Abstract
二次側から一次側への逆流電流を生じない共振型コンバータからなるスイッチング電源装置を提供する。コンバータトランス(T1)の一次巻線(L1)には、共振用インダクタ(Lr)と共振用コンデンサ(Cr)が直列接続されており、直列共振回路が構成されている。スイッチ素子(Q1,Q2)を相補的にオンオフ制御することで、当該直列共振回路へ電流を供給する。コンバータトランス(T1)の二次側に接続されたスイッチ素子(Q3)はスイッチ素子(Q1)に同期し、スイッチ素子(Q4)はスイッチ素子(Q2)に同期している。ここで、スイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frよりも低いときには、スイッチ素子(Q3,Q4)は、スイッチ素子(Q1,Q2)と同期してオン制御されるが、共振周期Trの1/2の時間経過後に、スイッチ素子(Q1,Q2)と非同期でオフ制御される。
Description
本発明は、同期整流型のLLC共振コンバータのスイッチング電源に関する。
従来、各種の同期整流型のLLC共振型コンバータを用いたスイッチング電源装置が考案されている。
図1は特許文献1に記載のスイッチング電源装置の回路図である。特許文献1のスイッチング電源装置はLLC共振のコンバータである。図1に示すように、特許文献1のスイッチング電源では、トランスの一次巻線からなるインダクタ、共振用インダクタ、および共振用コンデンサに対して、カレントトランスが直列接続されている。共振回路の電流すなわち一次巻線に流れる電流はカレントトランスによって検出される。検出電流は、ドライブ回路に入力され、ドライブ回路は、検出電流に基づいて二次側のスイッチ素子(同期整流素子)をオンオフ制御する。
図2は特許文献2に記載のスイッチング電源装置の回路図である。特許文献2のスイッチング電源装置は、同期整流型のハーフブリッジLLC共振コンバータである。図2に示すように、特許文献2のスイッチング電源装置は、制御回路が二次側に備えられている。制御回路は、二次側スイッチ素子とともに一次側スイッチ素子をオンオフ制御する。この際、制御回路は、一次側スイッチ素子の導通後、予め設定した時間間隔(例えば、0.4μsec.)をおいて二次側スイッチ素子を導通する。また、制御回路は、一次側スイッチ素子の遮断後、予め設定した時間間隔(例えば、0.15μsec.)をおいて二次側スイッチ素子を遮断する。すなわち、特許文献2のスイッチング電源装置の制御回路は、予め設定した一定の時間間隔を置いて、一次側スイッチ素子と二次側スイッチ素子(同期整流素子)のオンオフを制御している。
このように、特許文献1と特許文献2に記載のスイッチング電源装置は、それぞれ異なる方法により、二次側スイッチ素子(同期整流素子)のオンオフを制御している。しかしながら、特許文献1に記載のスイッチング電源装置では、二次側スイッチ素子(同期整流素子)の駆動のために、共振回路の電流すなわち一次巻線に流れる電流を検出するカレントトランスを必ず備えなければならず、スイッチング電源装置の構成要素が増加する。さらには、同期整流素子の駆動信号を生成して供給するには、高精度で高速動作のコンパレータが必要になる。したがって、スイッチング電源装置の構造が複雑になり、コスト増等の問題が生じる。
また、特許文献2に記載のように、予め設定した一定の時間間隔を置いて、一次側スイッチ素子と二次側スイッチ素子(同期整流素子)のオンオフを制御する構成では、共振回路の共振周波数よりもスイッチング周波数が低い場合に、二次側スイッチ素子(同期整流素子)のオン時に負電流が流れ、一次側へ逆流電流が生じてしまうことがあった。
したがって、本発明の目的は、二次側から一次側への逆流電流を生じない共振型コンバータからなるスイッチング電源装置を提供することにある。
この発明のスイッチング電源装置は、一次巻線と第1二次巻線および第2二次巻線を備えたコンバータトランスと、一次巻線に直列接続された共振用インダクタと共振用コンデンサを備える直列共振回路と、を備える。スイッチング電源装置は、相補的にオンオフ制御されることで、直列共振回路へ電力供給する第1スイッチ素子および第2スイッチ素子と、第1二次巻線と電圧出力端子との間に直列接続する第3スイッチ素子と、第2二次巻線と電圧出力端子との間に直列接続する第4スイッチ素子と、を備える。スイッチング電源装置は、出力電圧に応じたPFM制御を第1スイッチ素子、第2スイッチ素子に対して行うとともに、第3スイッチ素子と第4スイッチ素子とを制御する制御部を備える。制御部は、予め与えられた共振周期に基づいて決定する変数A1、前記出力電圧に基づいて生成され、スイッチング周期を決定する変数A2、前記第3スイッチ素子および前記第4スイッチ素子のオン時間を決定する変数A3、を扱い、

この構成では、コンバータトランスの一次側の第1スイッチ素子および第2スイッチ素子のオン時間が予め与えられた共振周期に基づく時間よりも長くなっても、コンバータトランスの二次側の第3スイッチ素子と第4スイッチ素子のオン時間が予め与えられた共振周期に基づく時間に制限される。これにより、二次側の第3スイッチ素子と第4スイッチ素子がオン状態のときに負電流が流れる状況を抑えることができ、二次側から一次側への逆流電流を抑えることができる。
また、この発明のスイッチング電源装置では、予め与えられる第3スイッチ素子と第4スイッチ素子のオン時間は、直列共振回路の共振周期の1/2であることが好ましい。
この構成では、コンバータトランスの一次側の第1スイッチ素子および第2スイッチ素子のオン時間が直列共振回路の共振周期の1/2よりも長くなっても、コンバータトランスの二次側の第3スイッチ素子と第4スイッチ素子のオン時間が直列共振回路の共振周期の1/2に制限される。これにより、二次側の第3スイッチ素子と第4スイッチ素子がオン状態のときに負電流が流れる状況が生じなくなり、二次側からの逆流電流が生じない。
また、この発明のスイッチング電源装置では、第3スイッチ素子のターンオンは第1スイッチ素子のターンオンに同期するとともに、第3スイッチ素子は第2スイッチ素子のターンオンまたは予め与えられたオン時間のいずれか早い方までにターンオフし、第4スイッチ素子のターンオンは第2スイッチ素子のターンオンに同期するとともに、第4スイッチ素子は第1スイッチ素子のターンオンまたは予め与えられたオン時間のいずれか早い方までにターンオフしてもよい。これにより、二次側の第3スイッチ素子と第4スイッチ素子がオン状態のときに負電流が流れる状況が生じなくなり、二次側からの逆流電流が生じない。
