标志, Q-3标志和 A-1系, A-2系, A-3系, A- 4系, A-6系等标志和标志系统。 悬浮式标志系统的标志、 运载工具、 回收工 具及其零部件都有现成的商品销售, 有的只需稍作改进, 如气球贴上反光膜, 遥控车和 遥控直升机去掉一些不必要的功能, 预先设置 50m, 100m, 150m, 这几档, 使运载工具 更完善, 更适合悬浮式标志系统的要求, 回收工具可以用放风筝的车杆, 如图 14 , 图 15, 这种车杆简单、 方便、 好用。 气球的充氢气可在气球店, 也可自备充气瓶, 现在有 一种正在大力推广的汽车用的充气补胎罐也可使用。各种类型的悬浮式标志系统的连接 件都可使用弹簧钩 18, A- 3系, A- 4系的直升机的连接环 (6-2 )也可由弹簧钩(18 )取 代。 使用弹簧钩 18使各部件的连接方便、 快捷、 可靠。 现行标志与悬浮式标志系统技术特征及使用效果对照表

图 1示出了 Q- 1型悬浮式道路交通警告标志 1 (简称 Q- 1标志), 包括标志图形符 号 1-1 ; 其特征是: 所述 Q-1标志克服了凡是交通标志都只能是形状固定的刚性材料制 造, 儿童玩具不能用于生产, 二者之间有不可逾越的鸿沟的技术偏见; 所述 Q- 1标志是 在气球 1-2上印制警告标志图形符号 1-1, 并在气球 1-2中充入比空气轻的气体, 如氢 气或者氦气等, 气球 1-2下端用绳索 1-3与重物 14连接; 气球 1-2可以使用一个、 二 个, 也可以更多, 各个气球间使用绳索用串联的方式连接起来。
图 2示出了 Q-2型悬浮式道路交通警告标志 2 (简称 Q-2标志), 包括图形符号 2-1 和危险报警闪光灯 16; 其特征是: 所述 Q- 2标志使用气球 2-2下端连接一幅平面条幅 2-5,气球 2- 2和平面条幅 2-5都印制有标准的道路交通警告标志图形符号 2-1 ; 2- 6是 使用人有关信息, 简称使用信息; 2-4是平面条幅 2-5的支撑棍; 平面条幅 2-5下端连 接弹簧钩 18, 弹簧钩 18下端连接重物 14。 图 3示出了 Q- 3型悬浮式道路交通警告标志 3 (简称 Q-3标志), 包括警告标志图 形符号 3-1和危险报警闪光灯 16; 其特征是: 所述 Q-3标志使用多个气球 3-2并连的 方式, 制作圆筒形的条幅 3-5, 条幅上下两端有弹性支撑圈 3-4, 气球 3- 2和圆筒形条 幅 3-5上印制有图形符号 3-1,圆筒形条幅 3-5上的图形符号 3-1采取螺旋式排列方式, 使圆筒形条幅 3-5 不论是哪个面向着来车方向, 都能使驾驶人看清楚完整的图形符号

图 4示出了 Q- 4型悬浮式道路交通警告标志 4 (简称 Q-4标志), 包括警告标志图 形符号 4-1和危险报警闪光灯 16; 其特征是: 所述 Q-4标志使用多个氢气球 4-2混连 的方式, 即同时采用串连和并连的两种方式, 氢气球的总数可以是三个, 四个, 五个或 更多, 警告标志图形符号 4-1全都印制在氢气球 4- 2上; 连接线 4- 3连接全部氢气球
4- 2和弹簧钩 18为一体, 弹簧钩 18钩住重物 14的连接圈 15。
图 5示出了 A-1型悬浮式道路交通警告标志系统 5 (简称 A-1系), A-1系与现有技 术相同的部分是都有警告标志图形符号 1-1和危险报警闪光灯 16; 与现有技术相区别 的技术特征就是: 所述 A-1系克服了凡是交通标志都是刚性材料制造, 体育用品和儿童 玩具不能用于生产, 其设置也不使用人力之外的 "外力"的技术偏见, 其次就是 A-1系 有 Q-1标志 1和作为运载工具的微型遥控车(或称遥控车模型) 5-1两个子系统; 遥控 车 5-1的尾部上方有横板 5-3,横板 5-3上制作有连接环 5-2, Q- 1标志 1去掉重物 14, 加上一弹簧钩 18, 弹簧钩 18钩住连接环 5-2, 就实现了 Q-1标志 1与运载工具微型遥 控车 5-1的连接与组合。在使用时,危险报警闪光灯 16开启,用遥控器启动遥控车 5-1, 带动 Q- 1标志 1行驶到预定位置 (如来车方向 50m或 150m处) 停车, 担负起交通警告 标志的功能。使用完毕后,使用遥控器开动遥控车 5-1并带动 Q- 1标志 1驶回故障车处。 遥控车 5-1的车头部位有危险报警闪光灯 16。
图 6示出了 A- 2型悬浮式道路交通警告标志系统 6 (简称 A-2系), A-2系与现有技 术相同的部分就是都有警告标志图形符号 3-1和危险报警闪光灯 16; 与现有技术相区 别的就是所述 A- 2系有 Q-3标志 3和作为运载工具的微型遥控直升机 6-1两个子系统, 遥控直升机的机头部位有危险报警闪光灯 16; Q-3标志下端的弹簧钩 18去掉重物钩住 遥控直升机 6-1的平衡杆 6-3上的连接环 6-2, 实现了 Q- 3标志 3和运载工具遥控直升 机 6-1的连接和组合。 在需要使用交通标志时, 用遥控器启动遥控直升机 6-1, 幵启危 险报警闪光灯 16,带动 Q- 3标志 3,飞行到预定位置着陆,担负起交通警告标志的功能; 使用完毕, 用遥控器开动遥控直升机 6-1并带动 Q- 3标志 3飞回故障车处。
图 7示出了 A-3型悬浮式道路交通标志系统 7 (简称 A- 3系), A-3系是 A-2系的改 进, 即将 A- 2系的气球去掉, 用微型遥控直升机 6-1取代, 直升机 6-1承担运载工具和 浮力的双重功能,微型直升机 6-1下部的支撑架 6-4上的连接环 6-1上悬挂圆筒形条幅 3-5, 条幅 3-5下连接重物 14, 以使条幅 3-5舒展。 在需要使用警告标志时, 驾驶人开 启闪光灯 16和遥控器, 微型遥控直升机 6-1带着圆筒形条幅 3- 5飞到预定位置, 在空 中悬停, 承担警告标志的功能; 故障处理完毕, 再用遥控器收回 A-3系。
图 8示出了 A-4型悬浮式道路交通标志系统 8 (简称 A-4系), A-4系是 A- 3系的改 进, 改进的主要特征是使用更环保的光伏电池 19如薄膜光伏电池作微型直升机 6-1和 危险报警闪光灯 16的电源;报警灯 16与直升机 6-1与电池 19之间有电子线路 20连接。
图 3、 图 9、 图 14、 图 15示出了 A-5型悬浮式道路交通警告标志系统 (简称 A-5 系), A-5系与现有技术相同的部分就是都有警告标志图形符号 3-1和危险报警闪光灯 16; 与现有技术相区别的技术特征就是 A- 5系由 Q-3标志 3, 作为运载工具的民用小火 箭 9和作为回收工具的车杆 17三个子系统组成; Q-3标志 3下端的弹簧钩 18钩住小火 箭 9的连接圈 9-2, 将车杆 17的弹簧钩 18钩住小火箭 9的连接圈 9-2, 实现 Q-3标志 3, 小火箭 9和车杆 17的连接和组合。在需要使用时,放开车杆线 17-1,发射小火箭 9, 小火箭 9带着 Q- 3标志 3和车杆线 17-1飞到预定位置, 故障车处理完后, 用车杆 17收 线 17-1, 收回 Q-3标志 3。 火箭是一次性使用。
图 1、 图 10、 图 14、 图 15示出了 A-6型悬浮式道路交通警告标志系统 (简称 A-6 系), 包括警告标志图形符号 1-1和危险报警闪光灯 16; 所述 A-6系区别于现有技术的 特征是 A-6系由 Q- 1标志 1, 作为运载工具的旱冰鞋 10, 作为回收工具的车杆 17三个 子系统组成; 在需要使用交通警告标志时,将回收工具车杆 17的弹簧钩 18钩住 Q- 1标 志的弹簧钩 18, 开启旱冰鞋前端的危险报警闪光灯 16, 使用旱冰鞋 10滑行, 将 Q- 1标 志送到预定位置, 将车杆 17的线 17-1放开, 由驾驶人滑行将车杆 17带回故障车停车 位置, 待故障处理完, 使用车杆 17收线 17-1, 收回 Q- 1标志 1。
图 3、 图 11、 图 14、 图 15示出了 A-7型悬浮式道路交通警告标志系统 (简称 A - 7 系), 包括警告标志图案 3-1和危险报警闪光灯 16; 所述 A- 7系与现有技术的区别在于 A - 7系由 Q- 3标志 3和作为运载工具的滑板 11 , 作为回收工具的车杆 17三个子系统; 在需要使用交通警告标志时, 驾驶人使用滑板 11, 开启标志 3和滑板前端的闪光灯 16, 带着 Q- 3标志 3和车杆 17, 滑行到预定位置, 并将 Q- 3标志固定在预定位置, 使用车 杆 17的弹簧钩 18钩住 Q- 3标志 3的弹簧钩 18, 然后放线, 同时滑行并带车杆 17回到 停车处, 待故障处理完毕, 使用车杆 17收线 17-1, 将 0~3标志 3收回。