また、この発明のスイッチング電源装置は、一次巻線と並列に接続された並列インダクタを有してもよい。これにより、第2の共振周期を共振インダクタと共振コンデンサと並列インダクタとによって設計することができ、トランスに流れる電流を減少させ,トランスの発熱を軽減することができる。
また、この発明のスイッチング電源装置では、制御部は、出力電圧に基づくPFM制御を実行するMPUと、MPUから得られる各スイッチ素子の駆動情報に基づいて各スイッチ素子に対する駆動信号を生成するドライバ回路と、を備えることが好ましい。この構成では、制御部を可能な限りデジタルICで実現することができる。
また、この発明のスイッチング電源装置は、一例として次のような回路構成で実現できる。第1スイッチ素子および第2スイッチ素子は、直流電圧が入力される端子対を構成する第1、第2電源入力端子との間に直列接続されており、第1スイッチ素子および第2スイッチ素子のいずれかに、直列共振回路が並列接続されている。これにより、コンバータトランスの一次側がハーフブリッジ型となる。この構成により、ハーフブリッジ型で同期整流型のLLC共振コンバータを実現できる。
また、この発明のスイッチング電源装置は、一例として次のような回路構成で実現できる。第1スイッチ素子および第2スイッチ素子は、直流電圧が入力される端子対を構成する第1、第2電源入力端子との間に直列接続されている。第1コンデンサおよび第2コンデンサは、第1スイッチ素子と第2スイッチ素子との直列回路に対して並列接続されるように、第1、第2電源入力端子の間に直列接続されている。第1スイッチ素子および第2スイッチ素子の接続点と、第1コンデンサおよび第2コンデンサの接続点との間に一次巻線と共振用インダクタが接続されることで、直列共振回路が形成されている。これにより、コンバータトランスの一次側がハーフブリッジ型となる。この構成により、ハーフブリッジ型で同期整流型のLLC共振コンバータを実現できる。
また、この発明のスイッチング電源装置は、一例として次のような回路構成で実現できる。第1スイッチ素子および第2スイッチ素子は、直流電圧が入力される端子対を構成する第1、第2電源入力端子との間に直列接続されている。第5スイッチ素子および第6スイッチ素子は、第1スイッチ素子と第2スイッチ素子との直列回路に対して並列接続されるように、第1、第2電源入力端子の間に直列接続されている。第1スイッチ素子および第2スイッチ素子の接続点と、第5スイッチ素子および第6スイッチ素子の接続点との間に一次巻線と共振用インダクタが接続されることで、直列共振回路が形成されている。これにより、コンバータトランスの一次側がフルブリッジ型となる。この構成より、フルブリッジ型で同期整流型のLLC共振コンバータを実現できる。
この発明によれば、二次側スイッチ素子を適切に制御することができるため、二次側から一次側への逆流電流を抑えることができる。
本発明の実施形態に係るスイッチング電源について、図を参照して説明する。

スイッチング電源装置100は、負荷300が接続する一組の端子からなる出力端子を備える。高電位側が第1出力端子Po(+)であり、グランド電位側が第2出力端子Po(G)である。
第1電源入力端子Pi(+)と第2電源入力端子Pi(G)との間には、入力電圧を平滑する入力コンデンサCiが接続されている。
第1電源入力端子Pi(+)と第2電源入力端子Pi(G)との間には、第1スイッチ素子Q1と第2スイッチ素子Q2との直列回路が接続されている。この際、第1スイッチ素子Q1が第1電源入力端子側Pi(+)となり、第2スイッチ素子Q2が第2電源入力端子側Pi(+)となるように、接続されている。
第1スイッチ素子Q1および第2スイッチ素子Q2は、FETからなるスイッチ素子であり、寄生キャパシタおよびボディーダイオードを有する。
第1スイッチ素子Q1のドレインは、第1電源入力端子Pi(+)に接続され、第1スイッチ素子Q1のソースは第2スイッチ素子Q2のドレインに接続されている。第2スイッチ素子のソースQ2は第2電源入力端子Pi(G)に接続されている。第1スイッチ素子Q1および第2スイッチ素子Q2のゲートは、ハイサイドドライバ(High Side Driver)12に接続されている。
第2スイッチ素子Q2には、共振用インダクタLr、コンバータトランスT1の一次巻線L1、共振用コンデンサCrの直列回路が並列接続されている。また、一次巻線L1には励磁インダクタLmが並列に接続されている。これら共振用インダクタLr、励磁インダクタLm、共振用コンデンサCrによりLLC共振コンバータの共振回路が構成される。なお、共振用インダクタLrおよび励磁インダクタLmはコンバータトランスT1の漏れインダクタおよび励磁インダクタにより構成してもよいし、別途インダクタを一次巻線L1に直列および並列に接続して構成してもよい。
コンバータトランスT1は、上述の一次巻線L1とともに、当該一次巻線L1に磁界結合する第1二次巻線L21と第2二次巻線L22を備える。第1二次巻線L21と第2二次巻線L22は、一次巻線L1に対する極性が同じになるように配設され、互いに接続されている。
第1二次巻線L21と第2二次巻線L22の接続点は、第1出力端子Po(+)に接続されている。
第1二次巻線L21の前記接続点と反対側の端部は、第3スイッチ素子Q3を介して第2出力端子Po(G)に接続されている。この際、第3スイッチ素子Q3のドレインは、第1二次巻線L21に接続され、ソースは第2出力端子Po(G)に接続されている。第3スイッチ素子Q3のゲートは、パルストランスフォーマ(Pulse Transformer)14に接続されている。このパルストランスフォーマ14が第2絶縁型信号伝達手段に相当する。
第2二次巻線L22の前記接続点と反対側の端部は、第4スイッチ素子Q4を介して第2出力端子Po(G)に接続されている。この際、第4スイッチ素子Q4のドレインは、第2二次巻線L22に接続され、ソースは第2出力端子Po(G)に接続されている。第4スイッチ素子Q4のゲートは、パルストランスフォーマ14に接続されている。
第3スイッチ素子Q3および第4スイッチ素子Q4は、FETからなるスイッチ素子であり、寄生キャパシタおよびボディーダイオードを有する。
第1出力端子Po(+)と第2出力端子Po(G)の間には、平滑用の出力コンデンサCoが接続されている。
出力コンデンサCoには、出力電圧を検出しフィードバック信号を生成するフィードバック回路FBが並列接続されている。
図4はフィードバック回路FBの回路図である。第1出力端子Po(+)と第2出力端子Po(G)の間には、シャントレギュレータSR、抵抗R3及びフォトカプラPCの発光素子による直列回路と、抵抗R1,R2による分圧回路とが接続されている。シャントレギュレータSRのリファレンス端子には、上記R1,R2による抵抗分圧回路の分圧出力を与えている。また、シャントレギュレータSRの電圧制御端とリファレンス端子との間に抵抗R11とコンデンサC11からなる負帰還回路を設けている。またフォトカプラPCの受光素子の一端は、抵抗R4を介して定電圧Vccに接続されており、他端はGNDに接続されている。フォトカプラPCの受光素子と抵抗R4の接続点の電圧は、フィードバック電圧VFBとして、MPU11に入力される。具体的には、図示しないが、フィードバック電圧VFBはMPU11内部のADコンバータに入力される。
フィードバック回路FBは、第1出力端子Po(+)と第2出力端子Po(G)の出力電圧が設定電圧より高くなる程、フィードバック電圧VFBの電圧が低くなる関係で作用する。
フォトカプラは第1絶縁型信号伝達手段に相当する。
制御部としてのMPU11は、ハイサイドドライバ12とドライバ(Driver)13に接続され、ドライバ13はパルストランスフォーマ14に接続されている。
MPU11は、フィードバック電圧VFBに基づいて、PFM(Pulse Frequency Modulation)制御により、第1スイッチング制御信号(以下、単に第1制御信号)、および第2スイッチング制御信号(以下、単に第2制御信号)のスイッチング周波数fsを算出する。第1制御信号は第1スイッチ素子Q1に与える制御信号であり、第2制御信号は、第2スイッチ素子Q2に与える制御信号である。MPU11は、スイッチング周波数fsに基づく第1制御信号および第2制御信号をハイサイドドライバ12に与える。
PFM制御とは、負荷が重い時には、スイッチ素子をオンオフ制御するためのスイッチング周波数fsを低く設定し、負荷を軽い時には、スイッチング周波数fsを高くする制御である。
この際、MPU11は、第1制御信号および第2制御信号を、Hi、Lowの二値からなる矩形波で生成する。MPU11は、第1制御信号と第2制御信号とが相補的にHi状態もしくはLow状態となるように、第1制御信号および第2制御信号を出力する。さらに、MPU11は、第1制御信号と第2制御信号のHi,Low切り替わりのタイミングにおいて、ともにLow状態となる所定のデッドタイムが生じるように、第1制御信号および第2制御信号を出力する。
ハイサイドドライバ12は、MPU11からの第1制御信号および第2制御信号を第1スイッチ素子Q1および第2スイッチ素子Q2を駆動できるように増幅する。ハイサイドドライバ12は第1制御信号を第1スイッチ素子Q1に与え、第2制御信号を第2スイッチ素子Q2に与える。
第1スイッチ素子Q1は、ゲートに印加された第1制御信号の電圧Vgs1よりオンオフ制御される。第2スイッチ素子Q2は、ゲートに印加された第2制御信号の電圧Vgs2よりオンオフ制御される。そして、上述のように、第1制御信号と第2制御信号は、デッドタイム(図5、図6、図7のtd1に相当)を挟んでHi、Lowが相補的に切り替わるので、第1スイッチ素子Q1と第2スイッチ素子Q2は、双方がオフとなるデッドタイムを挟んで、相補的にオンオフ制御される。ここでは、第1制御信号と第2制御信号のそれぞれのオン時間は、略等しいことが好ましい。
また、MPU11は、第1制御信号および第2制御信号のターンオンに同期する第3スイッチング制御信号(以下、単に第3制御信号)および第4スイッチング制御信号(以下、単に第4制御信号)をドライバ13へ与える。第3制御信号は、第3スイッチ素子Q3に与える制御信号であり、第4制御信号は第4スイッチ素子Q4に与える制御信号である。
ドライバ13は、MPU11からの信号である第1制御信号に同期してターンオンする第3制御信号、および第2制御信号に同期してターンオンする第4制御信号を増幅する。ドライバ13は、第3制御信号および第4制御信号をパルストランスフォーマ14へ出力する。
MPU11は、スイッチング周波数fsが直列共振回路の共振周波数frよりも低い場合に、第3制御信号および第4制御信号のオン時間を、共振周波数frに基づく共振周期Tr(=1/fr)の1/2にするように、第3制御信号および第4制御信号を生成する。パルストランスフォーマ14から出力された第3制御信号は、第3スイッチ素子Q3のゲートへ印加される。パルストランスフォーマ14から出力された第4制御信号は、第4スイッチ素子Q4のゲートへ印加される。
第3スイッチ素子Q3は、ゲートに印加された第3制御信号の電圧Vgs3よりオンオフ制御される。第4スイッチ素子Q4は、ゲートに印加された第4制御信号の電圧Vgs4よりオンオフ制御される。
これにより、第3スイッチ素子Q3は、スイッチング周波数fsが直列共振回路の共振周波数frよりも低い場合を除き、第1スイッチ素子Q1に同期してオンオフ制御される。第4スイッチ素子Q4は、スイッチング周波数fsが直列共振回路の共振周波数frよりも低い場合を除き、第2スイッチ素子Q2に同期してオンオフ制御される。
一方、第3スイッチ素子Q3は、スイッチング周波数fsが直列共振回路の共振周波数frよりも低い場合には、第1スイッチ素子Q1に同期してオン制御されるが、第1スイッチ素子Q1よりも早く、ターンオンから共振周期Trの1/2のタイミングでターンオフされる。第4スイッチ素子Q4は、スイッチング周波数fsが直列共振回路の共振周波数frよりも低い場合には、第2スイッチ素子Q2に同期してオン制御されるが、第2スイッチ素子Q2よりも早く、ターンオンから共振周期Trの1/2のタイミングでターンオフされる。
ここで、第1スイッチ素子Q1、第2スイッチ素子Q2、第3スイッチ素子Q3および第4スイッチ素子Q4の駆動パルスをどのように生成するかを、図5(A)、(B)を参照して説明する。ここでは、MPU11内部のデジタルPWMモジュールの設定および動作について説明する。
図5において、CNTRはカウンタであり、クロック毎に増加する。PRDはピリオドであり、CNTRがこの値に達するとゼロになる。すなわち、スイッチング周期を決定する。CMPA、CMPB、CMPCはそれぞれ時間を設定する閾値である。CMPAはPRDの半値である。CMPBは固定値であり、CNTRがゼロからCMPBに達するまでの時間が共振周期Trの1/2になるようにCMPBは設定されている。CMPCは、CMPAにCMPBが加算された値(CMPA+CMPB)である。
Vgs1は第1スイッチ素子Qのゲート駆動パルス、Vgs2は第2スイッチ素子Q2のゲート駆動パルス、Vgs3は第3スイッチ素子Q3のゲート駆動パルス、Vgs4は第4スイッチ素子Q4のゲート駆動パルスである。Vgs1はCNTRがゼロに一致すると立ち上がり、CNTRがCMPAと一致すると立ち下がるように設定する。Vgs2はCNTRがCMPAと一致すると立ち上がり、CNTRがPRDに一致すると立ち下がるように設定する。Vgs3はCNTRがゼロに一致すると立ち上がり、CNTRがCMPA又はCMPBと一致すると立ち下がるように設定する。Vgs4はCNTRがCMPAと一致すると立ち上がり、CNTRがPRD又はCMPCと一致すると立ち下がるように設定する。