图 4、 图 12、 图 14、 图 15示出了 A- 8型悬浮式道路警告标志系统 (简称 A-8系); 所述 A- 8系与现有技术相同的部分是都有警告标志图案 4-1, 其与现有技术的区别是所 述 A-8系有 Q-4标志 4, 作为运载工具的滑板车 12, 作为回收工具的车杆 17三个子系 统; 在需要设置警告标志时, 驾驶人用车杆 17的弹簧钩 18钩住 Q-4标志 4的弹簧钩 18, 将车杆 17固定在停车处的路肩, 并处于放线状态, 驾驶人幵启滑板车 12把手上的 闪光灯 16, 用滑板车 12, 带着 Q-4标志 4, 并通过两个弹簧钩 18的连接带动车杆 17 放线 17- 1 , 将 Q- 4标志 4设置在预定位置后, 返回故障车停放处, 故障处理完毕后, 驾驶人使用车杆 17收线 17-1, 收回 Q-4标志 4 , 运载工具旱冰鞋、 滑板、 滑板车, 以 及自行车 (包含各种规格大小), 儿童汽车等使用轮滑机械的都可统称为轮滑工具, 可 以使用上位概念概括, 合并在一项权利要求中提出。
工业实用性
以上四种悬浮式道路交通警告标志及六种悬浮式道路交通警告标志系统都可以在 机械制造技术领域, 民用小火箭制造企业, 遥控机械制造企业生产制造, 或者直接向这 些生产企业批量订购相关的产品, 无论是四种标志, 或是运载工具, 回收工具的生产都 没有技术难题, 六种标志系统也能在道路交通的运输生产活动中得到应用, 是有用的, 能够有效地解决现有技术不能解决的临时警告标志设置的技术难题, 与现有技术相比, 悬浮式交通警告标志及其系统的突出的实质性特点和显著的进歩都很清楚和明白, 从 "现行标志与悬浮式标志系统技术特征及使用效果对照表"也可清楚的了解悬浮式标志 系统在解决设置交通警告标志时遇到的技术难题中的积极作用和良好效果。
申请号为 201120154994. 4的实用新型申请《悬浮式道路交通警告标志及标志系统》 已于 2012年 2月 9日由中国国家知识产权局授权, 申请人已于 2012年 4月 18闩登记、 缴费。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种悬浮式道路交通警告标志 (1) 包括警告标志图形符号 (1-1); 其特 征是: 所述标志 (1) 克服了凡是交通标志都是硬质材料制作和儿童玩具不用于生 产活动的技术偏见; 所述标志(1)使用串联的气球(1-2)浮在空中, 在气球(1-2) 上印制有交通警告标志图形符号 (1-1); 连接在气球 (1-2) 下端的重物 (14)起 平衡浮力和固定位置的作用。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的悬浮式道路交通警告标志; 其特征是: 所述标志(2) 用气球 (2-2) 吊起平面条幅 (2-5), 浮在空中, 将警告标志图形符号 (2-1) 印制 在气球 (2-2) 和平面条幅 (2-5) 上, 连线 (2-3) 将全部气球 (2-2) 条幅 (2-5) 和重物 (14) 连接起来, 与重物 (14) 的连接使用弹簧钩 (18), 平面条幅 (2-5) 下端还有使用信息 (2-6), 重物 (14) 内置危险报警闪光灯 (16)。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的悬浮式道路交通警告标志; 其特征是所述标志 (3) 使用多个氢气球 (3-2) 并连, 氢气球下面连接圆筒形的条幅 (3-5), 条幅 (3-5) 上下两端有弹性支撑圈 (3-4); 氢气球 (3-2) 和圆筒形条幅 (3-5) 上印制有警告 标志图形符号 (3-1), 圆筒形条幅 (3-5) 上印制的警告标志图案 (3-1)采取螺旋 式排列方式; 圆筒形条幅 (3-5) 下部有使用信息 (3-6); 条幅 (3-5) 下端通过弹 簧钩 (18) 连接重物 (14), 重物 (14) 内置危险报警闪光灯 (16)。
4、如权利要求 1所述的悬浮式道路交通警告标志;其特征是:所述标志(4) 使用多个氢气球 (4-2) 混连的方式, 警告标志图形符号 (4-1)全部印制在氢气 球 (4-2) 上, 连接线 (4-3) 连接全部氢气球 (4-2) 和弹簧钩 (18) 为一整体, 弹簧钩 (18) 连接重物 (14), 最下面的气球 (4-2) 表面有使用信息 (4-6), 重 物 (14) 内置危险报警闪光灯 (16)。
5、 一种悬浮式道路交通警告标志系统 (5), 包括警告标志图形符号 (1-1) 和危 险报警闪光灯 (16), 其特征是: 所述标志系统(5) 克服了凡是交通标志都是形状固 定的硬质材料制作, 体育用品和儿童玩具不用于生产活动, 其设置也不使用人力之外 的 "外力"的技术偏见; 所述标志系统(5)有交通警告标志 (1)和作为运载工具的 微型遥控车 (5-1) 两个子系统; 交通警告标志 (1) 去掉重物 (14), 用弹簧钩 (18) 连接微型遥控车 (5-1), 微型遥控车 (5-1)承担重物和运载工具两种功能, 这样 警告标志 (1) 与微型遥控车 (5-1) 就连接组合成了一种悬浮式道路交通警告标 志系统 (5); 在需要使用交通警告标志时, 幵启危险报警闪光灯 (16), 用遥控 器启动和操控微型遥控车 (5-1), 带动警告标志 (1) 行驶到预定位置停车示警; 使用完毕, 使用遥控器开动微型遥控车 (5-1) 并带动警告标志 (1) 驶回故障车 处。
6、一种悬浮式道路交通警告标志系统 (6);包括道路交通标志图形符号(3-1) 和危险报警闪光灯 (16); 其特征是: 所述标志系统 (6) 克服了凡是交通标志都 是形状固定的硬质材料制作, 体育用品和儿童玩具不用于生产活动, 其设置也不 使用人力之外的 "外力"的技术偏见; 所述标志系统 (6) 有交通警告标志 (3) 和作为运载工具的微型遥控直升机 (6-1) 两个子系统; 用警告标志 (3) 的弹簧 钩 (18) 钩住微型直升机 (6-1) 的连接圈 (6-2), 实现标志 (3) 与遥控微型直 升机 (6-1)的连接与组合;在需要使用交通警告标志时,开启危险报警闪光灯(16) 使用遥控器启动微型直升机(6-1), 带动警告标志(3),, 飞到预定位置着陆, 担 负起交通警告标志的功能; 使用完毕后, 用遥控器开动遥控直升机(6-1)并带动 警告标志 (3) 飞回故障车处。
7、 如权利要求 6所述悬浮式道路交通警告标志系统; 其特征是: 所述交通 警告标志系统 (7) 去掉了气球, 用微型直升机 (6-1) 取代气球, 承担产生浮力 和运载工具的两种职能。
8、 如权利要求 7所述悬浮式道路交通警标志系统, 其特征是: 所述标志系 统 (8) 使用光伏电池 (19) 取代传统电池电源, 通过供电线路 (20) 为遥控微 型直升机 (6-1) 和危险报警闪光灯 (16) 供电。
9、 一种悬浮式道路交通警告标志系统, 包括道路交通标志图形符号 (3-1) 和危险报警闪光灯 (16); 其特征是: 所述标志系统克服了凡是交通标志都是形 状固定的硬质材料制作, 体育用品和儿童玩具不用于生产活动, 其设置也不使用 人力之外的 "外力" 的技术偏见; 所述标志系统有交通警告标志 (3), 作为运载 工具的民用小火箭 (9) 和作为回收工具的车杆 (17) 三个子系统; 用警告标志
(3)的弹簧钩(18)和车杆( 17)的弹簧钩(18)钩住小火箭(9)的连接圈(9-2), 实现了警告标志系统各部分的连接和组合; 需要使用警告标志时, 放开车杆线

10、 一种悬浮式道路交通警告标志系统 (6); 包括道路交通标志图形符号 (3-1) 和危险报警闪光灯 (16); 其特征是: 所述标志系统克服了凡是交通标志 都是形状固定的硬质材料制作, 体育用品和儿童玩具不用于生产活动, 其设置也 不使用人力之外的 "外力" 的技术偏见; 所述标志系统有交通警告标志 (3) 和 作为运载工具的轮滑工具和作为回收工具的车杆 (17)三个子系统; 在需要使用 交通警告标志时, 驾驶人使用轮滑工具带着标志 (3) 和车杆 (17), 滑行到预定 位置, 将交通警告标志 (3) 设置在路肩位置, 使用车杆 (17) 的弹簧钩 (18) 钩住标志(3) 的弹簧钩(18), 然后放线, 同时滑行并带车杆(17) 回到停车处, 将车杆 (17)放在路肩, 待故障处理完毕, 使用车杆 (17) 收线 (17-1), 将标志 (3) 收回。