図5(A)は、スイッチング周波数fsが直列共振回路の共振周波数frよりも高い場合である。CMPBよりもCMPAが低く、CMPCよりもPRDが低い。したがって、Vgs1とVgs3とは同じタイミングで立ち上がり、同じタイミングで立ち下がる。また、Vgs2とVgs4とは同じタイミングで立ち上がり、同じタイミングで立ち下がる。
図5(B)は、スイッチング周波数fsが直列共振回路の共振周波数frよりも低い場合である。CMPBよりもCMPAが高く、CMPCよりもPRDが高い。したがって、Vgs1とVgs3とは同じタイミング(ゼロ)で立ち上がるが、Vgs3はCNTRがCMPBと一致すると立ち下がり、Vgs1はCNTRがCMPAと一致すると立ち下がる。ここで、PRDがゼロからCMPBに達するまでの時間が共振周期Trの1/2になるように、CMPBは設定されているので、つまり、Vgs3は共振周期Trの1/2で立ち下がる。
一方、Vgs2とVgs4とは同じタイミング(CMPA)で立ち上がるが、Vgs4はCNTRがCMPCと一致すると立ち下がり、Vgs2はCNTRがPRDと一致すると立ち下がる。ここで、CMPCは、CMPAにCMPBが加算された値(CMPA+CMPB)であり、CMPAからCMPCまでの時間は共振周期Trの1/2に設定されている。つまり、Vgs4は共振周期Trの1/2で立ち下がる。
次に、本実施形態のスイッチング電源によって実行される電力供給の制御について、図6、図7、図8を参照して説明する。図6はスイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frよりも高い状態での制御を説明するための波形図であり、図7はスイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frに一致する状態での制御を説明するための波形図であり、図8はスイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frよりも低い状態での制御を説明するための波形図である。また、図6、図7、図8はスイッチング周期の一周期分を示すものであり、このようなスイッチング制御が継続的に実行される。
各図において、Vgs1は第1制御信号の電圧、Vgs2は第2制御信号の電圧、Vgs3は第3制御信号の電圧、Vgs4は第4制御信号の電圧を示している。また、iLrは共振用インダクタLrに流れる共振電流を示し、imは励磁インダクタLmを流れる励磁電流を示す。また、ids3はスイッチ素子Q3のドレインソース間電流であり、ids4はスイッチ素子Q4のドレインソース間電流である。
(i)スイッチング周波数fs>共振周波数frの時(図6の時)
入力電圧が出力電圧に対して高い時(出力電圧比が1以下である時、ここで出力電圧比が1とは、入力電圧をハーフブリッジにより方形波を生成し、トランスを介して整流平滑して得られる電圧と等しい時)、すなわち、スイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frよりも高く制御されている時、スイッチ素子Q2が既にターンオフされた状態で、タイミングt0においてスイッチ素子Q1がターンオンされると、タイミングt0からタイミングt1(スイッチ素子Q1がターンオフされるタイミング)までの期間では、直列共振回路(共振用インダクタLr)に、共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなりオン時間に応じた共振電流iLrが流れる。また、励磁電流imは線形的に増加している。
入力電圧が出力電圧に対して高い時(出力電圧比が1以下である時、ここで出力電圧比が1とは、入力電圧をハーフブリッジにより方形波を生成し、トランスを介して整流平滑して得られる電圧と等しい時)、すなわち、スイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frよりも高く制御されている時、スイッチ素子Q2が既にターンオフされた状態で、タイミングt0においてスイッチ素子Q1がターンオンされると、タイミングt0からタイミングt1(スイッチ素子Q1がターンオフされるタイミング)までの期間では、直列共振回路(共振用インダクタLr)に、共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなりオン時間に応じた共振電流iLrが流れる。また、励磁電流imは線形的に増加している。
この際、タイミングt0の直前においては、デッドタイム中にスイッチ素子Q1のボディーダイオードに流れる負値の電流が生じている。したがって、スイッチ素子Q1がターンオンするタイミングでは、共振電流iLrは0ではなく、負値となる(ここでは入力から電流が供給される方向を正値としている)。
スイッチ素子Q1がターンオンされると、これに同期してスイッチ素子Q3がターンオンされる。これにより、スイッチ素子Q3には、コンバータトランスT1の第1二次巻線L21に励振された共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなり、オン時間に応じた正値のドレインソース間電流ids3が流れ、その際の導通損は少ない。ここで正値とは、ソースからドレインへ流れる電流のことである。一方、この期間は、スイッチ素子Q2,Q4はオフ状態なので、スイッチ素子Q4のドレインソース間電流ids4は0となる。
次に、スイッチ素子Q1がターンオフするタイミングt1から、デッドタイムtd1をおいてスイッチ素子Q2がターンオンされるタイミングt2までの期間は、タイミングt0からタイミングt1の期間に生じた共振電流iLrに連続して、スイッチ素子Q2のボディーダイオードを流れる電流が直列共振回路へ継続的に印加される。これにより、所定のデッドタイムtd1をおいてスイッチ素子Q2がターンオンされるタイミングt2までは急峻に値が低下する正値の共振電流iLrが直列共振回路(共振用インダクタLr)に流れる。
これに応じて、この期間(t1からt2まで)には、スイッチ素子Q3に、スイッチ素子Q3のオン期間に流れた共振電流に連続する正値のドレインソース間電流ids3が流れる。このドレインソース間電流ids3は、スイッチ素子Q2がターンオンするタイミング(タイミングt2)で0になる。
次に、スイッチ素子Q2がタイミングt2でターンオンされると、タイミングt2からタイミングt3(スイッチ素子Q2がターンオフされるタイミング)までの期間では、直列共振回路(共振用インダクタLr)に、前記タイミングt0からタイミングt1の期間に生じた共振電流の値を正負反転した共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなる共振電流iLrが流れる。また、励磁電流imは線形的に減少している。
この際、デッドタイムtd1中にスイッチ素子Q2のボディーダイオードに流れる電流が生じている。したがって、スイッチ素子Q2がターンオンするタイミングでは、共振電流iLrは0ではない。このように本実施形態の回路構成を用いれば、一次側のスイッチ素子Q1,Q2をZVS(Zero Voltage Switching)動作させることができる。
スイッチ素子Q4は、スイッチ素子Q2のターンオンに同期してターンオンされる。これにより、スイッチ素子Q4には、コンバータトランスT1の第2二次巻線L22に励振された共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなり、オン時間に応じた正値のドレインソース間電流ids4が流れ、その際の導通損は少ない。一方、この期間は、スイッチ素子Q1、Q3がオフ状態であるので、スイッチ素子Q3のドレインソース間電流ids3は0となる。
次に、スイッチ素子Q2がターンオフするタイミングt3から、デッドタイムtd2をおいてスイッチ素子Q1がターンオンされるタイミングt4までの期間は、タイミングt2からタイミングt3の期間に生じた共振電流iLrに連続して、スイッチ素子Q1のボディーダイオードを流れる電流が直列共振回路へ継続的に印加される。これにより、所定のデッドタイムtd2をおいてスイッチ素子Q1がターンオンされるタイミングt4までは急峻に値が上昇する負値の共振電流iLrが直列共振回路(共振用インダクタLr)に流れる。
これに応じて、この期間(t3からt4まで)には、スイッチ素子Q4に、スイッチ素子Q4のオン期間に流れた電流に連続する正値のドレインソース間電流ids4が流れる。このドレインソース間電流ids4は、スイッチ素子Q1がターンオンのタイミングで0になる。
(ii)スイッチング周波数fs=共振周波数frの時(図7の時)
入力電圧と出力電圧が同等である時(出力電圧比が1である時)、すなわちスイッチング周波数fsと共振周波数frとが等しい値で駆動信号が制御されている時、スイッチ素子Q2が既にターンオフされた状態で、タイミングt0においてスイッチ素子Q1がターンオンされると、タイミングt0からタイミングt1A(スイッチ素子Q1がターンオフされるタイミング)までの期間では、直列共振回路(共振用インダクタLr)に、共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなりオン時間に応じた共振電流iLrが流れる。これに応じて、励磁電流imは線形的に増加している。ここで、スイッチ素子Q1のオン時間は、上述の(i)のスイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frよりも高い場合よりも長くなる。
入力電圧と出力電圧が同等である時(出力電圧比が1である時)、すなわちスイッチング周波数fsと共振周波数frとが等しい値で駆動信号が制御されている時、スイッチ素子Q2が既にターンオフされた状態で、タイミングt0においてスイッチ素子Q1がターンオンされると、タイミングt0からタイミングt1A(スイッチ素子Q1がターンオフされるタイミング)までの期間では、直列共振回路(共振用インダクタLr)に、共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなりオン時間に応じた共振電流iLrが流れる。これに応じて、励磁電流imは線形的に増加している。ここで、スイッチ素子Q1のオン時間は、上述の(i)のスイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frよりも高い場合よりも長くなる。
この際、スイッチ素子Q1は、(i)の場合と同様に、タイミングt0のタイミングでZVS動作する。
スイッチ素子Q3は、スイッチ素子Q1のターンオンに同期してターンオンされる。これにより、スイッチ素子Q3には、コンバータトランスT1の第1二次巻線L21に励振された共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなり、オン時間に応じた正値のドレインソース間電流ids3が流れ、その際の導通損は少ない。一方、この期間、スイッチ素子Q2,Q4はオフ状態なので、スイッチ素子Q4のドレインソース間電流ids4は0となる。
次に、スイッチ素子Q1がターンオフするタイミングt1Aから、デッドタイムtd1をおいてスイッチ素子Q2がターンオンされるタイミングt2Aまでは、まずスイッチ素子Q2の並列キャパシタ(寄生容量)の電荷が放電され、続いてスイッチ素子Q2がボディーダイオードによりターンオンする。
スイッチング周波数fs=共振周波数frの動作条件において、スイッチ素子Q3に流れるドレインソース間電流ids3は、タイミングt1Aで0になり、またスイッチ素子Q4に流れるドレインソース間電流ids4は、タイミングt1Aで導通を開始する。
次に、共振電流iLrが負値となるまでにスイッチ素子Q2がターンオンされると、直列共振回路(共振用インダクタLr)に、前記タイミングt0からタイミングt1Aの期間に生じた共振電流の値を正負反転した共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなる共振電流iLrが流れる。また、励磁電流imは線形的に減少している。
この際、スイッチ素子Q2は、(i)の場合と同様に、タイミングt2AのタイミングでZVS動作する。このように本実施形態の回路構成を用いれば、一次側のスイッチ素子Q1,Q2をZVS動作させることができる。
スイッチ素子Q4は、スイッチ素子Q2のターンオンに同期してターンオンされる。これにより、スイッチ素子Q4には、コンバータトランスT1の第2二次巻線L22に励振された共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなり、オン時間に応じた正値のドレインソース間電流ids4が流れ、その際の導通損は少ない。一方、この期間は、スイッチ素子Q1,Q3はオフ状態なので、スイッチ素子Q3のドレインソース間電流ids3は0となる。
次に、スイッチ素子Q2がターンオフするタイミングt3Aから、デッドタイムtd2をおいてスイッチ素子Q1がターンオンされるタイミングt4Aまでは、まずスイッチ素子Q1の並列キャパシタ(寄生容量)の電荷が放電され、続いてスイッチ素子Q1がボディーダイオードによりターンオンする。
スイッチング周波数fs=共振周波数frの動作条件において、スイッチ素子Q4に流れるドレインソース間電流ids4は、タイミングt3Aで0になり、またスイッチ素子Q3に流れるドレインソース間電流ids3は、タイミングt3Aで導通を開始する。
(iii)スイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frよりも低い時(図8の時)
入力電圧が出力電圧に対し低い時(出力電圧比が1以上である時)、すなわち、スイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frよりも低くなるように駆動信号が制御されている時、スイッチ素子Q2が既にターンオフされた状態で、タイミングt0においてスイッチ素子Q1がターンオンされると、タイミングt0からタイミングt5(タイミングt0から共振回路の共振周期Trの1/2分経過タイミング)までの期間では、直列共振回路(共振用インダクタLr)に、共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなる共振電流iLrが流れる。また、励磁電流imは線形的に増加している。さらに、タイミングt5からタイミングt1B(スイッチ素子Q1がターンオフするタイミング)までの期間では、励磁電流imと等しい電流が流れる。この場合、スイッチ素子Q1のオン時間は、上述の(ii)のスイッチング周波数fsと共振周波数frとが等しい場合よりも長くなる。
入力電圧が出力電圧に対し低い時(出力電圧比が1以上である時)、すなわち、スイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frよりも低くなるように駆動信号が制御されている時、スイッチ素子Q2が既にターンオフされた状態で、タイミングt0においてスイッチ素子Q1がターンオンされると、タイミングt0からタイミングt5(タイミングt0から共振回路の共振周期Trの1/2分経過タイミング)までの期間では、直列共振回路(共振用インダクタLr)に、共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなる共振電流iLrが流れる。また、励磁電流imは線形的に増加している。さらに、タイミングt5からタイミングt1B(スイッチ素子Q1がターンオフするタイミング)までの期間では、励磁電流imと等しい電流が流れる。この場合、スイッチ素子Q1のオン時間は、上述の(ii)のスイッチング周波数fsと共振周波数frとが等しい場合よりも長くなる。
この際、スイッチ素子Q1は、(i),(ii)の場合と同様に、タイミングt0のタイミングでZVS動作する。
ここで、スイッチ素子Q3は、上述のようにオン時間(T3onmax)が直列共振回路の共振周期Trの1/2に制限されているので、スイッチ素子Q1と同期してターンオンされても、上述のタイミングt5でターンオフされる。すなわち、スイッチ素子Q1のスイッチング周期が共振周期Trよりも長くても、スイッチ素子Q3は、ターンオンのタイミングから共振周期Trの1/2の期間だけ経過後で、スイッチ素子Q1に同期することなく、ターンオフされる。
スイッチ素子Q3には、共振電流iLrによってコンバータトランスT1の第1二次巻線L21に励振された共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなり、オン時間(共振周期Trの1/2の期間)に応じた正値のドレインソース間電流ids3が流れ、ターンオンのタイミングから共振周期Trの1/2の期間だけ経過後(タイミングt5)に0となる。
次に、スイッチ素子Q3がターンオフするタイミングt5から、スイッチ素子Q1がターンオフされるタイミングt1Bまでは、タイミングt0からタイミングt5の期間に生じた共振電流iLrに連続して励磁電流imに一致する共振電流iLrが流れる。これは、ターンオンから共振周期Trの1/2の期間経過後のタイミングt5でスイッチ素子Q1がターンオフされず、スイッチング周期で決定されるタイミングt1B(t5よりも遅いタイミング)まで、スイッチ素子Q1から直列共振回路へ新たな電流供給がされ続けるからであり、これに応じてタイミングt5からタイミングt1B(スイッチ素子Q1がターンオフされるタイミング)までの期間では、励磁電流im(共振電流iLr)は直列共振回路と励磁インダクタンスLmからなる共振回路の共振電流として流れ続ける。
この期間ではスイッチ素子Q3はオフ状態であるので、スイッチ素子Q3のドレインソース間電流ids3は0となる。これにより、従来の課題に示したようなスイッチ素子Q3を介した二次側から一次側への逆流電流の発生を防止することができる。
次に、タイミングt1Bにおいてスイッチ素子Q1がターンオフされると、まずスイッチ素子Q2の並列キャパシタ(寄生容量)の電荷が放電され、続いてスイッチ素子Q2がボディーダイオードによりターンオンする。またスイッチ素子Q4に流れるドレインソース間電流ids4は、タイミングt1Bで導通を開始する。
タイミングt2Bからタイミングt6までの期間では、直列共振回路(共振用インダクタLr)に、前記タイミングt0からタイミングt5の期間に生じた共振電流の値を正負反転した共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなる共振電流iLrが流れる。また、励磁電流imは線形的に減少している。さらに、タイミングt6からタイミングt3B(スイッチ素子Q2がターンオフするタイミング)までの期間では、さらに減少する共振電流iLrが流れる。この場合、スイッチ素子Q2のオン時間は、上述の(ii)のスイッチング周波数fsと共振周波数frとが等しい場合よりも長くなる。
この際、スイッチ素子Q2も、(i),(ii)の場合と同様に、タイミングt2BのタイミングでZVS動作する。
ここで、スイッチ素子Q4は、スイッチ素子Q2と同期してターンオンされても、上述のようにオン時間(T4onmax)が共振周期Trの1/2に制限されているので、上述のタイミングt6でターンオフされる。すなわち、スイッチ素子Q2のスイッチング周期が共振周期Trよりも長くても、スイッチ素子Q4は、ターンオンのタイミングから共振周期Trの1/2の期間だけ経過後に、スイッチ素子Q2に同期することなく、ターンオフされる。
スイッチ素子Q4には、コンバータトランスT1の第2二次巻線L22に励振された共振周波数frの略正弦波状波形からなり、オン時間(共振周期Trの1/2の期間)に応じた正値のドレインソース間電流ids4が流れ、ターンオンのタイミング(タイミングt1B)から共振周期Trの1/2の期間だけ経過後(タイミングt6以降)で0となる。
次に、スイッチ素子Q4がターンオフするタイミングt6から、スイッチ素子Q2がターンオフされるタイミングt1Bまでの期間は、タイミングt1Bからタイミングt6の期間に生じた共振電流iLrに連続して励磁電流imに一致する共振電流iLrが流れる。これは、スイッチ素子Q2がターンオンから共振周期Trの1/2の期間経過後のタイミングt6でターンオフされず、スイッチング周期で決定されるタイミングt3B(t6よりも遅いタイミング)まで、スイッチ素子Q1を介して直列共振回路に蓄積したエネルギーが放出され続けるからであり、これに応じてタイミングt6からタイミングt3B(スイッチ素子Q2がターンオフされるタイミング)までの期間では、励磁電流im(共振電流iLr)は直列共振回路と励磁インダクタンスLmからなる共振回路の共振電流として流れ続ける。
この期間ではスイッチ素子Q4はオフ状態であるので、スイッチ素子Q4のドレインソース間電流ids4は0となる。これにより、従来の課題に示したようなスイッチ素子Q4を介した二次側から一次側への逆流電流の発生を防止することができる。
以上のように、本実施形態の構成を用いれば、スイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frよりも低くなっても、二次側から一次側への逆流電流の発生を防止することができる。
なお、上述の実施形態では、二次側のスイッチ素子Q3,Q4のオン時間を、共振周期Trの1/2に設定したが、1/2以下の所定値に設定することもできる。具体的には、二次側のスイッチ素子Q3,Q4のオン時間は共振素子定数のばらつきを考慮した共振周期Trの1/2以下の所定値に設定してもよいし、製造工程において共振周期Trを測定した後に共振周期Trの1/2以下の所定値に設定してもよい。
また、スイッチ素子Q3は、スイッチ素子Q1のターンオンに必ずしも同期してターンオンされる必要はない。同様に、スイッチ素子Q4は、スイッチ素子Q2のターンオンに必ずしも同期してターンオンされる必要はない。このとき、スイッチ素子Q3およびスイッチ素子Q4のソースからドレインに流れようとする電流は、それぞれのボディーダイオードに流れる。
また、上述の実施形態では、制御部としてのMPU11を一次側に配置して、フィードバック回路FBにより二次側から一次側へフィードバック信号を伝達しているが、制御部としてのMPU11を二次側に配置してもよい。この場合には、一次側スイッチ素子の制御信号を、パルストランスフォーマ等の絶縁手段を介して、二次側から一次側へ伝達すればよい。
また、上述の実施形態では、ハーフブリッジ型のスイッチング電源装置を例に示したが、フルブリッジ型のスイッチング電源装置を用いてもよい。図9はフルブリッジ型のスイッチング電源装置100Aの回路図である。なお、このスイッチング電源装置100Aは、コンバータトランスT1の二次側の回路構成は、上述の図3のスイッチング電源装置100と同じであるので、一次側の回路構成およびMPU11とスイッチ素子の接続構成についてのみ説明する。
第1電源入力端子Pi(+)と第2電源入力端子Pi(G)との間には、第1スイッチ素子Q1Aと第2スイッチ素子Q2Aとの直列回路が接続されている。この際、第1スイッチ素子Q1Aが第1電源入力端子側Pi(+)となり、第2スイッチ素子Q2Aが第2電源入力端子側Pi(+)となるように、接続されている。
また、第1電源入力端子Pi(+)と第2電源入力端子Pi(G)との間には、第1スイッチ素子Q1Aと第2スイッチ素子Q2Aとの直列回路に並列に、第5スイッチ素子Q5Aと第6スイッチ素子Q6Aとの直列回路が接続されている。この際、第5スイッチ素子Q5Aが第1電源入力端子側Pi(+)となり、第6スイッチ素子Q6Aが第2電源入力端子側Pi(+)となるように、接続されている。
第5スイッチ素子Q5A、第6スイッチ素子Q6Aは、第1スイッチ素子Q1A、第2スイッチ素子Q2Aとともに、FETからなるスイッチ素子であり、寄生キャパシタおよびボディーダイオードを有する。
第1スイッチ素子Q1A、第2スイッチ素子Q2A、第5スイッチ素子Q5A、第6スイッチ素子Q6Aのゲートは、ハイサイドドライバ12に接続されている。ハイサイドドライバ12はMPU11に接続されている。
第1スイッチ素子Q1Aと第2スイッチ素子Q2Aとの接続点と、第5スイッチ素子Q5Aと第6スイッチ素子Q6Aとの接続点との間には、共振用インダクタLr、コンバータトランスT1の一次巻線L1、共振用コンデンサCrの直列回路が接続されている。
このような構成において、MPU11は、第1スイッチ素子Q1Aと第6スイッチ素子Q6Aを同期してオンオフ制御している。MPU11は、第2スイッチ素子Q2Aと第5スイッチ素子Q5Aを、同期してオンオフ制御している。
MPU11は、第1スイッチ素子Q1Aおよび第6スイッチ素子Q6Aと、第2スイッチ素子Q2Aおよび第5スイッチ素子Q5Aとを、相補的にオン、オフされるように制御している。
さらに、MPU11は、スイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数fr以上であれば、第3スイッチ素子Q3Aを第1スイッチ素子Q1Aおよび第6スイッチ素子Q6Aに同期してオンオフ制御する。MPU11は、スイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数fr以上であれば、第4スイッチ素子Q3Aを第2スイッチ素子Q2Aおよび第5スイッチ素子Q5Aに同期してオンオフ制御する。
また、MPU11は、パルストランスフォーマ14を介して第3スイッチ素子Q3Aと第4スイッチ素子Q4Aとに接続されている。MPU11は、スイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frよりも低ければ、第3スイッチ素子Q3Aを第1スイッチ素子Q1Aおよび第6スイッチ素子Q6Aに同期してオン制御し、共振周期Trの1/2に相当する時間の経過後にオフ制御する。制御部10Aは、スイッチング周波数fsが共振周波数frよりも低ければ、第4スイッチ素子Q4Aを第2スイッチ素子Q2Aおよび第5スイッチ素子Q5Aに同期してオン制御し、共振周期Trの1/2に相当する時間の経過後にオフ制御する。
このような構成および制御であっても、上述のハーフブリッジ型と同様に、二次側から一次側への逆流電流を防止できる。
図10は別のハーフブリッジ型のスイッチング電源装置100Bの回路図である。このスイッチング電源装置100Bの二次側の回路構成は、図3のスイッチング電源装置100と同じである。図3のスイッチング電源装置100と異なるのは、一次側の回路構成において、ハイサイドのスイッチ素子に対して共振用インダクタLr、コンバータトランスT1の一次巻線L1、共振用コンデンサCrの直列回路が並列接続されている点である。このような構成であっても、スイッチング電源装置100と同様の制御を行うことにより、二次側から一次側への逆流電流を防止できる。
図11は別のハーフブリッジ型のスイッチング電源装置100Cの回路図である。このスイッチング電源装置100Bの二次側の回路構成は、図3のスイッチング電源装置100と同じである。図3のスイッチング電源装置100と異なるのは、一次側の回路構成である。
第1電源入力端子Pi(+)と第2電源入力端子Pi(G)との間には、第1スイッチ素子Q1と第2スイッチ素子Q2との直列回路が接続されている。この際、第1スイッチ素子Q1が第1電源入力端子側Pi(+)となり、第2スイッチ素子Q2が第2電源入力端子側Pi(+)となるように、接続されている。
また、第1電源入力端子Pi(+)と第2電源入力端子Pi(G)との間には、第1スイッチ素子Q1と第2スイッチ素子Q2との直列回路に並列に、第1コンデンサC1と第2コンデンサC2との直列回路が接続されている。
第1スイッチ素子Q1Aと第2スイッチ素子Q2Aとの接続点と、第1コンデンサC1と第2コンデンサC2との接続点との間には、共振用インダクタLr、コンバータトランスT1の一次巻線L1の直列回路が接続されている。このような構成であっても、スイッチング電源装置100と同様の制御を行うことにより、二次側から一次側への逆流電流を防止できる。

Claims (8)
- 一次巻線と第1二次巻線および第2二次巻線を備えたコンバータトランスと、
前記一次巻線に直列接続された共振用インダクタと共振用コンデンサを備える直列共振回路と、
相補的にオンオフ制御されることで、前記直列共振回路へ電力供給する第1スイッチ素子および第2スイッチ素子と、
前記第1二次巻線と電圧出力端子との間に直列接続する第3スイッチ素子と、
前記第2二次巻線と前記電圧出力端子との間に直列接続する第4スイッチ素子と、
出力電圧に応じたPFM制御を前記第1スイッチ素子、前記第2スイッチ素子に対して行うとともに、前記第3スイッチ素子と前記第4スイッチ素子とを制御する制御部と、を備え、
該制御部は、予め与えられた共振周期に基づいて決定する変数A1、前記出力電圧に基づいて生成され、スイッチング周期を決定する変数A2、前記第3スイッチ素子および前記第4スイッチ素子のオン時間を決定する変数A3、を扱い、
A1 > A2/2の領域では、 A3 = A2/2
A1 ≦ A2/2の領域では、 A3 = A1
として、前記第3スイッチ素子および前記第4スイッチ素子のオン時間を決定することを特徴とするスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記予め与えられた共振周期は、前記直列共振回路の共振周期の1/2である、請求項1に記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記第3スイッチ素子のターンオンは前記第1スイッチ素子のターンオンに同期するとともに、前記第3スイッチ素子は前記第2スイッチ素子のターンオンまたは前記第3スイッチ素子のターンオンから前記直列共振回路の共振周期の1/2が経過した時間のいずれか早い方までにターンオフし、前記第4スイッチ素子のターンオンは前記第2スイッチ素子のターンオンに同期するとともに、前記第4スイッチ素子は前記第1スイッチ素子のターンオンまたは前記第4スイッチ素子のターンオンから前記直列共振回路の共振周期の1/2が経過した時間のいずれか早い方までにターンオフすることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記一次巻線と並列に接続された並列インダクタを有する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記制御部は、
前記出力電圧に基づく前記PFM制御を実行するMPUと、
該MPUから得られる各スイッチ素子の駆動情報に基づいて前記各スイッチ素子に対する駆動信号を生成するドライバ回路と、を備える請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記第1スイッチ素子および前記第2スイッチ素子は、直流電圧が入力される端子対を構成する第1、第2電源入力端子との間に直列接続されており、
前記第1スイッチ素子および前記第2スイッチ素子のいずれかに、前記直列共振回路が並列接続されることで、前記コンバータトランスの一次側がハーフブリッジ型で構成されている、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記第1スイッチ素子および前記第2スイッチ素子は、直流電圧が入力される端子対を構成する第1、第2電源入力端子との間に直列接続されており、
第1コンデンサおよび第2コンデンサは、前記第1スイッチ素子と前記第2スイッチ素子との直列回路に対して並列接続されるように、前記第1、第2電源入力端子の間に直列接続されており、
前記第1スイッチ素子および前記第2スイッチ素子の接続点と、前記第1コンデンサおよび前記第2コンデンサの接続点との間に前記一次巻線と前記共振用インダクタが接続されることで前記直列共振回路が形成され、前記コンバータトランスの一次側がハーフブリッジ型で構成されている、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記第1スイッチ素子および前記第2スイッチ素子は、直流電圧が入力される端子対を構成する第1、第2電源入力端子との間に直列接続されており、
第5スイッチ素子および第6スイッチ素子は、前記第1スイッチ素子と前記第2スイッチ素子との直列回路に対して並列接続されるように、前記第1、第2電源入力端子の間に直列接続されており、
前記第1スイッチ素子および前記第2スイッチ素子の接続点と、前記第5スイッチ素子および前記第6スイッチ素子の接続点との間に前記一次巻線と前記共振用インダクタが接続されることで前記直列共振回路が形成され、前記コンバータトランスの一次側がフルブリッジ型で構成されている、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のスイッチング電源装置。
